John & his team did a great job getting my 2018 Grand Cherokee back on the road for me. Excellent service all around.

I have gone to Koches Repairs for all of my cars over the years. He has been my mechanic probably around 10 years. He has always helped in my time of hardship and especially helped when my car had MAJOR issues on the road. He was reliable and helped me get it fixed in a timely manner. He even helped me with a rental car so I could get back and forth to school/work. Although I moved out of state, I still consider him a friend, reliable source of information and a great honest mechanic. Thank you Jon and all employees for the help with my car through the years!

The staff was friendly and professional, and the trailer was in great condition. Everything was well-maintained and ready to go. I can’t say enough about the responsiveness, professionalism, and reasonable rates I received from Koches. My car wouldn’t start and its new (2years old), so it had to go back to the dealership. Not only were they able to take care of having the car towed right away, but they also weren’t expensive and even offered a few options for me to try to get the car started before they came. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for 35 years. This is my second time using them and while I hope I don’t ever need a tow again, if I do, it will be from them.

These guys are great. Whatever you need they have it from fixing all kinds of vehicles to renting moving trucks. Just rented a U haul truck and car transporter from them. They went above and beyond as it was kind of short notice. Donna and John did an exemplary job. The area manager also played his part, as a dolly won't work on an all wheel drive. Truck and trailer ready to pick up and 450 miles later and a 12 hour drive, with no problems at all. Can't praise them enough

Excellent service all around. I travel about an hour to this location to have my two vehicles repaired ( Infiniti g37 and Mercedes C43 AMG). Their work is precise and at a great price. I would definitely recommend stopping in and having your vehicle serviced by them.

I was referred to Koches auto repair by a good friend who has had his vehicles serviced by John for years. I took my Subaru Forester to have brake work done and John did a great job, also the price was very reasonable. Since then, I’ve also had my Honda Fit serviced there and as always the work was reasonably priced and done in a very professional manner. I’m real glad my friend told me about Koches!

I had a screw in my tire and was losing air fast. I was referred to Koches by my friend and they didn't disappoint. As soon as I got there the owner John put down what he was doing to help me. He told me everything he was going to do before he started and gave me an estimate which he held to. Unfortunately my tire was beyond repair but not to worry he was able to find me a tire that i could safely get home with and put it on. He only charged me for the tire changing not the tire itself. He told me he was going to find me a replacement tire on monday and when the shops open up agian. I am really appreciative of all his help and hard work. He's got a customer for life. Bob

John is super knowledgeable and cares tremendously about the quality of the work. Donna is a pleasure to work with. All around a great experience. I had tires replaced and bearings packed and also asked them to install a sway and weight distribution hitch on our trailer. They did some work for me several years ago and I was more than pleased then too. All around great place.

We typically do our own car maintenance and repair, but brought two classic cars to Koches for alignments before a 13 hour drive to a Nashville car convention. The alignments were done exceptionally, plus he also pointed out some minor things and one major element for us to address before our trip. The major one was a brake hose on one of the cars that we twisted when we did a brake job at home - a significant error that could have caused a serious pull, or worse, a ruptured brake hose. We truly appreciate his review of the cars while on the alignment rack, even though he knew we would likely address them at home. A refreshingly honorable, knowledgeable and detail oriented shop - an experience I will not forget. Highly recommended...

After receiving a quote from the Ford dealership that my rear AC lines were leaking and it would cost $2200 to repair I went to Koches for a second opinion. John said he did not see a leak and charged up my system and had me drive until my AC was no longer cold again. i went back and he still did not see a leak but obviously there was one. John said he may have to take apart my dashboard to try to find it but didn't feel the cost was worth it. We charged the system again and I planned on getting rid of the vehicle. I went back one last time and he actually found the leak in an obscure place. $350 later my car is fixed, I do not have to buy a new one and I am very happy!! John was very professional, reasonable and persistent. Donna helped get my car in asap whenever i called and was always very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend Koches Repair!!!

I’m a new Koches customer. My “new” 21 year old Mustang was in need of some TLC. Shop owner John did a top-notch job fixing AC and drivetrain issues as well as catching up on a lot of deferred maintenance. The driver seat foams were in bad shape, office manager Donna referred me to an auto upholstery shop that did an excellent job. The car now runs and drives like new. I’m happy to have met John and Donna and I’ll definitely be using Koches again.

The owner, John, worked on my truck which had steering problems. I had brought my truck to 2 other places before him and they did work but did solve the problem. John thoroughly inspected my entire vehicle and found several problems that could have caused my problem. He made repairs and solved my steering problem. I'm grateful for his attention to fix my vehicle. I felt he treated it like it was his own.

I was new to the area 17 years ago and had a car that needed body work and mechanical work. The body shop recommended Koches Repair for the mechanical work and I have been a customer ever since. They have worked on everything for me from my wife's BMW to our horse trailer. They have also rescued us several times on the road. Always excellent work and they work with you until you are satisfied. Highly recommend them.

I drive an hour from my house just to go to this shop any time my car needs to be repaired because of how reliably and trustworthy they are. They always do a thorough job checking out any issues and providing the best options. They've gone above and beyond by calling Chrysler engineering about part defects and redesigns. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
