Recently someone backed into Our Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid van when we were not present so have no idea who did it. We took the van to Champion CARSTAR Collision, 1405 US Highway 130, Hightstown, NJ 08520 for the repairs. We were treated great by Owners Cindy and John and were kept updated with the progress of the repairs by text messages and phone calls. I was totally impressed and pleased with how we were kept in the loop. They did an outstanding job and the interior of the van was as clean as when we dropped it off. I highly recommend CARSTAR.

My wife hit a deer with our Tesla, and after calling around, we learned that Champion CARSTAR Collision was one of the few Tesla certified repair shops in our area. From the very beginning, Bill and the entire team were nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail immediately put us at ease. Throughout the repair process, we received at least two updates a week via text, which was incredibly reassuring. Any time we had a question, we got a response within an hour. Our Tesla looks brand new, and you would never know it had been in an accident. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were blown away to find that it had been cleaned inside and out. That is what I call above and beyond. I have always been a bit jaded when it comes to car repair shops, but Bill and his team may have just changed my mind. I was overly impressed with CCC. They were very professional and precise throughout the entire process. Their notification system, letting me know where the car was at each stage, was greatly appreciated. The final product was flawless. I'm more than impressed. I hope to never require their service again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use them!

Very satisfied with the experience. The repair was completed earlier than promised and the communication from the shop throughout the process was great. I was informed and updated throughout the various stages of the repair progress and promptly informed when the repair was completed. The car was returned clean. Would recommend to anyone needing auto body repairs.

I recently needed my car repaired after an incident with a deer crossing on a major highway. Champion was one of my insurance company's recommended auto body shops, so I opted to take it there. I'm grateful that I did. Everyone at Champion was courteous, professional and the work they did was great. They made a difficult situation so much better. 5 Stars !! I have used Champion Carstar a few years back in Feb 2017 & Mar 2018. Cindy, John & Bill did a super job. Keep it up. For my Tesla, - They did a fine job with the in-take process - They communicated with the insurance company - They coordinated with the rental car company - The repair quality was good - The repairs were completed on-time One development area, I had to wait about 1-3 weeks before before they took the car in. I wish this was shorter. All in all 5 Stars !!

Communication and coordination with the progress of my repair was fantastic. The whole team did the best for me as I got to see some of them. Upon pickup, they also addressed a problem that had nothing to do with the repair and took care of it for me at no extra charge. Always friendly always smiling and always honest. Second time I've used them and I will return, hopefully never or in the near future unless necessary LOL. Love these people. Thank you

Carstar helped us from beginning to end with making sure our car was repaired perfectly and expeditiously after the stressful experience of having a car collision with a deer. They kept me with informed with the car's progress with warm and friendly text messages. They have a relationship with enterprise rental car down the road which also made it easy for me to have a rental car, with a pick up and drop off service. Tesla Model Y, rear damage. Before and after photos provided One of the rare business establishment who really values customer. From Day 1 they have been very professional and detailed in their communication. Though they quoted much higher (as they replaced everything) than GEICO, they also took the responsibility of dealing this with the insurance company. I. just had to pay the deductible amount. I really liked the proactive SMS updates they provided at each critical phase of the repairs. I will highly recommend anybody looking for Tesla repairs

The staff at CarStar made my experience fixing my car after a deer incident very stress free. Initially, I was extremely worried about how I'd go about fixing my car as it was my first accident and a freak one at that. My insurance company wasn't very helpful in this process and told me to look for an auto shop on my own as they didn't know which shops in their network were Tesla certified. I was fortunate to find that CarStar was Tesla recommended and after the first day I brought in the car for the initial checkup, I was immediately reassured and given clarity on the steps that would be taken to fix my car. Bill kept me updated throughout the repair process, keeping me in the loop and easing any anxiety I would have had. All in all, if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing to get your car repaired, CarStar is the best place to go.

My car got into an accident and insurance company towed it to them. The estimate was more than total value so car was total loss. Regardless, I feel the folks were good , supportive and helped me take the right decision. I recommend them. Since the car was not repaired I cannot judge the repair aspect and hence 4 star.

My daughter got into a car accident and needed an entire bumper replacement. Champions Carstar came highly recommended. From the moment we came in for an estimate everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Jason answered all of my questions and worked with us on an amazingly fair price and got her car done in a few days including having it delivered to our house. Cindy was extremely personable and helpful when I was there for payment and helped answer alll of my questions. They are extremely professional and so easy to work with. I cannot thank them all enough for their top notch customer service and taking care of my daughter’s car and of us. Highly recommend and will absolutely use them again for my vehicle needs.

I bought a 21’ TLX Aspec that had a mismatched fender + there was a loose part that I did not notice. Everyone at the shop was super attentive, keeping me updated with a nice, positive attitude the whole time. I am so impressed with the quality of work they do as well as the price, very reasonable. They were in communication with me every step of the way, even got some progress pics ☺️. My car came out amazing. You can’t even tell it had work done on it! They are also super accommodating, the day of my pick they were closing early but Bill waited for me after hours to make sure I had my car on time.
