Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. They'll test codes and check your battery like most auto parts places, too. Good spot to spend your money if you wrench on your own ride. They happen to be local to me, so it another reason to use them.
Surprisingly if they don't have it they can get it the next day. Also carries an unusual assortment of specialty tools you can't find elsewhere. Went again this morning and they would have happily ordered what I needed and had it before noon
Trailer broke down a few miles from here on a long trip. Called them at 7:30 as soon as the open. Told them what was happening. The guy said bring it here I got you. They had everything I needed to replace my wheel bearings. I had no part numbers. I had no info on what size bearings. The guy knew exactly how to measure them and in 30 seconds he had the right ones sitting on the counter. What amazing service. And great knowledge. Thank you for getting me on the road again!!!
Purchased over $500 worth of brake parts including calipers that carried a $132 core deposit (you bring your old calipers back for a refund of this charge so they can rebuild them and sell them). The manager guy behind the counter advised me to save my paperwork in order to get that refund. I returned two days later with the paperwork and the old calipers and he gave me a hard time because I didn't put the old calipers in the cardboard boxes that I received the new ones in. He condescended that "everyone knows that you have to put the cores in the original boxes" and refused to give me the refund because I didn't have the boxes. First, no, not everyone knows that specific policy because I've been working on my own cars for 30 years and never had that be the case. Second, if it was important, he should have advised me to keep my paperwork AND the original boxes. Long story shorter, I had to go back home and climb into a dumpster to find the original boxes to get my refund. I am a local business owner myself and would never treat a customer like that. Don't make up a rule that you don't tell anyone and then make them jump through hoops.
Customer service is wonderful and honest .they take their time and look up the parts the prices. He gave me other options. I was going to buy the wrong piece $100 kit. He suggested they have a piece for $17 that would fit. And fix my old trucks break problem. I didn't need the kit.
So so spot. I've definitely had better service at auto shops. Asked a question about a specific coolant that should go in a friends car and as opposed to them already knowing or at least looking it up first, they suggested i call my friend and ask them. Haha. Fair enough
While the staff was nice and they had what I needed, this place was the most unorganized and sloppy auto stores I've ever been in. Inventory was all of the floor and it was difficult to find anything.
