Theyd rather tow cars and put towing stickers on cars that have resident permit parking rather than those who are non-resident. Stay in your city and stop making unnecessary trips to other cities if you won’t do your job properly!
AAA sent me American towing absolutely the best they were really helpful and helped me stay calm while I was stuck on the side of the road. Dispatcher was really calm and understanding.
I had a flat tire that AAA wasn't able to remove so they called me a tow. I was called as soon as they got my details, the driver arrived promptly, was very polite and worked quickly. He dropped off my car at the service center, then dropped me off at my house.

The driver was kind, reassuring, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He took great care while loading and transporting my car, and kept me informed the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people, not just doing a job.
