I Was Referenced To This Place And The Contact Name Was Andrew But When I Went Into The Swapshop , It Took Someone 21 Minutes To Assist Me . Very Poorly Ran And This Place Looks Like A Storage For The Auto Body Next Door

A few days ago, I called looking to purchase a few games. I asked for the price range and if the prices were negotiable. The person who answered then starts laughing and goes "I don't understand what you mean by negotiable" when I then explained what I meant they immediately caught an attitude and went "I don't negotiate prices over the phone." I never tried negotiating. I was only explaining what I meant, so there were no misunderstandings. The prices seemed ok, but I don't think I'll do business here again.

Really great spot, they have great prices on highly sought out items. John and Andrew took time out to work with me and get me a fair price on my item and explained how they got their number: I even got a step ladder for a steal. I reccomend this spot to anyone trying to buy or sell. I will be back

I’ve dealt the place a few times and was treated great they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the business we conducted I am sitting here reading the reviews and I’m sorry but the bitter people just aren’t getting what they wanted and gave these people a bad review but see for yourself they are very fair and have anything you need in the store I give them a 5 star

This place sucks. I brought in a couple of items including, i pad, laptop, some vintage dolls, a radio and a dvd player. Very rude throughout the whole interaction. Before I even pulled the radio out of the bag she was like “yea no that’s too old for us” and then she refused to look at the dolls or dvd player. When she was looking at the I pad she saw a sticker that said Camden county school district. The school gives us the laptops when we graduate. And the she accused me of stealing it, when I told her it was mine she said i” don’t need to look at these anymore you can take your stuff and go” never coming back here and I’m not sure why there still open.

bad incompetence. I came with 2 new sealed phones and they told me they needed 50 minutes to give me a price for them. very idiotic. if I don't give them a price they can't say anything. they are used to giving mock prices

three stars cuz they’re nice people. i’m not sure what’s wrong with their prices though. used game consoles are above gamestop prices.. seen a dirty pair of airpods for as much as a newer generation. lots of junk in there priced in full. when asking how much something was, not even they could hold back a laugh at their prices. not sure how they make money, but i do hope they improve, and wish them the best.

First time at this pawn shop & will be a repeat customer the owner ( with the red beard ) was great from the start with helping me pick out a guitar. Then there guitar tech Brandon really went above & beyond to fix the little things on the guitar. Good place happy with my find

Good place,Good people….Tools,electronics,shoes. Audio, or sporting goods this is my first stop for everything and always get a better price than any other shops in the area and they always work with me no other spots take the time to help you out also when I have to get rid things I don’t need anymore an need a few extra bucks I’ve always received good offers I’ve had a brand new pair of Jordan’s that were ordered online and were the wrong size and were almost impossible to get refunded or the size exchanged so I just held on to them and accepted the loss I tried a we buy everything in somerdale and the guy said they were fake an wasn’t interested lol that’s the quality employee you deal with there had no idea what he was doing (shoes were 100 percent official from the Nike website with confirmation receipt)and never worn at all yes good times lol but overs here drew is the man I find what I need and always enjoy the convos and good atmosphere I’ve never left in a dull mood….

I strongly advise to stay away from this place!! If you got something to sell, look else where. 2 times I took power tools that were in new like condition and they turned me down with the excuse they had too many in their shop. Didn't even bother to look at the stuff I brought in. Waste of time. Very rude as well.

Really poor business practices, couldn't buy a tool because an employee wanted it cheaper, was told I'd get a call back in an hour which never happened. Came in a few days later to hear how he got a great offer and sold it. Hope the few dollar difference was worth it.

My wife went to the swap shop where I buy alot of funko pops and my co worker buys alot of tools and yeti cups. When she went there she was taking a box of horror genre collectibles. The man was extremely interested my wife said in the movie posters and the statues but sadly there system was down and he asked if she would give him first shot at the stuff and if she would come back another day which she replied sure my husband is here all the time. I just went back with my wife to bring the items to the gentleman and we were stopped by a woman who works there and was actually helping another customer. She stopped what she was doing ealked over to the large box i was holding and peaked in and said that's not for us and walked away. My wife said that isn't what the gentleman with the beard told me he specifically asked me to bring these back. She said you don't need to be rude he isn't here and we don't want that s***. My wife and I proceeded to leave and that was that and I will spend my money elsewhere as I am a regular in this store but thay is over. We went into thus store as collectors and hobbies we are not foul or undesirable looking. We were not looking to sell rare collectibles for ill natured activities on fact I didn't want any money I wanted store credit to buy more things in the store but sadly this woman stopped that and ended a good customers loyalty.

Absolutely love this place! They ALWAYS have exactly what Im looking for ! Im here a couple times a week. Quality Tools (snap on Milwaukee etc.), generators, lawn equipment, electronics, video games, jewelry, designer sunglasses, hard to find Jordans these guys got it all at a great price!

Awesome place to shop, huge selection of tools and other items. A lot of new stuff do a cheap. The staff is awesome and go out of their way to get you the best price possible. Great experience!

I called the store to see if I could sell my MacBook pro and the owner told me to call the following day. I was completely fine with that. I have called about 5 times throughout the day lol. Not one call answered. The conversation between the owner and myself seemed pleasant and understanding. Not sure if I rubbed them the wrong way but I'm not changing my 1 star review due to them not answering their phone at all.

