Long story short We recently moved to Bayonne, and a neighbor noticed my son’s car with out‑of‑state tags. The neighbor and Hugo came by our home, and Hugo was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. He even allowed us to take care of the payment on the spot through a link, sparing us the hassle of waiting or going elsewhere to pick up the car.

Just wanted to thank Jessica and Hugo for their help. My car broke down in the middle of the storm. I called a few places and Advanced Towing was the only one who answered my call. Jessica sent me a tow in less than a half hour and Hugo was great getting me home. Thank you both for your help. Great service.
This is the worst service center I have ever been to. They promised to fix the car within two weeks, but it was only repaired after three months. The entire time they kept blaming parts suppliers or coming up with other excuses. When I picked up the car, half of the electronics were not working. Avoid this place.
I got my car impounded by Advanced Towing, and honestly, the process was smooth and professional. The staff was courteous and explained everything clearly, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. They were prompt and efficient, and I appreciated how organized everything was. Definitely a reliable towing service I would recommend!
Absolutely horrible experience. This towing company treats people with complete disrespect. The staff is rude, unprofessional, abusive, and openly hostile from the moment you interact with them. They speak to customers in a degrading manner and clearly abuse their position of authority.
The behavior is not only unacceptable but also feels discriminatory and racist. Instead of providing clear information or assistance, they intimidate, mock, and belittle people who are already in a stressful situation. There is zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero respect for basic human dignity.
I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. No one deserves to be treated this way.
am extremely upset. My car was impounded because it was supposedly parked at a fire hydrant. What makes this even more confusing is that the police told me that in situations like that, the most they normally do is give a ticket. They also said they weren’t sure why my car was impounded and that someone may have called about it. But when I spoke to the towing company’s office, they told me the police were the ones who called. I honestly don’t understand what is going on.
What has me the most upset is what happened when I went to pick up my car. All the cars at the facility were packed together like a can of sardines. My car was literally touching the car behind it. When my partner pulled my car forward so I could check if everything was okay, I saw scratches on the back of my vehicle that were never there before.
I recently bought this car from a dealership, and it has absolutely no accident or damage history. You can check the insurance records, the DMV, and the Carfax — there has never been anything wrong with this vehicle. Even the gentleman who helped us get the car out made a face and said, “Oh my goodness, I didn’t do that. I’m not sure who towed your car yesterday.” He told me to contact the main office, and the office directed me to send this email.
I am extremely upset because the paint on this car is expensive, and now the back of my vehicle is scratched after being in your possession. On top of that, I had to pay $320 for towing and storage, even though my car wasn’t even there for 24 hours — it was towed in the middle of the night and I picked it up at 8 AM.
I worked so hard to recently get this car from the dealership, and for it to be treated like this is honestly heartbreaking and frustrating. I really do hope that someone contacts me back as soon as possible, and I genuinely hope we can work together to get this fixed. In this economy, I do not have time or money to deal with unnecessary damage that was not my fault.
Edit: I changed my review rating because they called me back and offered to fix the damages. I appreciate the immediate communication. Waiting to get scheduled and hopefully who they send me to to fix it fixes it great.
GOD FORBID your car gets towed with these people. Shady workers.. they lied and said I couldn’t take my rims off my car but it’s because they take it for their selves and sell it on the street. They’re so stupid, and loud with their actions that I know exactly who they are and who they’re cool with.. so what I’m saying is facts. I had money in my sunshade holder but one of the workers had clearly went thru all my belongings and took all of the money I had in the vehicle.. also all my things were on the seats, showing signs of someone raiding thru my stuff…. The front desk lady was condescending, inconsiderate, she was mean. If your car gets towed here, and they’ll refuse you access to let you get your belongings from the vehicle, call the police on them because that’s illegal… horrible, horrible, horrible place, horrible people, it’s disgusting.
Their service is very bad and they abuse people and collect extra money from people And I had an argument with them about money and then they broke the glass of my car.
Money pit. Don't let them tow your car... You'll be bombarded with numerous fees... A $200 tow would become $800 without the storage fee and you can't even talk to them...$350 just to load the car into the truck, they call it winching... the receptionist from front desk is so rude....as if u r asking for their kidney... the blonde lady with glasses closed the glass door on our face.. When your car at storage, they won't even let you see ur car and grab personal belongings, yes; even After paying... It's tow scam going on thats what it is... This review is as legitimate as it gets... Never thought a community like Bayonne let this scammers do business in there... I'll go to the consumers affairs on this...
This company is ripping off consumers. My vehicle was towed 1/16/25 at 4:46 pm and I retrieved it on 1/17/25 at 1:10 pm they charge me for two days at $270.00 .I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General Office- Division of Consumer Affairs..Read your bill ladies and gentlemen
Moved a classic car for me. Reasonable price, arrived on time, driver was professional and courteous, did not exceed the speed limit during transit and was very careful with my auto. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you for your service.
I had a frustrating experience with this company. I reached out for help with a simple documentation issue to unsuspend my license, as I have travel plans in a week. The communication involved a lot of back-and-forth, and ultimately, my call was disconnected while I was still trying to get assistance. I wouldn't advise anyone to use their services. The woman that was supposedly suppose to help me goes by the name of JESSICA. One thing you’ll always here from them is that the manager has a so call family emergency..
Don’t use this towing company, they are deceivers and liars. After being in a head on collision accident my car was forced to be towed through this company as per police, when I asked for a quote on tow prices the person towing my car to the designated lot they couldnt give me an estimate which is odd for someone who tows cars for this company probably multiple days a week, then when I asked how much it would be to get it sent to my own mechanic and not a tow yard he told me $425. After stabilizing myself in the ER after a head on collision I decided to retrieve my car from the location I was told on the phone.
To begin with the woman who does customer service calls speaks to you like your a complete idiot, “forgets” to tell you the place only takes money order, check or cash and whatever other outdated form of payment, no CREDIT CARDS, we’re in 2024 in my opinion that should have been the FIRST thing disclosed to a person who you know is on their way to pick up their car, upon being told this at my arrival i then had to run to 3 different ATMs that didn’t work and finally found a bank atm. Thanks a lot front desk lady, and the price to retrieve my car was $400. My car was picked up at 7am and retrieved by 2pm same day, completely overpriced.
Besides the horrible customer treatment, overpriced costs let me add that my car was placed in a lot where the location wasn’t disclosed to me, as if I’m not allowed to know where my car, my property is all because I needed help in a severe accident. This is the disgusting treatment I received after being in an emergency situation where I could have lost my life. Go with another tow company that treats you like a human and not another baited money trap.
The lady at the front was super disrespectful. I was very nice and willing to pay and do what ever was needed. The lady was insisting I wasn’t the owner of my car and was being very short and not helpful. I finally called the police and they had to tell her I in fact am the owner of the vehicle. She might have been told the wrong information but they need someone willing to help people it’s called customer service. She could have called the department to check or tell me I could instead got worked up and yelled at me as I walked away. Just for the record I just moved here and am only 21 and also never had my car towed before. Then they don’t accept card so I Uber all over town trying to find an atm. I finally drove with a worker to the yard and my insurance was expired 3 weeks she continues to scold me on the phone that she informed me I needed updates paper to leave with my car. I understood that but wasn’t aware it just expired. I asked if the worker would wait and I could get my insurance to send that right over. She told him to bring me back because he had another job. I came back and got the paper sent over and the same worker stayed in his car taking a nap he had no other job.
Unfortunately my son left the car keys inside my car and we only have that one key so we were locked out of the car. I called Advanced Towing and they responded right away. The lady who answered the phone (sorry didn't catch her name) was wonderful and so very helpful. Smooth, easy and quick transaction. Within 10 minutes her driver was in front of my house. The driver who I believe is Eddie(?) was super sweet, funny and opened my car in less than a minute. So very grateful that my problem was solved quickly especially with this cold weather. Thank you very much!!! Life savors for sure!
I called from P A I needed my daughters car towed from her college Jessica was so helpful understanding my situation and suggested ideas that I could use ! She had a driver out there in less than 30 minutes ! My daughter said the driver was really nice and loaded up her car and took the keys to the local shop for her ! I would definitely recommend this company for any vehicle issues !

