I just would like to thank billy,bill sr and rob who fixed my leaking tire I thought I had a nail or screw in tire but ended up being a leaking bead around my tire due to corrosion around rim,rob carefully inspected and diagnosed issue and put bead sealer and cleaned up rim thank you rob for an excellent job.Joe
These guys are great. They are very honest, I wouldn't use anyone else ever again I am not sure what the negative reviews are about, they really do care about you and will do everything possible to work with you. They are sincere and caring and I think the people saying they had stuff stolen from their car are falsely accusing the owners. It can be a competitor out to tarnish their reputation or Maybe it's the tow truck driver impounding it there. Anyway there is no way I can see the owner or his son stealing from anyone, they are good people and they definitely have my business for life.
I have been going to Bill Service Center for almost 20 years. I have always been satisfied with their service. They have also been good about only repairing or replacing items on the car when it was actually needed. Their prices are good and will always try to accommodate the customer.
I have come across other people over the years, including strangers, that have also praised their great service and exceptional car mechanic expertise. They too indicated that once they realized how good Bill's Service Center is they too only go to them to have their car serviced.
Got into a front-end accident tire rod came off they charge $600 with tow I was desperate since it was towed there by the police we paid the 600 which I scraped up with everything I had only to find out three weeks later since I do doordash I'm pregnant and have a four year old my tires almost blew out because they never aligned it the tire rod fell right off at the next shop and they taped my axle and admitted it the cops did nothing when I called they treated us like criminals and never admitted to doing anything wrong nor did they fix it when the other shop called up bills demanding they fix it because they never did they called my husband up and said another 350 which is a f****** joke now we're at another shop due to the mistakes they will rob you and almost took my life my husband's life my 4-year olds life an unborn child's luckily I realized something was wrong before I was deep on 287. disgraceful
I got into a car accident a few days ago and it was bad. Police hired this company to tow my car. I had 300 un cash in my car that i forgot to take as i was still shocked due to the accident, when i went to pick my car i realized the money was gone, stolen. I called edison police and reported the theft. More and above rlthey charged me 500 for the towing. Never use them.
Don't try them. They are not trustworthy. They will be super nice to u first time. They will take your money and no job done. I had engine light on. These people claim they change an O2 sensor. Few days the light came back. I spent about 700 bucks for nothing. Don't try these people. They are extremely nice at first time. Talk nice to you just to lure u to ripe u off and don't even remember your problem when u contact them anytime even when they have your car with them. They will even tell you that they are trying to cut down your cost. Don't go to them please.
