It's too bad there are only five stars to rate this business because I would have given it 10! To start with I found a very hard to find part kit for my triumph motorcycle but they had two in stock. Chris patiently walked me through the components that I needed and confirmed that they had them and I placed the order. When the kit arrived unfortunately one piece was missing. This was not Cross-Country Cycle's fault it was the factory packing. When I contacted the parts specialist Felicia to tell her, she responded quickly and assured me she would get me the missing part ASAP. She kept me updated at every step and and followed through as promised. You will not find better customer service anywhere when you need help with or ordering parts for your motorcycle.
Order was placed on 12/03 with a notification that "Most orders ship within 2-5 days, but some special order parts may take up to 14 days." Per email I got on 12/08 the handlebars were not a special order item NOR were they on backorder (unlike the cables, thought the website never said that, see image) but they still did not ship till 12/18. I was told that I would have them by 12/21. Merry Christmas, you get nothing! They arrived on 01/04. No invoice, no packing slip (How do I know I got all the pieces??), box beat to shreds... I cancelled the one item that was on backorder because I don't want to give them another penny of my money. The lady that was replying to my emails seemed nice and polite but I am not paying for nice and polite, I am paying for a set of handlebars for Christmas. FAIL! #YouHadOneJob

I placed a special order for some parts that took longer than expected to arrive. When checking on the order, the reply wasn’t always good news, but it was always very prompt and honest, and I really appreciated that. When everything finally arrived, they expedited my order to me so I could get my bike up and running. I am happy with my experience and would definitely order from them again!

Online customer. Part diagrams are available online, making it very easy to identify OEM replacement parts. Both the cart and checkout process were easy to navigate, prices are very competitive. Shipping information was timely and parts were carefully packaged to avoid damage.
I placed a two part order. Chris combined the two and refunded the shipping charges on the second order for me. The parts showed-up on time and in great condition. Chris also answered questions I had and made sure that I had everything I needed to make my conversion. Great service!