This company is horrible..i got my car towed by them and now my car is damaged in which it was perfectly fine prior. They claim to have videos and pictures in which they refuse to allow anyone go verify if in deed damages were prior to. I will be contacting a lawyer regarding this company. And yes the receptionist is rude and hung up on me claiming they were able to view the video within 5 minutes of my call though my car was towed over the weekend.
Bayonne police department utilizes this company for the extortion of its own citizens. Towed my car, went to pay the tow, they dont accept cards AND they dont have change. Their business is guaranteed by the cops so why both running a business like you actually need the money. They still owe me money because they “didnt have change”. Edit: Just went over my receipt. The time of impoundment 4:30PM (which hasn’t even happened as of the time of writing this). Vehicle location listed as their lot which is also incorrect, it’s at the police lot. I suppose it doesn’t matter when we are forced to pay you anyways. And you can keep the dollar. How professional.
They were great at advanced towing. I broke down on my way to work. I called them up. They were there in a little over 30 minutes. I was able to pay over the phone my driver Eddie was awesome. He was very knowledgeable brought me to my home parked it with the tow. He was friendly, professional quick and I would definitely recommend them. A bit pricey, but then every tow is a bit pricey. Hopefully I’ll never need a tow again but if I ever do, I will call them again.
Even though I was angry that my car got towed at the end of the day it’s not their fault. They were very kind. Once I got to my car I felt better and was able to smoothly leave. I was afraid of any scratches or damage to my car. Thank goodness they handled my car with care.
Bri went over and beyond on customer service, my car battery was completely dead and it started to rain. Brianna stayed with me in the rain to make sure it was up and running. Would recommend to everyone because you don’t get service like this

Very nice professional staff.....I was in a jam a couple of times and had to have my car towed 150 miles away. Mark and his crew did it for me with no problems using my AAA premium card. Love these people especially I think her name is Brianna at the front desk. Thank you guys!Highly recommended.
Advanced Towing was the way to go! I was stuck on 287 after my tire completely blew out! The rim was destroyed & i was lucky to make it to the shoulder! They showed up for me in under 30 minutes and was very reasonably priced! The women who picked up the phone, i forgot her name..was very sweet and thorough. You could hear the concern in her voice when she asked if i was okay and able to make it to the shoulder! 5 Stars!!!!!
