The customer service at that place is terrible. I bought a part for a truck and went to that place to return it or to have it exchanged for the one I needed, and they didn't exchange it or give me my money back. I feel scammed because they didn't return my money or change the part that I bought from them, There has to be some government entity that controls this kind of thing.
I did not buy any mechanical parts, I bought a step for Mack, and the model they sold me did not match the model of the truck, so I returned to your store so they could exchange it for the model I needed. I brought the step in the box as I bought it in the store and they did not give me any option to exchange it or return my money. I was very kind and asked for help but they did not help me solve anything.
Just curious if yall have been hacked? There’s a USTP Facebook page and I’m wanting to buy a truck topper. Guy was really nice but before I make the purchase I was just curious if something was up thanks. Guy said he’s located in Connecticut. Guys name was Demarcus or something
Really bad customer service
They put you on hold for long without any answer even they didn't ask for part or part number if you provide part number then question who give you part number 2nd if you ask information about parts then they put question on your question you need part or information totally unprofessional people's and bad attitude like they're King
Don't waste your time and money there find somewhere else
Terrible customer service, frank is the most disrespectful person I’ve encountered working a counter anywhere. Tried to do a return and he gave me an attitude and mocked me. Also the building is run down and disgusting. Really represents the service they provide. I wouldn’t come here if the parts were free
very bad service , order air compressor was told one week , took them two week , very rude people no customer service !!!!!!!!!!!! will not buy again , dont know what they doing .
