I was stuck on the side of the Porchtown Road, nobody stopped to see if I needed help except for one of your employees driving a Ford Taurus. We determined there was nothing we could do on the side of the road, But I do greatly appreciate him stopping to help. Thank you very much
This Auto Supply Store is top tier! Prices are at or below online and chain store prices, and their staff (Frank and Joe are two names in particular) know their stuff!
great parts place! they usually always have what we need in stock and if not they can get it pretty quickly! they even deliver our items/parts to us as well which helps us out tremendously! the staff is great too, very helpful and they really know their stuff!
Extremely knowledgeable staff. If they don't have the part or accessory that you are looking for, they will find it and you will most likely have it in a day or two.
I love this place. It's a small town shop. The guys are great - they are knowledgeable and always so helpful. All us townfolk roll in for our necessities. My old truck keeps me busy- that's where I take my business.

With a vast inventory, they always have what you need or if it's a custom part they would usually have it the next day. I would recommend D and H auto to everyone!!!
These guys always have what I need or can get it the very next day. I just purchased and older low mileage vehicle and NAPA could get the part for a week. D&H had it by 9AM the next day.
Never had a problem with D&H. Even had one of the emplyees come look at my engine one time and told me exactly what was wrong so I knew when I went to my mechanic. Always treated respectfully, promptly and always got the right parts. Been going here for years
I own Franklinville Auto Sales, these guys are just great, Frank, Gary, Steve, all are so helpful. Its great having a team of guys eager to help just around the corner for all your auto parts needs.
Just because I am a female I was treated terribly, not only that, they gave me the wrong part, it was a motor mount for nissan, brought mine in to show them it wasn't the same, they asked for registration to my car I'm working on, thought OK this is good their go on a get me the right part and fix this, nope, they said it is a 99....after that I was done, got my money back, went to advanced auto, 5 minutes walked out with the correct motor mount. Will never go back to this place again! They lost a good customer....good riddens to a bunch of ignorant human beings
Bought an alternator here that was supposedly new. Got it home, opened the box, and it's obviously been refurbished. Took it back and they wouldn't admit the mistake, insisting I bought a refurbished alternator. I showed them my receipt for the alternator and the guy said it didn't prove anything.
The refurbished one probably would have been fine, but I paid for a new one and I wanted a new one. I will not come back here.
