My appointment was at 9:30 the guy calls me at 10:08 to tell me he’s outside. I explained to him that my appointment was at 9:30 he tells me well I’m outside now being very argumentative so I hung he was unprofessional and rude!!!! They are never on time they have attitudes when you call them requesting status for your ride

They are unreliable, I schedule many rides to see doctors, and they are always no show or late, then I have to get Uber.

This company left stranded and the driver on another day drove off because I could not where a mask because of my mental health and then told me to get in the back which I could not do do to have severe spinal conditions as well as always being late also I was asked on 714/23a few weeks after the government declared the pandemic over

I've had such a great experience with the drivers I've had my main driver jann is so efficient &lovely to talk to ,truly a kind person.& Donald who I had the pleasure of riding with once was just as kind &pleasant .I am very happy with them since I use them at least once a week.

Deann is the best driver they have she actually cares about her customers. Would be great if Motivcare could do their job right, they always blame t&l for screw ups , when it on their end.

Today i had appointment with my doctor these guys always late but today was worse first guys picks me up an hour late then he suddenly decides to chsnge car for no valid reason them after tge appointment the driver made me wait 2 hours there should br strict action company drivers i request who ever reading thiscreview dont give this compsny bussinesa

So upset the only thing is someone needs to be fired! And logisticare needs to contract a transportation company that cares about logisticare clients. Logisticare reviews are suffering because of this toxic connection with t&l.

Unfortunately I needed to use this transportation because I dont currently drive, but I had a scheduled pickup time for 12:30pm and I had to call FOUR times to find out where my ride was. The first time I called they were 20mins late already and the guy on the phone, Gino, said give the driver 20mins he should be there. They still never showed up 1 hour after my scheduled pickup time so I called a 2nd time at 1:21pm, the woman told me they gave it to a new driver and he should be there in 15min. I asked if he'll actually be here in 15mins she said yes. Well that was another lie because I called again at 1:54pm, an hour and 25mins after my scheduled pickup time. I was told my driver was 4mins away on church st, FOUR MIN AWAY. That was another lie because 15min go by and I had to call again and as soon as I started talking I said "15min ago I was told my driver was 4min away I dont understand what the problem is" and the guy on the phone hung up on me. Yea that's REAL professional guy. So I called right back and tried to be a little calmer and he said another new driver was on her way this time. Well I FINALLY got picked up at 2:18pm 2 HOURS after my scheduled pickup time, are you f@#*ing kidding me. And now my plans I had for the rest of the day are all screwed up because this company is so unprofessional. I was warned about them never being on time and being so horrible but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well, I sure as hell will never recomend them to anybody I know, EVER!.

Ordered through logisticare for a transportation service with assistance for my uncle and the driver (Donald) refused to assist my handicapped uncle. My uncle's walk is slow and the driver was very impatient and rude. Filed a complaint through the transportation service but thought to let other people know that this driver is not good at all

If you want a ride by T & L one medical I would say ask for Deanna! She is the most friendly person and will get you on time to your appointment and back in my opinion.

I making sure from now on that logisticare does not book my ride with t&l because they lie and say they are minutes away just to get paid and never show up they are a disgrace why lie and say they are close by When they are not.... just let the client have the right to order a lyft instead of lying and missing thier appt I waited 2 months for an appt and cuz they lie I couldn’t get the lyft.the problem might not be with the drivers but with the greedy company they overbook drivers with patients they need to hire more drivers

Bad experiences with medical transport. Call Logisticare always and ask for Lyft. Make sure they mark it not to send t&l one ever. Shame on you the way you and allow this treatment of sick elderly disabled & everyone! This has got to Stop! Stranded hours then taking tours around NJ for 2-3 here and there other client's. Never believe their lies or waste your time. I experienced, seen and hear all. Apparently, everyone I spoke to has same to say. Disgusting, Unsafe, unsanitary, junk fleet but, I honestly cannot sit here and say every single van is bad, definitely the drivers are not at fault, except for a bad apple, obsessed Sarya who purposely damages vans, breaking down, front ends every 2 weeks, wreaks havoc in everyway, and recently the new dark blue Chrysler she had now salvage. But blames everything on the company. Crazy.

T & L has always gone above and beyond for me when going to my appointments. They are reliable, on time and so courteous. I have had so many different drivers and they are uniform in their customer service. Regularly helping me with my bags, opening doors and helping me in and out of the car. I feel so fortunate to have them as my transportation provider.

