Needed wiper blades for my vehicle. Person behind the counter (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) looked up make, model & year on his computer. Went to isle with me to show various options. Gave me a seemingly honest recommendation on which blades to buy per my asking. Surprisingly, it was not the most expensive ones. He even put them on my vehicle for me. Personable, Helpful, Professional, & Great Service.

there was one old lady with glasses on last sunday early morning around 8 am . beyond rude no greetings at all and extremely rude tone. never gonna go back at this place when i read some other reviews no surprise. just dont wanna improve them customer service. there are bunch of another auto zone.

Malcolm was very helpful this morning. He helped me locate a battery at another store since they were out of stock and offered to install it. He came out in the bitter cold weather and did a very diligent job replacing the battery! I REALLY appreciated it.

The two fellas who were working the afternoon of Saturday the 17 - very friendly blokes who hooked us up with what we needed. Greeted the second we walked in, explained our issue, found the products we needed. William Rhodes, if you're reading this - promote them immediately.

Great location, next to post office on rt27 Kendall Park. Plenty of parking. Always well staffed. My go to place for anything auto.

Manager on duty (Kevin) has no idea of warranty policies. Will not honor Duralast guarantee on tools and was not paying attention while I was speaking. Great example for the rest of his employees. Will be using a different store for my commercial purchases.

They don’t open the store until 8:00. So don’t go at 7:30. Please fix the schedule in google

Went to the store to get a jack they had online and of course they don’t have it and had to buy a more expensive one and could even ask to honor the price knowing that their store say it had it sad and bit annoying. Well if that consideration was done when I was there and would not have wasted my time so to respond after the fact kind of defeats the purpose honestly.

Think twice before you buy from AutoZone I bought 3$ 2 cycle engine oil and went to return within 24 hr . Store manager didnt take return bcoz their computer didn't allow. And ask me to call their number that was only open in weekdays I didnt even open the bottle.

Malcom and Burhan were very knowledgeable and helpful with all my needs. They even went the extra mile in helping me change my old battery, which was truly appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I always have excellent service when Burhan helps me. He tells me different versions of the item. If he isn’t here, I feel like I am not in great hands.

I came to this AutoZone after my car needed a jumpstart. I had a vague memory that my battery had a three-year warranty, which I had purchased a little over a year ago. The team here was awesome. They quickly found my account, confirmed the warranty, and recommended I just replace the battery to be safe since it was fully covered. They verified they had a new battery in stock, so I went ahead and swapped it out in the parking lot (brought a socket wrench set just in case). The return process for my old battery was quick and easy. I was so impressed by the professionalism and speediness of the team. I highly recommend this location!

Rough start to the morning. Was already stressed out with the Tuesday morning traffic. Then was pulled over unexpectedly and given a traffic ticket for non functioning break light 😖. Have an older car that does not have any warning indicator on the dashboard for malfunctioning lamps… how would I have known a rear lamp was not working?! 🙄 Anyways, dropped by this Autozone location during lunch time to pickup a replacement bulb. Was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. He helped me look up the correct part number on the computer and even walked me to the aisle. There wasn’t any left on display and he had to look for one from the back. While waiting another staff asked if I needed help. On the way out I had interacted with a third staff member. All three of them were very friendly and were genuinely interested to help. Pleasant interactions such as these may seem small and insignificant but really did brighten up my day. Walked in and 5 mins later walked out with a problem solved and a smile. Will continue coming back here for future auto needs!

I went to this store the other day and there was a lady there named Nadiyah- who was very nice and personable. I usually don't leave reviews but because she was so personable I decided to do it. She was helpful and knowledgeable and got me in and out of the store very quickly, I think she could tell I was already flustered and running late and had a gazillion things going on. She really helped turn my bad day into a good one. She even asked was I ok. Sometimes it's the little things and taking that extra step that really makes a difference. Thank you Nadiyah for your help.

im from out of town and broke down a few blocks from the store i called and worker named Cleon come start my car which allowed me to drive to the store so he could replace my battery. Lovely staff And saved me so much time on my road trip

this been my auto zone for year i live around the corner, today some young brown skin guy changed that, guy with airpod in while working gave me the he nastiest attitude and i’ve never felt so unwelcome before it was so bad i had to leave the things i was gonna purchase and go out my way 5 miles to get it, i hope no one ever get this type of attitude, if you don’t like you easy job just quit stop making over people’s day bad just because u chose to.

