It’s a customer behind the counter not a worker.
It’s super unprofessional , it’s a young kid running around in the shop while cars are lifting up and mechanic almost hit me with a car. And I only came here for an oil change
Slow and unresponsive. I had to wait 45 before they even saw me for an oil change and then it took forever. Then, they sent me an estimate for other work and never responded when I asked to schedule an appointment!
Schedule an appointment for 1pm. I got there early and the mechanic was working on a car he told me he’d be finished in 30 minutes and that he would start my car next. I asked how long does he think the service itself would take and he told me 2 hours. I came back 2 hours and 30 minutes later only to find that he didn’t even start working on my car. On top of that he finished the car he was working on when I showed up and was now working on a different car.
Great customer service from these guys! I’ve gotten my oil changed here a few times and my brakes + rotors replaced and they did a fantastic job. They’re very consistent with their work and always keep you updated.
Fixed my daughters 2010 Hyundai Elantra did great work very informative group of guys they work hard and really attentive to the customers questions. Will definitely be back to handle some auto care. Clean facilities very customer friendly thanks again Divano Tires & Auto Care Center
The staff are very welcoming and professional. I didn't have an appointment and they serviced my car. They offer many services including car rentals. I highly recommend this shop. I will be making this place my routine mechanic.
Now I know why this place sells Groupons for services. I scheduled an alignment on my Jeep a week in advance. As I was on the road 20 minutes away from my appointment and the shop I get a phone call asking to reschedule 3 hours later than my appointment time. Supposedly they didn't have room for an SUV at the moment whatever that means. It would have been nice to know that before I left and was basically around the corner from the shop. Completely unprofessional. My time is valuable. I'll take my business somewhere where they keep appointments.

I went in for an oil change for my European vehicle and was very satisfied with the service. Not only was the oil change done efficiently, but they also checked the brakes to ensure they were in top condition and inspected both the engine and A/C filters, something I wasn’t expecting. Excellent attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommended!
