Horrible service seriously felt scammed going to this location I bought 2 brand new front tires with in a week the passenger tire is flat ...so I go back to the same location not complaining not mad at anyone & buy another new tire ....a week later this time the driver side tire is flat how is this possible only thing that comes to mind is they got a stock pile of tires that been sitting out too long ...? So I go again same location same staff & I ask what they can do for me help me out with a discount on a new tire Because it's ridiculous that not even a month has passed and both "brand new tires " go bad the staff at the desk said that i should've got a warranty...does that get me a new tire nope only check if they can repair it which they couldn't they can't so I told them put my spare tire back on & took my business some place else the mavis discount tires in Lawrence rt 1 next to QB mall much better costumer service helped me out with a new tire gave me a discount because I told him my issue & he saw on his computer how much I've already spent on tires & god bless him for that he didn't have to do that never will I go back to this location for any work on my car or family members car horrible service really felt scammed who else had same issues ?
I had such a great experience here thanks to Mike and Angel! Mike was so kind and took the time to actually have a conversation with me while Angel helped me with my tire that had a nail in it, however I did end up needing a new tire, but he went out of his way to fix part of my bumper and really helped me out. I was so stressed and they made the whole situation so much easier. I left feeling relieved and taken care of. Thank you both so much for your help and kindness. I truly appreciate it!
I had a flat tire in a parking lot away from home on a Sunday in a snowstorm. To me, this was an impossible crisis. To Mavis Tire in Hamilton, it was just another Sunday customer. They were courteous and professional. The technician plugged my tire and ordered a new tire at my request. No hard sell. I was so relieved and I highly recommend Mavis Tire.
Just had a great experience at this shop! I was on the road when my tire lights went on and was really nervous whether I hit a nail or not. Samantha at the front desk was super helpful and luckily took me in right away without a long wait time. Their team efficiently took care of my tires. Highly recommend this place for any last minute tire troubles!
Excellent service! My tire blew out on the NJ Turnpike at 9:30 am. I was in desperate need of a new tire. This store was the only location in a 10 mile radius that had what i needed. They fit me in quickly and provided me with the best possible price. I am truly grateful for all involved

I visited my dealership, just across the street from Mavis, to get my tire fixed. They informed me that the tire was too close to the sidewall and couldn’t be repaired. I took a picture and brought it to Mavis. Samantha, examined the picture and assured me that they could definitely fix it. They were incredibly professional and kind, which is rare these days. I truly appreciate their service. Thank you, Samantha, Angel, and the entire crew at Mavis.
I had a very disappointing experience with Mavis in Hamilton. Despite the high Google ratings and competitive pricing, the service fell far short. I purchased four new tires and expected them to be installed, balanced, and aligned properly. After leaving my vehicle there all day, the tires still felt unbalanced on the highway.
When I returned to have it checked, I felt dismissed by the staff and management rather than helped. I then contacted Mavis customer service and took my vehicle to another Mavis location in Lawrenceville—while the manager there was more professional, the tires were still not balanced correctly.
Ultimately, my personal mechanic in Highland Park found the tires were significantly out of balance. After he corrected them, my vehicle drove normally again. Given that I drive on major highways daily, this was a safety concern for me.
I spent over $1,000 and never received any follow-up from the regional manager despite requesting it. Based on this experience, I personally would not return and cannot recommend Mavis for tire services.
I am fortunate enough to have a Mavis Tire close to my home. I have used them several times for tire purchases and other vehicle services and I could not be happier with the results. I bought a set of Mavis All-Season tires for my 2019 Pilot and I experienced mileage way beyond the 60,000 mile warranty. Their tires are a phenomenal value and I was also impressed with their traction in the rain and snow. Finally, the staff are polite, courteous, and professional. I will continue to use them for all my vehicles and I recommend them to anyone looking for great tires at a great price.
I had a great experience at Mavis. Dropped my car off for an oil change, and the process couldn’t have been easier. The service was completed in about 15 minutes, and the staff was friendly and professional.
Came in on an emergency flat tire with no scheduling ahead of time. They took my car fixed the flat were considerate professional efficient and timely. Huge help on an emergency!!! Thank you!!! Five stars!

We’ve been using Mavis of Hamilton for years and they always come through “quickly” to address our tire and suspension/ maintenance needs -go out of their way to fit us in when we have an emergency / unexpected repair - always friendly and courteous too
A local tow suggested this Mavis and I’m really glad I listened. They were straight forward and kept me informed… and always a plus, they were kind. Will definitely be back!
Mavis in Hamilton is the only place I have full confidence for my tire needs and concerns. I am always met with a professional and informative staff who treats me with kindness and respect. I just recently had 4 tires installed and was pleased by the promptness of their service.
I had the misfortune of gashing my tire on a Belgium block curb. On the way home I remembered a tire store. I was fortunate to pull into Mavis and be greeted by the Manager. He sized up the tire and checked the stock. Sadly, he couldn't find it in the area. He offered to put the spare on to get me home. When I mentioned I might have a tire protection plan, he said check it out and call back if not. He even wrote the tire size on his card to assist me. Happily my dealer confirmed the coverage. But I know the next time I get a flat, I'll head tight back to Mavis.
I always come here for my truck and they take great care of me. Usually in and out but of course that depends on the work load that’s already in place. I highly recommend this shop 💯💯
I went into Mavis last month because my car driver side tail light had a crack. I had brought the part online and requested them to use the tool needed to remove it so I could install it myself. Eric and Angel were in the shop and offered to install the tail light. Both were extremely professional and didn't charge me for the work. I highly recommend this place.
Had a flat tire, Mavis team found it to be just a tire valve issue, they changed it and did not charge a dime. Great price! Paying nothing. So happy to see their honesty. Superb service
I needed a tire changed and arrived at 4:30 fully expecting them to say sorry we will have to take care of it another day. Instead, they brought it in and changed the tire and had me out of there by 5:00. Excellent customer service!
Great experience! I went to this location seeking assistance from an experience at a different location and these guys were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. I also got an alignment done and i was in and out in under 30 minutes. Overall great experience!
Worst experience ever! My wife brought our van in for 4 new tires, she had an appointment & the actual service took over 4 hours with 2 walk-in customers completing their service before her. She drove the van with new tires & the van steering wheel shook & @ higher speeds to driver side visor & console also shook. The van also made noises that it had not since new tires were installed. She returned & went on a test drive with a technician who claimed there was nothing wrong, that the tires were breaking in & she was dismissed rudely. The van continued to have trouble the next day during her highway commute so I returned this morning for service. I was told by manager Freddy that there was nothing that could be done for tire balancing at speeds over 70 mph & was told since I did not schedule an appointment I would have to come back another day. I insisted they fix the errors on our tire installation that cost over $1000.00 & the manager got hostile with me demanding I leave the store. I ended up leaving & was told by Mavis customer service when I called in a complaint to go to another service center. The next Mavis center discovered that my wheels were not balanced correctly causing the issues my wife was told did not exist. All told, it took over 4 hours for original install & another half day to fix the problem. Mavis is understaffed & overbooked & Freddy the Hamilton location manager is extremely unprofessional. There are other options for discount tires & I recommend you seek them out to avoid the wrath of Freddy.
First went to Walmart and was told they were booked for the day even tho there was 4 techs standing around playing on their phones. Came here with all my tires and they took me in right away. Staff is great and know their craft well. I will be coming back here for all my tire needs from now on

I stopped in with some extra time to get my wheel balancing at this location which I had put off for too long, taken as a walk-in, served immediately at the counter (they had my plate from my local store) and they had me out in- not kidding - less than an hour.
