The day after my car was towed, I called to find out exactly what I'd need to do/bring to get it out. After doing what they said, I arrived with the proper documents. But it wasn't until that point that was told that I could only pay in cash, which I didn't have on me. This was only 10–15 minutes before they closed because I was already running tight on time that day, including dropping off the rental I had and Ubering to this tow place. Fortunately, the person at the desk was nice and stayed an extra 5–10 minutes after closing while I walked between the nearby bank and 7-11 because each of thise stores' ATMs didn't have enough to get it all out at one time. If it weren't for that person being so nice, I'd give one star because the vibe of the different person on the phone wasn't nearly as nice. And more importantly, the person answering the phone both times I called didn't give me the full info the first time.
Rip off towing company, if your car is drivable they will tow it to their place, but when you come to pick up your car then you need to hire an other towing company or hire them to pick up the car from their towing yard. I wish there is 0 star to give them.
Called to inquire about a towing I would need the following morning. Didn't know it was such a crime to call a 24 hr towing company at night but I guess I learned my lesson by the very unpleasant lady I got on the phone. I explained what I needed and she immediately said “we cant don't that” so I rephrased what I needed in case she misunderstood and asked simple questions like “did you need my husband to call since it was his car? Is this something that can be done?” And she rushed me off the phone saying “im not going to tow your car this late at night so you can call back tomorrow.” I was super patient and said thats not a problem, I just wanted to know it can be done and what time they open in the morning. She Literally said, “im not even suppose to be on the phone this long with you, so you can call tomorrow bye” and hung up. So rude and completely unprofessional. A simple, hi i only take emergency calls, can you call tomorrow when we open for non emergent towing, would've been better. We were literally on the phone for 2 minutes so not sure why all the attitude like I just wasted all your time. Never again. Id give it zero stars but hey, at least she answered right? lol
