Came in today to pick up a new battery for my car that was purchased online. The person who helped me was very kind and patient and went above and beyond with their customer service. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and kind and assisted us as we were changing the battery. Thank you everyone!
Came in here thinking it would be a lost cause after going to other auto shops looking for a simple part. This store and the management are lifesavers who not only got me the part i needed but also helped with giving me info and advice about future projects builds i’ll be working on. Got to thank Senester and her team for being that helpful and assisting me when I needed it the most. This will be my main store to visit from now on

Today, I worked on 3 oil changes on my vehicles and had the pleasure of being helped by a young man named Hector. From the moment I walked through the door, he greeted me warmly and was quick to assist.
I ran into an issue when I thought I had been given the wrong oil filter for my Audi. I returned to the store, a bit frustrated, but Hector took the time to talk it through with me. After some discussion, we realized that the old oil filter had broken during removal, making it seem like the new one didn’t fit properly.
Hector went above and beyond—he found a YouTube video to demonstrate the exact issue and how to fix it. Thanks to his help, I was able to resolve the problem in just a few minutes once I got home.
I work in the customer service industry myself, and I truly appreciated the outstanding service I received today. Because of Hector’s professionalism and initiative, I felt compelled to write this review. He turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Well done!
STAY AWAY from this store. Their customer service and return policies are poor. But more concerning is their competence and knowledge of cars - they simply see what’s written in their online system and do not honor what they say. You are better off buying the same part in Amazon since their return policies are better and you get the same information online.
I bought a head lamp for a Honda odyssey - their system said it would fit, and I double checked when buying with the associate that it will fit. This was because the case said use for fog lamp and power sports, and I asked again if it will fit. The associate confidently said yes. The same product was $89 in amazon, but I paid the extra $10 since I was getting in-store advice.
But when I came back and looked at my own headlamp bulb, they don’t match at all. I did not try to fit the bulb, all I had to do was look inside and remove my headlamp. There is no space in the headlamp case to fit this. This was obvious that the bulb is too big to fit. I took it back to get a refund and would have gladly bought another piece. But they did not honor and said it’s not returnable. On top of that that they said “I am lying that I did not try and install it”, and said goodbye. They spent less than 1 min on this.
Again, shop online where you have better return policies - and not at Advanced auto parts.
Started to have a horrible experience trying to refund a part. I came the next day and dealt with the store manager directly. She was kind, and understanding in my frustrations. She apologized for the previous attempt of the return, promptly refunded my purchase and made the overall experience MUCH BETTER!!! Thank you
Senester went above and beyond to make sure that I got the part I needed for my car. She was very helpful and resourceful. I had stop at 3 other stores before I decide to stop at advance auto, and I happy I did. I will be coming back for parts I need in the future.
It's ok to good depending on your needs. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Prices a bit higher i find. But I've been here a lot as a go to fast parts place. it is what it is.
It would be nice and convenient if they had all of the items that I need for my projects. Also, my expectations are way too high for a general shop with most of the tools that aren't meant for basic maintenance. Honestly name should be above average auto parts maybe.
I had an issue with my car and Anthony the RPP @old post rd was very helpful and did an amazing diagnostic on my car and discovered it was the alternator. He found the part for me in another store and sent one of his drivers to retrieve it for me. The people here are very helpful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who need auto service.