My driver Deanna from the Edison office goes above and beyond to take care of her riders. She is never late, extreamly polite and always calls with updates. She is byfar the best worker that company has and she works Soo hard. I am so happy she is my driver. T&L you're lucky to have her that's for sure Thanks Heather J.

These people need to be reported! Service is a disgrace! There should be an option to give zero stars. They NEVER arrive on time, NEVER. Not only are they ALWAYS late but then they want to pick up 2 or 3 other people. That's ridiculous. I can't tell you how many times I've had to call my doctors and tell them that I'd be late or end taking a Lyft instead. Just horrible service. I'm trying to figure out how they're still in business.

The absolute worse service, if I could give zero stars I would. The drivers in my experience are not at fault. Management is from the top down I have spoken personally to the owner after trying to resolve ongoing issues with dispatchers to no avail. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They lie and based on conversation with other clients they overbook schedules. This is not a company that has the intrest of it's customers needs first. It is simply about greed. I encourage and inplore you to lodge all compliants directly with Logistics Care in writing as well as with Medicaid and Medicare. Footnote T & L is owned by Mutuchin Taxi and Limousine. So in truth it is not a minority company. I'm not sure if that means anything as far as a federal government contract requirement. I hope this helps any potential or current customers.

This is the absolute worst transportation service I've ever dealt with and the employees in the office as well as the drivers are rude and completely unprofessional. theres been times when they never showed up to pick me up and lied and said that I was a "no-show" but I had proof that I was calling to find out where my ride was. I don't know how this company is still in business

worst service dispatch I rude drivers put passengers at risk by speeding to get to next client to make as much money as possible show up late or no show at all and some of the drivers seem to be under some type of influence. have a friend that use to work for this company and says the same. bad service no stars here! get someone else if u want to b safe!

Fu--ing rediculous, not reliable, can't get ahold of anyone at the company, vehicles are terrible always breaking down. I miss my sppoappoint several times. Dispatcher never has a clue or any organization what so ever. JUST THE MOST PROBLEMATIC TRANPOTRANSPOR COMPANY EVER.

I been using T&L ONE FOR ONE WEEK AND they put me as no show so they left my house and i came out of my house and seen them and i go to iop four days now and last Thursday they not come and pick up they thought i said i was not coming that day so i say ok i go Friday but since than they been on time i will rate them a 5

Today, one of these drivers cut me off on Rt 22, and when I threw up my hands in disgust, SHE FLIPPED ME OFF!!! wouldn't use them if they were the last transportation company around.

One of the WORST transportation company i have ever seen, All the staff ( dispatcher, drivers ) from T and L tranportaion is very rude! When you call dispatcher for your ride most of the time you will hear from them is "your ride should be there in 10 min, or they would say i have send out the driver to pick you up he should be pulling up his car shortly to pick you up" but guess what when they say such things the driver never showed up! T and L dispatcher would not communicate with you properly. I have already went through this situations a lot of time and at the end i ended up taking Uber. I am also sharing another of my worst experience with T and L , one day when i call T and L dispatcher i told him my name with the place were i am calling from and i said "i am waiting for my ride", and the dispatcher (Benny) answers me "ok..." to me he sounded like he dont know what he is suppose to do in this situation or either he sounded like he dont like to do his job. Anyways when he said ok to me, then i am like i am not calling to hear ok from you!!! I am waiting for my ride because it is 5:30pm and i just finish from the clinic and i told him you know my actual pick up time is 5:00pm. So Instaed of arrange a ride for me he started arguing with me by saying "if you are waiting for your ride, you have to call me" i am like thats why i am calling you right now. He said your pick up time is 5:00pm and you are calling for your ride at 5:30pm, so do you want our driver to wait for you 30 min? Then i gave him an answers saying "you guys make me wait most of the time what about that???) he was speecless and he hangs up the phone. That day i showed my frustration to him so he send out my ride within 10 mins. I discuss this with my social worker and she suggested me other better options that T and L, so now i am stick to the new transportation company (United) which i am experiencing a great serivce from last 5 months. Never had any issuses so far and feels like i wish i had this transportation from the beggening.

I have used them for medical transport. 3 of my four drivers in the last week talked on the phone while driving, missing turns twice, and one driver nearly hit another car. One driver turned her music up so high I could not hear myself think. They use profanity. Not to mention it has been in the over 90*F all week and only two of the cabs have had air conditioning. How can you run a medical transport with out air conditioning when it is in the 90s. Sick people cannot get over heated. The condition of the cabs are disgusting and there is food and wrappers all over the cars, the floors are stained, smell disgusting. The state needs to investigate them. I wish there was 0 stars