Listen if I could give this place 10 stars I would heck I’d give it 20 if I could and that’s the gods honest truth. I actually had missed my normal local shop by I think it was 4 mins actually caught the guys getting in their cars to head home. In a pinch with my sons birthday this weekend I searched other nearby shops and decided to hit the closest one first and my god was that probably the lamest excuse of a business I have ever seen I won’t name drop since that isn’t what this review is about but the next closest spot was the swap shop another 20 mins out and with the current gas gouging going on I was not looking forward too it at all and told my self if it was anything like the last stop I would be livid. I pulled up and the place was huge which was a good sign compared to the jail cell I had just witnessed at the last stop. Lot had tons of space for parking it was clean easy to access. Walked in and was kindly greeted in no time asking if I needed help and if I did to let him know what he could do for me. A lot of times these places make it almost uncomfortable while your in their whether they are following you around and watching you every move you make or harass you about assisting you etc. this was a very pleasant and comfortable setting I looked around at their insanely wide and vast inventory with just about everything and anything you could imagine at one of these places. Once I was ready to get a price on my items I had brought with me I let the employee know and he checked it all out for me and then I was followed up With the owner to get me a price. This guy was super down to earth extremely reasonable and fair what he wound up paying me out was 40 bucks more then the last shop and about 4/500 dollars less in inventory that he wanted to purchase. I overstayed my welcome bothered him with all kinds of questions and small talk on a Saturday night as he was on his way out he patiently answered everything and didn’t give me any kind of vibes I was being a pester to him or anything. I will only be stopping at the swap shop for now on and you should too ! Promise you won’t regret it I have a business my self and this is exactaly the way business should be done !

Just went in to precise few things, I’ve been going here since they opened and I have to say they are the most down to earth people always honest and work with you on any orders they charge or purchase from you, I will always recommend going here. Even if you buy something and there is a problem they will honor replacing or giving money back no issues, also they were very patient with my youngest child when asking a ton of questions. So for that I say thank you abs you have a customer for life.

DIRT!!! This is exactly how I would explain this place of business. I’ve gone there multiple times with very well-kept items with medium range value $50 plus like for instance one time eight packages of Apple AirTags and sold them for $20 apiece and used they are $80 a package and there were eight packages I took it because my mom needed the money but they wouldn’t even budge at all and they were very rude about their negotiations and. Most times I would go there and bring an item and before I came I would call and they would tell me to bring it in knowing what the item is in then I would be told they don’t want to buy it when I came and then said that’s not what I said I think that is very unprofessional and extremely a waste of time and being a salesman time is money I think that the owner of this establishment is very rude and is greedy and expects to make too much profit so don’t waste your time by stopping by thinking that you’re going to sell your item for a fair even price

Great Service! I got a Xbox series s for a great price. Will be returning back because they have a wide selection of everything as well! I’m not sure why people go to a PAWN shop expecting to get brand new items then turn around and write a bad review. That makes no sense it’s a pawn shop but that’s on them. I worked with a guy named John and he made sure I was tooken care of and had everything I needed for the console. Got home, set up the Xbox and it worked perfectly. No issues here

Went here today for the first time, I bought a sword and some some knives. The young man behind the counter was very polite, very accommodating, he was trying to make a deal with a man yet still paid attention to his other guests. The items I got are great no complaints. This store has a variety of items from generators, to video games and systems, to hunting equipment, construction equipment, TV's, speakers etc. I haven't experienced pawning anything but from watching them operate with other guests I can see they try to accommodate and give the best price they can for an item. Piece of advice to those selling... you will NEVER get full price for an item because the item is now used and keep in mind they need to make money as well, they aren't a charity they are a business. They need to make money as well!!!. I will definitely be going back here again.

The only reason I would go here is if you are in need of cash immediately. Not pleased with their services at all. After two previous sales at this location I wanted to see what the known value of various items would end up being at this shop. I got less than 50% for the items sold that day as compared to selling them to another pawn shop in the area. That is around 25% or less than their actual value. I needed the money and was happy to sell and understand the business model but I will not be working them in the future. Just trying to save others from similar experiences.

Anytime i go in the door i instantly get a happy greeting from andrew. Great guy great personality. Always respectful. Always a great conversation. Very upfront and honest. Does the best he can with pricing. We had an issue the last time we went in but he took care of it right away! I actually enjoyed my time here, it was my first experience here and they thoroughly examined and carefully priced out each item and explained it to me. They also asked what i was looking to get out of it to make it worth my while. John is just an awesome person really cool to small talk with and his fellow employees were really funny and nice it helped pass the time. When an item not matter what it was worth originally if it was not worth the amount they could give me with them being able to make something too they said and explained to just keep it. I will definitely be back. :)

Good guys to deal with and they've done a real nice job of building the business from the ground up. They have a nice selection of used tools in good working order - why pay top dollar for a tool your only going to use once or twice? I highly recommend this store.

Had a great experience in this store. Not only do they offer a more then fair price for your merchandise, but they also project an up beat vibe, and all around humorous atmosphere that makes you more than comfortable doing business with them. They have alot of great, unique, fair priced items in their store for sale, and are conveniently located right off of RT130. I suggest if you need to sell any unwanted Electronics or really anything you have lying around your house just taking up space, bring it to these guys. From the time I called them on the phone to the time I walked out the store was nothing but a positive experience. All the employees there are funny, and will surely brighten up your day, and they know there stuff when it comes down to buying and selling. Great job guys. Can't wait to come back. M. I got a use television for my son. The picture was crisp, graphics look terrific and the price was cheaper than I expected. They reduced the price even more because they didn't have the remote for the tv. Wonderful shopping experience, I will be returning and have told my friends about this terrific little shop!
