Your driver in vehicle # S41 needs some retraining. He was merging onto Rt 138 this morning. Or should I say doing his own thing. He forced me to change lanes. The vehicle on the roadway has the right of way. The vehicle merging yields to the vehicle on the roadway. This is the part your driver does not get. To make matters worse this driver than decided to put his vehicle on my bumper. This is when accidents happen. He is driving a big vehicle. Defensive driving should be his priority. Perhaps someone in authority could help him understand his responsibility to the general public.
