Dave was so helpful when I had a car emergency. He communicated with me all day and did a thorough repair job. He was super pleasant to chat with and his service fee was more than fair. Would definitely use his service and expertise in the future.
I called simply to get some basic auction information, and the person who answered was extremely rude. He cut me off, said “Nope, not interested,” and hung up on me. My question is what exactly are you interested in if not providing legitimate information to customers? That’s not how you treat people. It’s no wonder so many are uncomfortable dealing with these kinds of dealer scams. Truly disappointing experience.
I had such a great experience with Dave’s Auto & Towing! The owner is an incredibly kind and professional man who went above and beyond to help me when my car battery died. Not only did he give me a jump start and charge my battery, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and gave me really helpful advice to avoid future issues (& saved me $500 as well ) It’s rare to find someone in this business who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about people. I truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and excellent service. I highly recommend this towing company to anyone in need—you’ll be in good hands!

I called this towing company during a busy time when they were completely overbooked. Even though they couldn’t send a truck right away, the person I spoke with was very considerate. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and helped me come up with a workaround solution that really helped. Just really grateful for the honesty and the extra effort which is rare to find these days.
First I’d like to thank David! My car ran out of gas & my brother & I were having a hard time putting gas in from a gas can. After googling & calling David was at my location in under 20 minutes. He helped us out gas in my car & charge up my battery so I was able to go home without a tow. Once again thank you!
Wish I could leave a zero star. Don’t try to call if you have problems early in the morning. The guy that’s answering the phone might as well not pick up. If people don’t like or want to do their jobs- they should quit. Simply awful.
My car died on the highway and I was frantically looking for a local tow that was affordable. The person that answered the phone was great and the driver dispatched was friendly and professional. The only thing is that one reason I picked this company was because it looked like the address was very close to my home so I thought I would be able to walk home and then back. It was not. So if you plan to have the tow bring your car to their shop, check the address while you're on the phone. It's not a mark against the service, I should have asked, but I was not thinking straight and wish I had seen it mentioned in a review

Dave saved me from a very bad spot. Came back from vacation and my vehicle just refused to start. Despite it being a very busy and stressful day, Dave was kind enough to swing by real quick and assist in jump starting my vehicle and getting me back. 10 out of 10 service. I highly recommend. You just don't get that quality of help these days.

Fast and efficient! Our car suddenly stoped in the middle of a highway in peek hr they were great on assisting us, got to us in 15 min . We couldn’t be happier i could not recommend them enough.

I asked for a receipt for my tow several times so I can send it to my insurance for a refund and I just keep getting ignored. Not sure what the problem is. Pretty simple customer service request. Bummed I used these guys.
Could not recommend enough! I found myself needing a short-distance tow and just did a quick google search and landed on Dave’s - so glad I did! He was there quickly and even tried resolving my problem so that I wouldn’t need a tow. Ultimately I did need the tow, but it was quick and affordable! Adding Dave’s into my contacts should I ever need a tow again!

I ran inside a convenience store and when I returned to my car, she wouldn't start! I felt stranded and boy I wasnt feeling it. I called a tow for a friend in a different county with no service on his phone. A different tow company, the police and the fire dept got there sooner than this towing company. So the job was done and these people kept calling my phone like I know what's going on LOL i did a favor for a friend whose phone doesn't work. He called multiple times spamming my phone with calls and voicemails threatening to give my number to the police for calling a "bogus tow". Okay have fun with that. The police were there before yall LOL i blocked their number for being weird grown men. Yall need to chilllllll outtttttt.

Dave is definitely a life saver!!! He’s not only great doing his job, he's also a very nice, kind, and helpful man. Today I locked myself out of my car… on a Sunday… so it was very hard to find open businesses, and the ones that were open had unreasonable high prices. He gave me the best price out of all the places I called. He was very patient following my directions to get to my place, he got the job done so quickly, he wasn’t rude at any point. Any review that says something negative about this business or its owner it’s completely false!!! Don’t believe on the bad reviews. Dave is just like a friend that is there to help in any way he can!!!
