Cardella is not an “H” honest business for Homeowners!! They send you a 20 page DocuSign Contract with heavy legal jargon to protect their deceptive ways! They overcharge homeowners for every container refilled; unlike Galluzzo Brothers, they charge you 1 TIME for the container only; any pick up replacements are only for the debris! You will NEVER know what the real weight of the debris you fill, because the Sales person ADAM tells the girls in the office to make up a weight. They try to charge your card a month later $138 stating wait time; after they charged me $3000 for wood debris!
I don’t write many reviews, but this has been on my TO DO LIST for months and I just have to FORWARN the public! DO NOT USE CARDELLA, they are “H• HORRIBLE FOR HOMEOWNERS they charge you as IF you’re a COMMERCIAL BUSINESS! If you threatened to charge back the transaction they send all type of Legal Letters! Can’t wait for the Attorney General’s office to step in and AUDIT their bookkeeping of dishonesty to the public! USE GALLUZZO BROTHERS they are an “H” happy humble & honest business! $685 for 1 - 30 yard container with multiple pick ups on time for less than $100 bucks!! GALLUZZO BROTHERS are GREAT; not CROOKED CARDELLA!

Cardella is extremely fast with their service to us.I have had the privilege of using them for 3 years now. The girls in the office are very polite and helpful. I give Caedella an A+ or on a scale of 1-100 definitely a 100. I would recommend Cardella to anyone who needs trash/junk removal.
They were incredibly responsive and efficient every single time we used them. I can't speak much for the price primarily because I did not deal with that, but every time I needed them, they were there no less than 24 hours later. I would definitely use them again!
Top notch service from top to bottom. Call center on a Saturday morning got my message to a sales rep within the hour. Rep was able to facilitate my order electronically without a hitch. I had an initial drop, a pick up and drop, and a final pick up, the drivers were professional and on time. My experience with Cardella couldn’t be anymore seamless and pleasant, thanks guys.

I had such a great experience at Cardella Waste. We were in the process of remodeling our home and needed to discard some old furniture. We were so lucky to find this gem of a place. Very reliable company. They have great drivers. I have a tight driveway and they handle it like pros! I have ordered three dumpsters so far and never had an issue. They are pricey that’s the only downside.

I do 95% of my dumpster business with Cardella, somewhere in the area of 1000 yards a year. They rarely have any issues, the containers are in good shape, their service is on time, and they accommodate / work with my more specific needs and requests. Though the biggest asset is, that on the rare occasion that they did make a mistake in the past, they made it right. That is the biggest sign of a great company to work with.

There was damage caused to our driveway on January 2, 2019 when the the dumpster was picked up. The driver admitted to causing the damage and I contacted Natalia from the damage control department. I have emailed and called her numerous times which she only replied once to my emails that had pictures attached. She stated that she was told by her site manager that the damaged caused by dragging the dumpster would have to be repaved and not just patched. Natalia then informed me that there's basically nothing that can be done and that we are stuck with this hole in our driveway. I decided to email Mike Cardella who then phoned me on January 31st. He listened to my side of the complaint and rectified the problem by giving us a credit. He was professional and courteous. I have edited this review from a one star to a five star. We will be using their service again.
I have to say was in a pinch, a couple of Saturdays ago!!! Moving out of my house after 20 years!! Needed a 30yrd container to do a final clean out of my house down in central NJ. Called Joe Cardella all in a panic!!!! He told me to relax he will get me the 30yrd by Saturday with no problem & that he did!!!! I kept the container through that Thursday, & Joe made sure it was picked up by 9am that morning before my 10am walk-through for the closing!!!!!! Great service by Cardella!!!!! Thank you for making the move out of my house a good one Joe!!!!!!!!
Cardella Waste was a pleasure to work with, and their generosity exceeded all expectations when they donated a large dumpster for our Relay For Life event at Indian Hills High School this past weekend. Awesome service, always there for me. I would recommend to all contractors. Drivers are very friendly and experienced. They can drop and pick up boxes from tightest spots. That helps a lot, especially in the city streets.

Excellent customer service and pick-up time was just as promised with no issues whatsoever.
