Was visiting from out of town and the front end of the car starting making intermittent noise. Called F/X and they were full but said they'd try to squeeze me in. So I let it go and was going to ignore it and just drive on it. But they called me back later in the day to get me in the next morning as they were genuinely concerned. So I took them up on it. Ended up having a bad wheel bearing which could have gotten worse quickly on a road trip. So they went out of their way to fit me in and saved me from a much worse hassle. They were very friendly, helpful above and beyond, and competent. Would totally recommend them!
These guys are amazing. We were on our way home to Pittsburgh when we ran over a blown out tire on 287. It rattled out some of the screws on the plastic protector under our front end causing the protector to drag on the road. We made it to Whitehouse Station and by some miracle to Drivers FX and they replaced the screws, secured the plastic shield and charged us nothing, sending us on our way. What a blessed crew. Worth your business 100 percent.
Staff at the auto parts store rock, but some kid mechanic was super rude to me telling me Ii didn't know what I was talking about with my brakes and my car is just old. Well I knew he was wrong then and now I know for a fact he was wrong. My emergency brake was completely jammed and ceased up. Had to bring it to another mechanic to figure that out. I will never send my car their again.
Place my order for car mats Tuesday received the next day plus they sell Gliptone car products which is hard to find or most other places say they never heard of it. Also found door gaurd for car door which other places don't sell also very very please with there service and inventory of products. 👍👍👍👍👍
Excellent customer service. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed even though I didn’t know what I was doing. They cared only about helping me get what I needed and they got it for me right away. They found me exactly what I was looking for and fixed my car problem immediately. They made a usually cumbersome and obnoxious task easy and efficient.
These guys are great!!! Needed parts for a 95 ford ranger, couldn’t find them in stock anywhere, but here! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Love them! They’re the only people I trust with my vehicles. They have been absolutely wonderful to not only my car but also my families! They really go above and beyond for their customers which is very rare to find when it comes to mechanics (my personal experience over the years). A few winters ago my heat went in my car, they actually tried everything they could to fix it at least enough to get me through the winter. If you’re looking for a mechanic I highly suggest them
These guys are 5 minutes from my house. It looks like they have a ton of really cool stuff, however the attitude from the bald mustache guy with glasses will keep me from shopping there. Smile, greet your customers and take there money, its easy.
I can't speak to other folk's experiences at this business, but I have always found the people there extremely helpful. Just the other day, I had to get a tire fixed in a hurry because I had an appointment coming up, and the guys working at FX made sure I got where I was going. Last winter I was driving home in a rain-and-hail storm, and my driver's side windshield wiper disintegrated. I stopped at FX right at closing time, figuring I'd buy new blades and put them on in the morning, but the man who sold them to me insisted on going out in that weather and putting the blades on himself. Then I mentioned to him that I also needed a high-beam headlamp bulb, and that I knew how to put it in, but again, he insisted on doing it himself. My wife has also had nothing but good things to say about FX Automotive.
