The place is amazing. The employees are really nice and helpful. Especially that Anthony fella. He was very helpful, and nice. He helped me through my questions and guided me through buying the right parts for my car. Definitely will keep on coming back.

I had a great experience at this AutoZone! I needed new windshield wipers, and Rico was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me with them. Would definitely recommend!

Would be well over 5 stars if possible. 2 things, been in customer service forever so I'm critical of what I see elsewhere. With the economy and businesses closing right and left makes it even more important. There are arguments for both sides between customer service and it's employees. Every customer these days is important. I needed a new car battery so called ahead and the employee I spoke to on the phone was very genuine and thorough considering my business was turned away at a competitor because it was "too cold" to assist in putting a battery in. Got the assistance I needed here from the first step in the door was told all the details as he went along and made sure it worked before I left. Customer 4 life quick and painless. Trying to make a good habit of sharing positive reviews more 👍👍👏👌

Fantastic staff and store. I am a new motorcycle owner and Porsche owner relatively and had killed my battery and the gentleman helped me figure out how to trickle charge my bike and I was able to do it. Rick helped with wipers and other parts. I'm very thankful you such great store so close with great staff. You know it wasn't that hard if yu google. Thank you for your help AutoZone.

Rich was so amazing, he offered to add in my headlight for me and the last time i came, he helped my sister fix her tire with no problem at all. Truly charming and a great employee to have, will definitely be back <3

On Thursday 12/18/25 I decided to go to this autozone cause it was around the area I’ve been a loyalty customer since it was build I needed a new battery for my car I swap it twice because there battery has been low voltage and they didn’t wanted to give me a good battery until I was told to try a different autozone and they test the battery that I was given by RT.33 and battery results showed it Bad Battery!!! So why sale bad batteries to paying customers?? SCAM!!!

Terrible service. The guy who installs your battery doesn't understand the concept of screwing and unscrewing. He took 1.5 hours to install the battery and once he couldn't do it, he called someone else who fixed it in 5 minutes. He also dropped his socket in my car and told me that they can't get it out and it will just drop off eventually. Overall, very bad experience.

Visited this location due to the check engine light giving an alert. The staff was courteous and helpful while informing me of the results of their testing. As I was visiting the area from out-of-state, the staff told me I should be able to make it home without having to undergo any repairs.

Called on a Sunday night because we got a bolt in the tire leaving six flags. Gentleman on the phone said to bring car by. He basically fixed our flat for us. We were hours from home and so grateful!

I am very happy with the attention from Auto Zone. Their friendly and respectful staff is a highly qualified team. They help you with questions and guide you in the best way, whether they are respectful or not. They are truly my advisors for my vehicles and my family's.

I called and asked if they had a rear wiper for my car in stock and they told me they did. I drover right over, was warmly greeted and Rico found the blade for me. After ringing it up, he asked if he could put it on my car. I was so happy! He did a great job! Will definitely be back! Amazing service!!

5 star server for Anthony & Darsh they helped me locate the proper headlight bulbs. Then installed both for me. These gentlemen went above and beyond to help me out with my car and I greatly appreciate it. Give these guys a raise this is what customer service is all about.

I called earlier and told the girl who answered the phone that I needed a battery for my car she gave me a price and told me they would be there until 9 . I walk 2 hrs later so 7 pm and the woman working told yeah I don’t know if your gonna get that it’s hot out, does your car drive I said it needed to be jumped I need a battery the man said nope I’m not doing it it’s to hot … I’m only putting a star because I had to to post this

Ricky is wonderful! I have a Volkswagen Eos which is a rare car no longer made. Everytime something goes funky w my car, Ricky has always helped me. Went there Thursday 11/7/24 and was thoroughly amazed at the courtesy of the personnel. Bought windshield wipers and windshield cleaner. The sales man installed the wipers and check to see if my windshield liquid was full. The courtesy extended was like being on another planet. Thank you so much.

When you think customer service is dead or not what is used to be you run someone like Tony who changes your mind. Tony went above and beyond helping me with a headlight issue and I couldn't thank him enough. Tony and the staff at Autozone in Hamilton have always been #1 and I will never go anywhere else.

I called at 8:40 asking for jumper cables, the man on the phone said they do carry and he let me know that they close at 9PM. I said okay I’ll be there soon, as google states they close at 9PM. I went there at 8:55 and they have the audacity to put a sign out and say they close at 8:45PM after the man just told me they close at 9. Workers in parking lot chatting, I asked if they work there and they denied when they obviously do. Needed them before an overnight shift at the hospital. Sad people these days can’t do their job right and stick with store’s protocols. I would not rely on these people.

Bought battery in which was installed there, car wouldn't start following month, bought it back asking them to tighten the connectors an ended up sitting 45 minutes waiting for somebody to come out with a wrench.. but meanwhile they helping others with engine light diognosis? The 2 men behind the counter could have easily come out with a wrench and tighten it for me... But no I guess they didn't want their fingers dirty...

I had to get an Air filter for my car so I decided to go to Auto Zone. I had no idea where the location of my fliter was so I asked one of the employees, his name was Adam. He was so kind on researching where the filter was located on my car. An he even helped me install it. I must say it was not an easy task, but be was kind and patient and was not giving up. I was extremely grateful for his help, kindness and professionalism. AUTO ZONE SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE LIKE ADAM!

I wish I would have got the managers name who helped me today . If the workers on any given day where as half as good as he is I would shop there all the time. He is what I would expect a parts store worker to be like . Helpful , not condescending and doesn’t stop till he finds and locates the part you need . Once again I wish I would have got his name. He is an older gentleman who opened up the store on janurary 1st 2024 . Thanks again and happy new year .

HUGE shoutout to Matt and Rick at this place! I was trying to find a passenger side mirror since a car side swiped me and it was dangling off. My gas cover door also broke off and I was looking for a paint color match for a new basic one. Well, I didn’t end up needing any new pieces! Matt and Rick literally took apart my mirror, fixed it, and put it back on my car. Good as new! Not only this, but they went the extra mile to fix my gas tank door by using resin to cure it back together and make sure it doesn’t break off again, then sanded it down to the smooth original texture. I seriously was in awe, I’ve never experienced better customer service in my life. They went above and beyond. You guys rock, and I recommend this place to anyone who needs a part or some off-the-table car advice!

Today I purchased wiper blades for two cars, and both experiences were fabulous. Ro educated me on the differences between the blades for the cars (on my second visit). And, while installing, she and I had great a discussion that ranged from careers to personal health to environmental concerns. She’s a genuinely kind human with great knowledge and customer service skills. Matt also helped me today. He located and ordered a blade for my car and installed those that he had for me. He was also personable and demonstrated great customer service skills. Kudos to AutoZone for hiring these exceptional employees.

I had the best experience at Auto Zone. The employees Rick and Mr L were so kind an patient with me. I needed some parts for my car and they helped me out so much. They took the time to explain everything to me and helped me find what I needed. These 2 employees are a great asset to this store as well as to Auto Zone!!!!!
