MUST GO IS TERRIBLE. They ripped apart my son’s bumper while backing his car off the tow truck and are refusing to pay for the damages. We have two witnesses, plenty of evidence and they refuse to rectify. DO NOT USE THEM AND TURN THEM AWAY IF AAA SENDS THEM!
Absolutely do not use this towing company!!! The tow truck driver backed the car off the truck and forgot to remove the chains from underneath the front of the car and proceeded to back to the car off the flat bed and ripped the bumper in half, pulled the bumper loose from the frame and damaged the Radiator. We witnessed this happening & was in a recorded parking lot and now the owner is trying to say it’s not his fault and not cooperating with AAA to pay for the damages that his driver made. If this isn’t resolved, reporting the business to the state. Businesses shouldn’t operate like this when it’s their fault. They should be responsible and pay for damages they made.
Called AAA for my disabled van and must go LLC showed up and Tayfun got straight to work and started towing my Van very friendly and very Professional AAA++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😀
Great service! I was stranded on the side of the road. Called Must Go Towing and Fatih arrived right away. Car was loaded quickly and carefully. Highly recommend and would use their service again in an emergency.
Fatih took amazing care of my Ferrari, and delivered it without any scratches on the bottom although the car is only 4 inches from the ground. Thank you very very much
