I recently visited the BMW dealership and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Raymon. He provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. What I appreciated most was his patience and transparency—he took the time to explain every detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision. It’s rare to find a salesperson who truly cares about the customer’s needs, but Mr. Raymon went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a smooth, trustworthy, and stress-free car-buying experience!

I am really disappointed with this service center . This dealership sold me car in 2024 December. It seems to me car already was not inspected internally for start panel . Something was spilled by previous owner when vehicle came out of lease . I complained about the issue of sticky button and I knew they will always blame it on customer that they spilled something so that they can make money on diagnostic fees. Not buying again from this people .

I am not one to leave bad reviews but I personally had a really bad experience with the way I was treated and spoken to by the manager in the service department after purchasing my BMW X6 less than a month ago. I switched from another BMW dealership in NJ to this one because of how lovely the sales team was but if I knew the service department was managed by someone who speaks to clients this way and initially answers the phone by saying “mhm”, acting as if my questions were a nuisance and hanging up the phone on me, I would advise going to another dealership before purchasing such an expensive car only be spoken to that way. I was looking for advice given I’ve never been in this situation before and I was not aware this location does NOT do their own bodywork, they sub it out so therefor they can not provide you with a lease during the time of repair. She told me there are other people with actual emergencies who need loaner cars. What type of manager speaks to a customer that way? I found there are multiple bad reviews about the service department so I guess it’s a reoccurring situation hopefully they look into. This is not the type of service you want after purchasing a $114,000 car

Service phones ring and ring and then always go to voicemail. Then when you call the dealer, they answer and they find a way to get you to an actual person in service. Asked about making an appointment to get a loaner, was promised that I'd get one, then when I came in they said they didn't have one for at least 2 weeks despite me getting told the day before on the phone that I would get one. Then I asked if I did the drop off, could you help me get home, they said yes, an hour of waiting in the dealership and they came up to me and said' the shuttle driver is doing something else and then when he comes back he has to take someone else on a drive so it'd be at least an hour before he could take you home.' Asked about my car and they said they wouldn't be able to even look at it until at least 2 days from now. At that point I was fed up and said just give me back my car and let me go home. A bunch of false promises at this service center.

They claimed to get the maintenance job done in 90 minutes. Been waiting for 3 hours. The worst!! Why would you claim 90 minutes? Tell the customer it might take 3 hours, so they can arrange their plans, and get a loner in case they don’t have that much time to waste. Would be 0 stars but 2 stars because the job was done and they washed the car.

I want to give a huge thanks to Pedro and the service department at this BMW dealership! I was driving through NJ when my car started shaking on the highway. Since I had just bought the car second-hand, I was really worried and stopped by this dealership to get it checked out. After the inspection, they found that the wheel hub was severely damaged and needed to be replaced, which was very bad news for me. At that moment, Pedro stepped in and advised me to contact the dealership that sold me the car because they should be responsible for covering the repair costs. With his guidance and help, I was able to successfully get the repair costs covered by the seller and leave my car at the dealership for the repair. I also decided to get a full car wash and some scratch repairs while I was there. Pedro handled all the communication and arrangements, making the entire process so easy for me. When I saw the finished work, I was honestly amazed. The car looked incredible! I can’t thank Pedro and the service department team enough for their exceptional work and support. I highly recommend this dealership and Pedro!

Great customer service, David was my advisor he was great ! Tony the manager was also very helpful and professional. They got me a new tire that wasn’t in stock and was in and out within the hour of my appointment time . Highly recommend!!

Not the best customer service. I simply call for some tech advice for my 5 series and was transferred 4 times until they canceled my call. I called about warning information being displayed on my service board. Also, I had an appointment scheduled for inspection and maintenance and was continuing to be ignored and over priced because my 5 series is no longer under warranty.

Typically I've always been wary of dealership shops but I've been going to this location since I got my car over 10 years ago. Even though the staff is new and the location has moved, the service team has been exemplary. John Ladany, the service manager there, has done an amazing job making you feel taken care of. The only downside is there is sometimes a wait but its probably because everyone takes their car to this dealership rather than the other ones near them.

Wendell made my experience a great one! I received the absolute BEST service from him and the open road team! My husband and I, relied on Wendell’s expertise in the industry as we worked with our warranty company to repair a new issue with our BMW X5. He made what is usually a daunting process for the automotive industry seem quick, easy and straightforward. If I could give 10 stars I would! For the last few years, I have been going to my service advisor, Anthony Cimini. If you need service for your BMW, definitely ask for him. He is extremely professional, keeps it 100 with you and addresses all your questions and concerns. He does not beat around the bush and calls it how he sees it. At the end of the day, we want to make sure our BMW is fully serviced so we leave the dealership satisfied, which is what he ensures. He is also very communicative if your waiting and responsive if you reach out to him via phone. Thank You, Anthony, for your continued partnership!

I recently visited Open Road BMW for routine maintenance. Upon arriving, Mr. Fred Heid, who was my Service Advisor, informed me of two recalls on my car. He was very professional and explained to me in detail the work needed to be performed on my car. As was leaving, he encouraged me to reach out to him whenever I have any questions about my vehicle. I recently ordered a new battery for my X4 from the parts department. The Parts Service rep “Jose” was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process and left me quite confident in making my decision to replace, order and have the new battery installed. I received several follow up phone calls indicating the battery was available and ready for installation. My service rep John Ladany immediately arranged to have the battery installed. His work ethic is second to none. John is always friendly, professional and is an exceptional communicator. The vallet attendants are exceptional.

I have been getting my vehicles from this dealership since 2008 and nothing but the best experience. Especially when it comes down to my service advisor John Ladany. He is always available to answer my phone calls and at the same time gives me daily updates when my car is being serviced. He also makes sure my car is nice and clean at every pickup. I appreciate it a lot! Also Tony service manager been very helpful to fit me in when I have emergency.
