I've gotten body work here several times throughout the years and every time the work has been timely, every one I talked to was super helpful and professional and the work was perfectly done. I recommend to everyone and will continue to do so!
Pride's slogan is, "We are here to make your car repair as pain-free as possible. The solution that is not satisfied…until you are." Don't believe it! Pride has had my handicapped minivan for two months. I was given an estimate of $375 to repair it, and at some point Jimmy, owner, saw that he couldn't handle the job, but never called to tell me that. Instead, without my knowledge or OK, he took my van to Brunswick Mobility in No. Bruns and left it there. After doing that, he phone me to say the manager at BM would call to give me an estimate of what they would charge to repair my van. The estimate turned out to be $3,500, and the fee for examining the van and writing up the estimate was $137. Jimmy, of Pride, refuses to communicate with me and refuses to return the van to my home. I cannot afford to get the van fixed by BM, and can't even afford to pay for the estimate fee, that I never asked for. I am ill and cannot get to BM to retrieve my van. A place that would treat an elderly, disabled customer so poorly, should be a "red flag" for anyone. No stars from me! My only recourse is to get the Edison police involved, and maybe they can help me get my "kidnapped" van returned. Another option would be Small Claims Court. What a nightmare! Very professional and honest staff who does quality work . They are the most reasonably priced shop that I've ever dealt with if you are paying out of pocket and not going through insurance. I highly recommend them .
