I emailed on a Sunday to see if the car was available. said it was available set up an appointment for this Thursday called on Monday to confirm and he told me the car was sold so how do you sell the car when your not open. very rude man on the phone and then hung up on me. seems to he a very shady place! dont advertise a car online and then tell me it is sold! not good business

I originally posted a great review before actually making my purchase. It all went to hell after that. I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord in December and still have not had 1 decent driving experience. I take the bus since the car is not reliable to make it even on a local trip. The check engine light came on during my first trip of less than 30 miles . I then spent every day of my life for over the next month going back and forth to the mechanic and dealing with Arik. Worst experience ever. Arik likes to play the blame game. I eventually was able to speak with Dave after playing hide and seek and they did pay for the software upgrade. After the upgrade the car broke down again 5 minutes later. The check engine light had been reset and same problem each time is the catalytic converter. They manipulate engine lights and issues
just to make it long enough for the sale. My recommendation is to drive the car for at least 50 miles before considering anything. I also paid $4000 too much. I was in bind to get another car during the Christmas break. Paid 7800 cash. TRAGIC decision
I recently bought a 2011 Subaru from KBB auto sales. I have to say I RARELY write reviews. Eric was extremely kind and considerate with all of my questions and also of my time constraints in getting the paperwork done. The vehicle is super clean and he printed me the carfax which demonstrated regular service at the Subaru dealer. So far this car is a gem and they literally delivered it to my home so I could get back to work! I cannot compliment these guys enough for the care they took in making this beauty mine.

Excellent service and vehicles. Unfortunately I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere solely for inventory reasons but I felt a need to write a review for KBB for their service. The gentleman who assisted me was nice and thorough, and I did not feel pressured or rushed to make up my mind. Little thoughtful gestures go a long way and I would recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

They sold me and my boyfriend a car (Mercury Mountaineer w/ 80,000 miles) two weeks ago. The car broke down within two weeks and needs a new transmission. This will cost thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, I cannot get a refund because the car is over 10 years old. We used most of our savings to buy this car and we are devastated and feel misled. We were told this car was in great condition and that it had been recently serviced.
Edit: the reason we did not want KBB to fix the car (they did offer- as they mentioned below) was because the trustworthy mechanic we brought it to said that KBB intentionally tampered with the transmission and it was quite obvious. He said they put a “band-aid” on it so we could drive it for a couple hundred miles before breaking down. I did not trust KBB fixing our transmission after hearing that so we asked them for the money to get it done somewhere else. They refused.
