I called one time, and from the second you picked up, you had an attitude — cutting me off, mocking the mileage on the car, throwing out the name of my town like you had a personal issue.
Now you’re trying to spin it like this is some fake “story”? Be for real. Own your behavior. If this is how you respond to valid criticism, it says everything people need to know about how you treat others.

Rudest, most miserable person I’ve ever dealt with on the phone. I called ONE time. I never contacted them before, just trying to ask about getting rid of my old car. Before I could even finish a sentence, the guy cuts me off with, “yeah yeah, with a million miles on it,” and says the name of my town like he was mocking me.
I wasn’t looking for a big payday. I know the car has high miles. I just wanted some info. But this guy acted like I was beneath him for even calling. No patience, no respect, just pure attitude from the second he picked up.
If answering the phone is such a burden, maybe don’t have a phone line. Miserable energy, zero professionalism, and a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. I don’t care if it’s a junk yard. Basic decency isn’t that hard. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being talked to like garbage.
UPDATE:After he posted the lie below, he then called my phone from multiple numbers and threatened and harassed me. So if he did the same thing to you as i can see he has in the other reviews. This guy is listed on here under multiple different company names and numbers. This so he can control the market prices for cars. Definitely a SCAM!!!. BEWARE! I needed car picked up same day. I was told no problem it can be picked up within the hour, I'll have "The Office" call you. Perfect i can get this done before work. After waiting a little over an hour with no call back i called the next number on the list. Guess who picked up? Same guy. "We're gonna cancel your appointment because your shopping around!"
Would give 0 stars is possible. RUDE customer service, won’t return calls or texts. Refused to provide documentation of pickup after leaving with the car. Interaction would probably been different, had a male presence been with me. Disappointing service.

How about finding someone with customer service skills and phone etiquette to answer the phone. Guy on the phone had a nasty attitude as soon as he picked up. Clearly from the other reviews speaking to people isn’t his strong suit. Get somebody else to do it wouldn’t recommend based off this alone .

Then I proceeded to tell you your customer service sucked and hung up. Let’s not lie to try and salvage the already garbage establishment you’re running. I called and ask for a quote and the customer service was terrible, all I got was attitude and at the very end he just hung up on me, if I know they were going to be rude I wouldn’t have called at all, professionalism is definitely not there. Im glad I didn’t use their service
They are not good the guy called me wanted pictures and the price I got was not even what the driver wanted to pay. So I finally just hung up on him and got someone else even for the same price
I just called to get a quote and they were rude just because I asked what they look at in the car. They will give you attitude if you have any questions for them. They probably do their job, but as a person you just don’t expect them to have a good service or treat you the way it should be.
This company will offer you a price for you old car. When they come they will give you reasons to lower the price to a minimum. I got 300.00. They were 2 hours late.
I called them to junk my truck and he said he will be there in an hour or 2. He was there less than 90 mins. He gave me more than the other 3 I called.
