I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Bryant Féria. I had never had a situation where I was trying to sell a car I was in an accident in. I was sure the parts were worth something and he is the only person that came in with and offer that wasn’t a “slap in the face”. We came upon a fair deal that worked out for both parties involved. He even kept me calm when I was getting cold feet. Very happy with CoPart and would on deal with Bryant if, God forbid, this situation came up again. They picked it up within 24 hours and the check cleared! I’m happy!

The quote process was simple and straightforward. The gentleman who helped me through that part was great. Im giving 2 stars, as the car I was selling was supposed to be towed yesterday between 8a-5pm, no one called or showed up. After complaining to the dispatcher, she said someone would try to be here between 8am-11am. Truck came nearly 1hr and a half later, and unprepared…no pen to write a check, nor did they know that I told the company that the battery is dead from not being able to use the car due to a clogged catalytic converter. The dispatch team/communication is where the company needs improvement.
Car service they have is terrible I waited all day for someone to come and get my car they said by 5:00 wasn't until 4:30 that I called to ask when the tow truck would be there the tow truck guy told me that he was running late and probably wouldn't be able to make it made me mad I took the whole day off so that he can get the car then he said he wasn't going to get it so I told him I need it gone today he came at 9:00 and got the car I understand that it was a 2005 Prius and I understand that there's a fee for picking it up and I understand that there's a fee for sitting it in your yard they offered me $379 there was no damage to the car interior was immaculate the brand but not that good I'm not faulting him on that I waited all day for someone to get this car that's what I have a big problem with
They were extremely helpful. Lionel, the agent in charge of the transaction kept me informed at all times of the process. The agents are monitored by a supervisor who is in contact with you as well. If there are any questions, either the supervisor or the agent can help you with. Definitely, a pleasure to deal with.
