Had such a great experience bringing my car to Wreckroom Collision! The team there was so nice and helpful! I never honestly thought I would give a car place a 5 star review but they went above and beyond to help me get my car back in tip top shape! Price was great and the service could not have been better. I felt they were honest and did a great job. I will recommend Wreckroom over and over!
I have not had a mechanic experience in some time (thankfully) but after working with Jeff and Brittany I will not be going to anyone else. Not only did they make you feel welcomed, they were extremely diligent, connected with me throughout the process and fair priced. I feel lucky to live in this area and now have my go to for any car related needs. I suggest anyone looking to work on their car in this area to go here first. Absolutely loved the wreck room! They were communicating consistently. Extremely flexible, and obviously the experts. When I walked in, I could tell they are a hard working small business that takes pride in their work. I would recommend highly.

My 2015 Volkswagen Passat was completely destroyed on the passenger side and insurance didn’t cover it. I was scared I wouldn’t be able to afford to get it fixed as the damage was that severe. I asked around for recommendations to at least get an estimate and people recommended The Wreck Room. After having it towed to them for an estimate, the woman in the office (Britney) called me and said it’d be repairable. I knew I was looking at thousands of dollars regardless of where I went. (Costed me almost $5,000 overall but they were the most cost-effective) she told me they would look for used parts to save me money without me even asking if that was possible. My car was with them for a couple of weeks and I called incessantly for updates but Britney was so reassuring. When I picked my car up, it was in perfect mechanical/cosmetic condition again as if the accident never happened. They also provide a free warranty for their work. Needless to say, I’ve added comprehensive collision on my car before I even picked it up but God forbid I ever need a body shop in the future, I will choose them. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!
This Body Shop is great. They are quick to assess your car (provide a quote), their pricing is very competitive (when I needed to pay for something out of pocket), and the quality of work is top notch. I have had several repairs at this shop (my boys are now 22 and 24 so hopefully I will not need to stop by so regularly as they calm down) and I have never had a problem with any of their work. Britney (hope I am spelling that correctly) is super pleasant, honest, and very helpful (explains how car insurance works, provides an estimate for the damages, lets you know how long the repair may take, and reassures you that the car can be fixed). . I highly recommend the shop to anyone in need of car body work.
My experience has been nothing but excellent with them so far. They are very prompt and transparent. The staff and the owner all genuinely seem to care about you and have eased a lot of my anxieties post accident by walking me through the damages and what they were doing to repair my car. I would recommend them to everyone. 11/10 Would do business with them again.
