Had to stop by today for a new battery and Gabriel assisted me over the phone and once I got there. He was very patient and kind to me. Super knowledgeable and figured out how to assess my issue quickly. Battery installation was just a few minutes and I was out of there! Super content with his service, he’s the best!
I have been to a few autozone locations and the customer service here was by far the absolute best! Thanks to Gabe for helping me with everything, he’s a gem!
This morning I went shopping at Walmart, when I was leaving my car was not starting like normal. After a few tries it turned on. I drove across the parking lot to Autozone for someone to hopefully look at it. Gabe helped me, he was very nice and reassuring that we would figure out the problem. We figured out that the battery needed to be replaced. I’m so thankful he was there, I’ve never had to change a car battery before so I had no clue what to do. Gabe helped with the whole process I’m so thankful he was there to help and went above and beyond to make sure he helped me.
Got help from Gabe he was really helpful and his customer service was amazing I will definitely recommend people to go to auto zone if you need help with anything with your car
This autozone is a freaking joke. I have been going here for years and its sad to see what it has become since new mangement. Age doesnt matter to be in any position but the new manager is ridiculous. Times I have been there, there are long lines and we ask if there is anyone else to help just to find out she is in the back. She has been seen in aisles “working” and she is just on her phone watching things on her phone. All these reviews saying she is amazing are just laughable because I have seen how she treats customers. She has an attitude for no reason. I have good friends that also go there and they dont like dealing with her. When she is there theh just leasve. That is so sad because never had an experience like this before in that autozone. Yall really need to make sure yall hire good people and not just anyone. I see that autozone doomed and closed down if she is still around. Smh just sad

I was in the Auto Zone in Kearny today. Came across a beautiful young lady by the name of Georgina who was very helpful. Not only did she help me locate parts and tools she was in the store handling the phones and customers at the same time like a BOSS !!!!! Thank you for your help Georgina ??

Came here at 720 ish pm today. (My wiper blade FLEW off of my car). I went in and asked the gentleman at the front counter which wipers would be best for my car. Kenny was very knowledgeable about Hondas and advised me to get the proper fit for my car (as the previous owner changed the wiper blade arms). Kenny additionally assisted me even further as to go out and install my blades for me! He has excellent customer service and made this process less stressful and smooth. I will be returning !!

Like this location since it’s the most closest to me but management should pay more attention to who they hire and who really works. There was a young man ( grey shirt ) dealing with customers and phone calls by himself while a female employee ( grey shirt as well ) was in the aisle area moving things around but seemed to be watching a movie at the same time. She never came up to ask him if he needed help, there were people waiting in line 40+ minutes because of her lack of help. I’d rather go out my way to drive to another location until they fix this issue.
This is my favorite store…every time I go to this store the employees are helpful and friendly. I recently had to visit the store and had an issue with a car part. My issue was resolved quickly by Washington K, he understood what the problem was and was quick to find a solution. Thank you!! And I really appreciate it!!!!!
I'd advise to go to another AutoZone. Everytime I come here the app says they have something in stock but when I arrive 5 minutes later it's gone. Plus most of them have some sort of attitude for some reason.
What's more is that they have the garbage cans inside yet there's always some junk/mess outside or even inside. I've Been coming here for sometime now but they've gone down in quality. I'll be going somewhere else until they get a grip on their store.
Do not go here. I was almost assaulted by one of their employees. And I have a picture of the guy. The heavy set so called manager should be fired. She's not management material
If the Kearney location doesn't not have the parts you are looking for and they tell you that they can order it for you, DO NOT pay extra for shipping to receive it sooner. If you pay extra for shipping to receive it sooner you won't get the part the day that they tell you. In fact it will come days later and then when you call and complain about not receiving it on the day that they initially told you, they will say it's not their fault (even though they gave you a date to receive it) and put the blame on FedEx. And guess what they don't refund you the extra money that you paid to get the part quicker. It's such a rip off. Even Jesse James used a gun when he robbed people.
My vehicle needed a new battery. I had no idea where to go. I googled AutoZone and the Kearny location popped up. At first, it seemed as if I was going to be stuck with no car. But not so. I witnessed three workers come together in their own way yet still be able to serve me the way I needed to be served.
Kenny, the one who installed my battery, started out a little slow moving. He was concerned the battery terminal would break. But when I tell you he shrug that stuff off his shoulders and came back ready to be of assistance HE DID! It was like Popeye ate his spinach! Did the terminal break because of the corrosion? Yes! But Kenny knew what to do and did. I kept telling him thank you because I needed to get on the road and finish building my school. Kenny, again THANK YOU!!!
Neidy, was such a blessing to me. I prayed for her and we came into agreement in such a way that I’m telling you after being born and raised in Newark and then leaving, I still believe there are good people here. Neidy is one.
And while I do not know the other guy on shift with them (an older guy with glasses) he was able to point Neidy in the right direction as well and so again everything all worked together.
I’m sincerely grateful for them being a blessing to me on today. May God return it back to each of them in the way they need abundantly.
I went there not so long ago and I was attended by a lady. Think she is the only woman there. She was real nice and spoke very kindly. She speaks spanish and treats the spanish customers so well. She is very sweet and that is appreciated towards customers. I hope to see her more often there.
I have always had pleasant experiences at AutoZone so I don’t know why I wasted my time going to a different auto store first because I ultimately came back to my tried and true-AutoZone. This location as I expected did not disappoint. Jael, the sales professional helped me purchase a battery for my truck and also helped me with installation which is invaluable for me as I am time and know how challenged. Then he processed a “core charge” for me with my old battery so that I got some money back for my old battery! The prices are a little higher than standard but the expertise, the customer service and the quality of their staff actually makes AutoZone a bargain. Thank you, Jael!
Great staff. The people that work there bow are excellent especially with spanish speaking customers. They were very helpful and are quick to assist everyone. I go there all the time and they are all great staff!
AMAZING!!! The customer service here is top notch! Thanks to the part sales manager Wilmer I was not only able to understand what was best for me and my situation but I also left with more useful information!!! He went above and beyond to meet my needs and was very attentive!! Will definitely make this my go to auto zone ????
I would give a 4 star if it wasnt for the extreme large size white skinned lady working there. The older gentlemen is very helpful. He will really help you out. I strongly recommend staying away from the extreme large size lady, her mood and energy will make you stay away from this store.
