I have got a 2021 Honda accord got it with 48,200 Miles didn’t even have the car for 2 years the car broke down at 58,000 miles not even 100 miles on it. When I got this car from here I ask for a second key they never responded never gave me a second key . Had to get rid of the car didn’t even got to enjoy it . The sale person was so bad when you go to the dealer they do all the transfer from the insurance I had to make all the info they didn’t even help with anything . That sale person was on the phone all the time going out side and talking on the phone spanking bad sale person won’t remcommended any one here at all .

Very dishonest. Came here because they had a big selection of vans.
Was presented with a clan car fax saying the car is accident free.
Days later when installing shelving I noticed the whole side had been side swiped, poor repairs, Bondo cracking .
Spare tire tools missing along with spare tire mounting bracket and safety cable.
Driver Seat was swapped to a broken one with tapes up cushion .
When confronted that the seat was swapped I was told ( we couldn't have swapped it) meanwhile the seat belt wasn't bolted to the seat at all.
I was told they'd order a new seat , it's been 2 weeks , no seat, when inquired about it I was told someone will call back.
Got myself a work truck thanks to Dmitry and the guys. Greatly appreciated their approach of not just selling the truck but giving me room to breathe and think before making such a purchase. This is the place to buy a car. First, they have great range of cars and absolutely incredible prices with no hidden charges. I had been looking to buy a Mercedes and was on the market for about 2 months, everywhere I went had ridiculous dealership fees and fees for not financing. JCD did not hide any fees in the price, they honored what I found online. I also had a little incident and was not able to get the money to purchase the car in the window I was given after paying a deposit, they still went on to hold the car. After picking the car, it had a little problem and they took car of it without me a paying any cent more.
