My insurance company moved my car here while waiting to offer me a buyout. I ended up not taking the buyout, and picked my car up from here. If I could leave 0 stars I would (and I’m submitting a complaint to my insurance company so they know what this place does) as I got my car back in worse shape than It was dropped off in. They clearly went through my car- everything (including cds) was in different places than I’d left them. My cd’s were all out of the jacket for example…. I am most miffed that this place STOLE a camera I had custom installed into my car- and they did so by clearly pulling on the cords as the roof of my interior is starting to come off. And the undercarriage is a WRECK. My body shop guy did what he could to pop it back in, but they clearly didn’t give a shit about my car. And again, it was being moved there TEMPORARILY until I could make a decision. My car was not totaled out or up to salvage. Yet they treated it like such! I dropped the car off with a camera and got it back with dangling wires, a missing camera, interior roof damage, damaged personal items, and missing charging cables! I don’t have the money to replace what was an 800 dollar fee (for camera and installation). So I am furious. If you can help it DONT use this yard. And if you most, remove everything, including cameras, if possible. They clearly do as they please.

Copart was suppose to quickly assist national general and I to obtain duplicate title. This process took 2 months! Each time I called Copart (employee not based in NJ) would explain how I had missing documents and or add a new document that I needed from the process. I ended up going to notary twice. Every phone call was different information. Today they said did not find paperwork in package initially until I raised my voice and had them recheck. Insurance scam warning.

Actually the worst experience I’ve ever had selling a car, everyone I spoke to told me something different. Absolutely incompetent employees, embarrassing to do business with this company. If I had to do it again, I would pick anyone but copart. Terrible.

TOTAL SCAMMERS, i picked up a car today, it supposed to be a run and drive, car looked totally different from the pictures it wont start, catalytic converter and exhaust gone …. i don’t know how they are still in business. STAY AWAY FROM COPART

BEWARE!!! These guys would list cars and trucks as Run and Drive and when they arrive they are no where close to being able to run or even drive, complete false advertisements and all their managers have to say is all sales are final. Because people pay higher dollar for run and drive, they intentionally mark then as run and drive and take worse pictures to get them sold. Don't believe me, read other reviews and see for yourself. FALSE ADVERTISMENT. Copart needs to take responsibility for these cases and offer people buy back at least or they will loose customers that will refuse to buy from copart period. Picture of a high voltage battery from hybrid vehicle that was listed as run and drive at this branch.

Purchased a car from this auction, stated run and drive. Car arrived with seized engine, no coils or sparks plugs in the engine. Not possible that it was run and drive when it was at their lot. And now reading other reviews from this location, looks like they are known for this.

At least 2 cars posted on Copart as being fine with minimal damage or a little trip piece missing, yet when you look up the VIN ... the vehicles are heavily damaged and sometimes they even route to a different vehicle

Grove St, Sewell St , and every road that leads to this place are littered with the tire destroying debris that falls off the wrecks that come in and out here constantly. Beware and keep your eyes open unless you want a $300 surprise tire replacement. A nuisance that needs to be addressed..

Kayla is a horrible manager with incompetent employees who follow her incompetent instructions to make dealers lose money instead of make money using copart. Garbage company and management here. Just use INSURANCR AUTO AUCTION INSTEAD. Speaking to these people is a waste of time

Terrible place! Wrote “run and drive” and the car was completely broken! Never drove after the accident! Complete lies! Lied about run and drive. Stay away! Bad office workers! Terrible manager! Fork loaders throwing and dropping cars left and right. So much extra damage!

Bought a car there went in to pick up catalytic converters were stolen. No description that it was missing. Car was supposed to be running, left the car on their lot never took it home and had them list the for auction. When I listed the car they wrote in the description that catalytic converters are missing so I paid 2000$ for the car and now car made only 600$. So they sell cars without catalytic converters but when you have them resell the car they will get you. Be careful when you buy a car from this place.

back in the year of 2020 I have arrived at 3.30 PM to pickup the small boat with trailer purchased from the location Glassboro East.. The yard loader refused to use his machine to assist on the loading onto my flatbed trailer. I have tried to hire a tow truck to pull the boat outside and thereafter load it onto my flatbed, but yards staff did not let us pull the boat outside the yard without loading. I the same time I could not go inside the yard with my truck since I was over 70 feet long ( truck pkus trailer) Junk place, junk customer service, no assistance loading and stupid rules. Never had any similar issues with IaaI amd will stay with them. I had to leave without the boat back to Canada. Shame in you, Copart. Will never buy again ! P.s. December 12th 2022 - I have not purchased a single lot from this Glassboro EAst Copart Branch. Still remember the way I had to drive back to Canada empty-handed over Copart's stupidity and ignorance.

Better do a thorough inspection on any car you're getting. Car looked nice from the outside but had to replace parts under the hood and there was a lot of hidden masked up damage.

Very bed service, my customer bought 7 cars and when I went to pick up the seven cars the operator refused to cooperate. He said he wouldn’t adjust the cars on top of the trailer in order to fit all the cars necessary.

