Very Patient , Great Price , Well Taken Care & Came in time . Zebellas towing company definitely did more than expected ! Definitely recommend this towing team and when nobody wanted to come out to tow my car and tool box, they did it. Definitely will be using their services again ! 10/10
Predatory, greedy, and shameless. This towing company doesn’t enforce parking, they ambush people. They sit in lots waiting for someone to step away for minutes so they can instantly hook the car and demand money.
I was gone for FOUR MINUTES and somehow that was enough time for them to be fully attached and ready to steal $250. No warning, no grace period, nothing. Just a cash grab disguised as a service.
Their entire operation is built on catching people off guard and forcing payment before you can react. It’s a legalized scam and everyone should know exactly how they operate. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being hunted for profit.
They don’t even speak English it’s so hard to understand what they say. Sign is not accurate at all they charge you more than what is printed on the sign. When I get there then they tell me they can take online payment. What a joke of a business. Don’t give these guys your business terrible attitude.
Scammers! They are teamed up with the Kennedy fried chicken in plainfield they have been spotted parked on the side of the building waiting for people to get out there car and go another way. I purchased food over the phone and walked two doors down while I waited for my food and they charged me $220 to put my car down. I was gone from my vehicle for 5 minutes! If I’m in Plainfield and the towing company whose address on the sign is showing Lincoln highway, Middlesex which is about 15-20 mins away how did they get there so fast? and in that time they put a boot on the car next to mine and had my car in the air?! Like I said I was gone 5 minutes. I hope you guys are ready for the lawsuit that multiple ppl have built up against you. There’s camera footage of them phishing the lot and just waiting to tow someone. I hope you guys are aware of the laws and that predatory towing is illegal!
scammers, towed my car in a parking zone where i’ve parked before no penalties until yesterday. sign says car $220 adm fee $35 9-5pm my car was parked @5:10pm i come back to my car @6pm it’s gone i call the business they tell me i can’t pick up my car they are closed after 5pm, you can’t give me the car back but you can take it after 5? i go to the place to pick up my car they say you can get it back if you pay all the fees they charged an overnight fee of $50 and they only had it there for 2/3 hrs max spent more time arguing with the guy for a receipt than getting the car out of the lot they had it parked. guy tells me i can’t give you a receipt the office is closed, i need a receipt as proof they took my car since it’s awd if they towed it improperly i have the right to sue for the damage expenses. guy tells me office is closed no way to give you a receipt finally the guy gives in to give me a receipt he had a booklet in the tow truck for receipts. waste of time. have video evidence of him wanting to rip the receipt out of my husbands hand when he asked why was he overcharging with the overnight fee if it’s only been a few hours. disgustingly rude. lack of respect. i encourage anyone who has the same issue to contact the BBB because they are scamming with these overcharges

They showed up immediately! Great Guys who do great work! We got our 26 foot truck stuck on a driveway on a narrow road and these guys came out and solved the problem for us at a reasonable price (especially considering the situation they were left to deal with). They stopped at nothing to assist us and were kind the entire time. Can't reccommend enough if you're in a pinch.
Recently hired Zabellas Town Services, to take care of a few parking lot for several properties and I I’m supper happy with the profesional service Zabellas provided me since day one. Let me tell you - This job is no joke! I personally witnessed how the driver gets harassed and yelled at because he is doing his job - which is to remove vehicles that are illegally parked in location where a fire truck can not drive into because someone parked illegally blocking the exit/entrance and now people can potentially decease. Driver handles situations in very profesional manner at all times. With all that been said ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had to transport my toolbox with limited time and when I called Zabella’s towing they gave me a great price and were at the perfect time. They transported my toolbox without hesitation and with a great price too I am very thankful because in the past my toolbox has been damaged but they handled it with care and made sure it was very safe during transport.