Burhan was such a big help. We went to Auto Zone with a problem with our license plate coming off. He went out of his way to help two senior citizens by not hesitating to find the proper bolts and screwing the plate back on for us. Kindness is what he showed us. Thanks Burhan! May You also be blessed with kindness in return. I will definitely go back to this store in kendal Park for any auto parts I may need.

Wow! Such nice people!! I had a check engine light turn on me unexpectedly. Toyota was closed and I was driving to Georgia the next day. I took and chance a checked if auto zone could check the engine light. Soon as a I walked in I was greeted with a warm “ Hello, welcome”! I thought I was back in the Deep South. 🙂 They promptly checked my engine light , joked with me, exchanged friendly banter and they told me it was just the engine cap. The guy said just tighten it and drive for a few days and it would go away. What a relief!!! Now I feel safe getting on the road tomorrow. I can’t express my gratitude enough for their assistance, honesty, and friendliness! Be blessed

I always come to this AutoZone, mostly to drop off oil and grab a thing or two. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always great! Shout-out to Burhan for always giving me a hand with what I need and with the speedy service!!! It’s always nice to see some folks at this AutoZone take care of you and help find out what project you ah e going on at home! It’s a nice little store and I’d come back all the time! I’m not sure what all these negative reviews are, but I understand it can get busy and things get stressful, but if you can’t be patient, you obviously won’t get the service you need. In other words, if you aren’t patient, go somewhere else. This location can get busy at times, and the way Google predicts the “crowd meter” is pretty accurate/spot-on.

I had bought and had the store install 3 batteries over the years all done as courtesy installs. I always bought the 900 1000cca top of the line batteries. Today I went for a courtesy battery checkup, and was told I needed a new one after the test, then I was told they could not install it, even though they validated my purchase records from the past times. I then went over to Advance Auto who offered to retest the system and also free offered an install if required. The Advance Auto test found the battery to be fine, just low on charge due to unuse over 4 weeks, have a free charge and said not to buy a battery at this time.

Bad experience!!! I came to the store for a break quiet and I was ready to pay and I was a lady in front of me when the lady left it was a guy next to me and the guy who was in the register called him just because he was his friend so now I have to be a friend with the manager to get good service and this is all the time!!! I’ll say this is a discrimination he acting just like because I’m Mexican!!!!

Excellent service! Shout out in particular to Woody, who was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. He replaced my battery at night, in the cold, without complaint and with a smile on his face! Highly recommend :)

My mom and I came into the store to get something and this EXTREMELY rude guy was extremely nasty with this customer who was just trying to ask questions as she was curious. He slammed what she bought and yelled at her atleast three times. All he talked about was the amount of work he had and how he had to go to work. He not only yelled at her but others too. He was nasty with us as well cutting us off and telling us the price nastily. We weren’t even talking to him. Horrible and trashy guy. This doesn’t involve us but that other customer was so sweet and kind. Instead of getting that kindness back she got scolded atleast 3 times for no entire reason. I felt so bad for that lady and she was just a poor old lady trying to get her car fixed. HORRIBLE, NASTY and TRASHY service. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 STAR.

I stopped by to pick up some fuses and new wipers, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Mario F. and Burahan, both store managers, were incredibly helpful. They took the time to make sure I found the correct parts, and their knowledge and friendly approach made the whole experience seamless. The team was fast and efficient, and I’ll definitely be making this my go-to store from now on. Highly recommend this place for excellent service and a great selection!

Amazing place to buy everything a car needs ! Lots and lots of car accessories and tools . Very good service .. the guy asked me few times if I wanted any help and came forward to help .. doesn’t really happen in many other shops . Nice parking facilities and well placed right on NJ 27.. priced ok mostly , but few items were pricey . Went to buy wipers for my car but found better deals in Amazon. Nice shop overall.. keep up the good servicing to customers .

I brought my truck to Auto Zone for a dead battery and Husam A was very helpful. He helped me get a new battery and helped jumped my car so that I could get it to my mechanic and install the new one. He was very thorough with explaining everything. Highly recommend this Auto Zone for any of your car needs.

This place offers great customer service. Staff is very helpful. They will offer you good suggestions when you go to shop for car parts. Their inventory is good so very rarely you might not find something that is available online.
