We had an exceptional professional experience with Ms. Sandie Henry on our impromptu visit to Honda Route 22 Hillside. We were in the neighborhood and decided to look at the Honda Pilot. She greeted us at the door and the conversations started. Sandie sat with us and thoroughly explained the nuisances of our current vehicle which had us upside down and showed us better options at Honda. We remained in communication over the next few days which resulted in us trading in our old vehicle and financing the Honda Pilot 2025 Touring .
