Very good service and very nice people

I had a terrible experience with the towing company. The guy who came to tow my car was extremely rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. When we asked for the price of the tow, he started yelling at us and refused to provide a clear answer. It was evident that he was uneducated and didn't even know how to calculate the price per mile accurately. He randomly guessed the miles and added extra charges, resulting in an unfair and inflated bill. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

wife has a medical emergency on Jersey turnpike and ambulance transported her to local hospital. trooper locked up car and parked it in a parking space at a rest stop so I could get it later.raczs towed the vehicle to their shop without authorization from police or owner. I went to pickup the vehicle from their lot and was yelled at because I went up to my vehicle behind the fence and wanted to make sure my spare keys worked.a lady and irate male yelled get out of there like I was going to take the car. my other vehicle I drove from long Island was next to my wife s car . I'm only one guy can't drive 2 vehicles and had my dog too. then I saw on my wife's windshield a nj police sticker stating Do not tow medical situation. trooper said I can get the car 327.00 for tow and 2 really 1 full day. looks like Im going to court for that fee and tolls. owners need to be better. consumer affairs notified cash only not right no excuses be better and your website states you take credit cards but told me cash only and your fence was left open and still no reason to yell at me if I was wrong just to look at my wife's car since she went to the hospital and nj turnpike authority had placed an official placard on the windshield wiper do not tow

I am forever grateful for Tom who picked me and my jeep off of the busy NJ turnpike this afternoon. It’s was very scary for me. I called 911, they got my location and within 15 minutes a very kind man rescued me. He was an angel on my path today and feel very blessed ?? Thank you Tom, Roberta

The workers there and the owner are terrible to deal with after my friend's injury they would not let him do anything with his car he had important stuff in there that he needed to get they gave him a a hard time with doing anything

Ms.Gail,Joe,an Tom was such a great help to my family who had an accident on the NJ turnpike.. Joe kept my son occupied he's still talking about him??They all have excellent customer service and make you feel very comfortable.. Thank y'all so much for your awesome service.. I Give them 10+⭐

If it wasn't for Tom Gail and the team at racz's towing our night after the crash would have been even more of a nightmare than it was. They were thoughtful professional and truly helped us through the horrible process after an accident. They safely helped us into their tow truck drove us to safety to their tow yard gave us as more advice than they had to, like proceed with insurance and the idea to Uber home. They waited for us while we tried to gather our thoughts and belongings. They went above and beyond even when we had to go back to unload our car they still were assisting us with so much patience. The silver lining of "not our fault accident" was racz's towing...thank you all

Omg The absolute worst experience of my life. There was older woman and chunky tall bald male that was horrid. They came off as very racist. I felt so uncomfortable I had to have a police officer come and escort me for my own safety. The lady came up with policies that weren't even part of part of their policies. Even the officer questioned why she treated me that way. Horrible horrible experience.

My truck broke down on RT 440 today in Pert Amboy NJ. I called Racz’s they were polite on the phone & quick to respond. Their tow truck was on scene pretty quickly. I thought I needed a tow, but they found an air leak & performed road service instead. the operators Tommy & Mauricio we’re great guys and super nice, they definitely did me right. Thanks again for everything.

I broke down with a flatbed tow truck on the turnpike. The company responded in a timely manner. The driver that hooked my vehicle was extremely professional and answered all my questions. In addition, he was honest and didn’t make any promises on getting my tow truck hauled to the DC, Maryland, Virginia area. A couple hours later when the boss had a chance to talk to me I was told that it would be possible to get my tow truck hauled. The price was extremely honest and the expectations Tom set were reasonable. I recommend this company. Their honesty cannot be beat. Any other tow company would have taken my misfortune as an opportunity to make quick money, however, they did not. If you all are reading this comment, thank you very much. I am very appreciative and thank you for running an honest company.

Unprofessional and uncaring service after a car accident was unbelievable. If you can find another tow company in the Woodbridge area I highly advisee it.

Got into an accident on the NJTP on Sunday June 14, 2020. Racz's towing responded as the car was unable to be driven. Went there early on Monday morning to have the car taken to my body shop & I was met by the owner whose first question was everybody okay when he saw the car. He offered me a coffee and when he calculated the bill he was fair and honest. No hidden fees, no extra storage charges just a fair price.

Everything went smoothly with a big rig tow. A rarity in NJ. Thanks for the service guys.

Very shady. Asked me what was the best price I received prior to them giving me one. Don’t trust them. You should have a per mile price if your honest has nothing to do with what someone else quoted me before.

Breaking down on the NJ Turnpike isn't a pleasant experience. Racz's sent tow truck operator Joel to the scene who provided a safe and efficient service at a fair price. We actually had a nice conversation on the way to the car dealership. The tow truck was modern, powerful and clean.

I broke down today on the NJ turnpike and Racz's Towing was there within 20 minutes had me loaded up and taken safely to my destination. Ronnie was the kindest most professional person i have ever delt with. I would recommend Racz's towing to everyone.

Tom and his dedicated employees run a very honest shop. They go out of their way to make customer feel comfortable. Wouldn't think of using anybody else.