I bought a car from this auction three months ago and still didn't get the title. The company policy states that a vehicle can be retuned after 30 days if there is no title. To return a car, the request must be processed through the manager. I've been calling and emailing both Charles Eichman (The so called regional manager) and Michelle Marynowicz (the so called general manager) for over a month and a half now. They both refuse to take my call or answer my email. They are both poor excuses for management. It's a shame I have to hire an attorney because management is too lazy to do their jobs.

We had to go here to get a few things off of our vehicle that was a total loss after being hit by a car. Our insurance had it taken there, and then arranged for us to be allowed to go there and get a few parts off of it. The people were very nice, and they made it easy to do. The one thing to be aware of is when you first get there you can't just walk in and up to the front desk you have to scan one of those square things that's on the door and wait your turn, and there's a bunch of people kind of hanging out in the vestibule until they're called in, but once you're called in they're very nice and easy to work with.

First time in history of Copart , office work waster than loaders There some ppl here who been waiting since 10am And it’s almost 3 already .... small truck loading area that make 0 common sense ! About 10 trucks sitting on streets! Why Copart always have to be so bad ? Like literally ALWAYS !

If your operations hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. that is to say. Customers are to be served during those hours. Even if you are union affiliated, your mission is to serve your customers. To deny customers service at 4:45 is in my opinion, a bad business model, as any customer that visits your website only sees your hours of operations... and not the fact that your staff wants to be paid until 5, but only serve until 4:15. On top of that decision your profits increase, as the storage fees are aided in denying service during your operational hours, then adding storage fees. Example... transporter logs into cue at 4:27, 3rd in cue. Called into office at 4:47. Advised that transporter needed to be in the office by 4:30. Here an operational suggestion... rotating schedule of forklift operators to have one operator from 8:15 to 5:15. This would acutely serve your customers during your operational hours... to benefit the customer and not rob them of additional sabotage storage fees. Just saying

I can not stress enough the NJ Dealers License Board should shut this place down!!! I purchased lot# 61764479 clearly stated as a Run and Drive vehicle, after purchasing and bringing home I could not start it. Called the original owner and she stated due to a thrown timing chain the engine was toast. Many other people on this board have had the same experience. The only response they give me is an email with a legal notice. They are used to dealing with disgruntled customers WHEN THEY POINT OUT THEIR OWN LIES.There is a formal complaint to the NJ Auto Dealers Board I encourage others to take the extra effort to report them. I have been to other locations it was nothing like this. When I went to pick up the car I waited for a single car for six hours. There were twenty car carriers lined up, one of the drivers stated it took a whole day for this location because half of the cars a rejected. After sitting there watching the cars come out and then get taken back to the yard for six hours I am here to say he was correct. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!!

Friendly staff however they are less then efficient. Employees seem more concerned with an up coming lunch break then they are with loading a vehicle. 3.5 hour wait time is less then OK

Waiting over 2 hours to be loaded. To the management: Transporters come from a distance and by DOT rules we must run a log book. When Glassboro is our 1st stop and we can’t make it to our second stop because we are allowed to drive only 10 hours per day we lose money. We have bills to pay too.

Came to this location to pick my 2 vehicles. It was described as Runs and Drive. They told me car did not started after making payment. I waited 6 hours at this location, drove 90k miles 1 way and telling me they cant help me anymore. They are thieves, sitting in heated building and we pay high fees to them, and have worst of worst service. This location need to be closed.

Ugh. Wait time for carriers is the worst lately, need a better system with forklift drivers as to how many work on whom, not all on 1 large carrier! First come first serve great, but when busy need to find a way to keep the 1-2 car carriers moving out! To top it off, the yard is nothing but holes and dirt! Porta potty is a disgrace, clogged, smelly and never cleaned out! Don't ask to use the one inside because you can't, but you can sit outside for 3 hours and wait and wait! It's a joke!

Convenient location for me to head up to and either pay for purchases or look at their lot. The only thing I would recommend is them adding more chairs to the waiting area. It being a main facility usually has crowding at the front desk, and there isn’t much space for everyone in line. Other than that, people are friendly, and the facility is clean as far as car lots go.

I must preface my review with informing the reader that I NEVER post poor reviews but this company is absolutely pathetic. I scheduled the sale of my car with them. That part was easy. I was told my car would be picked up in the morning. That certainly didn’t happen. I call the day of looking for an update from their customer service department but they are, and I stress this, completely clueless and incompetent. Can’t tell me when they will get here, can’t tell me where they are, can’t transfer me to a manager without a fight, and rude all the while. Curious as to what they get paid for. Whatever day you schedule, keep that whole day open because they will give you the precise time of “anytime between 8am-5pm”. I took off from work in the morning because that’s what they told me but they didn’t come. I took off the rest of the afternoon and still, they didn’t come. It is now after 5pm and they are still not here and I am completely in the dark. I would recommend using if you would like the perception that all will be easy in the beginning of the transaction but enjoy headaches, sitting around waiting, conversing with people that don’t know what’s going on and can’t put you in touch with anyone that does the day of.

Fast and efficient. Very prompt and professional staff. Everyone from the front office to the loaders I interacted with treated me like a valuable customer. This has happened on more than one visit. So it's not just a fluke. Wish more locations were ran like this one.

My experience was terrible. After recieving my measly payment they offered me, I unexpectedly lost my check. Customer service was incoherent at best. At first by completely neglecting my first request to stop payment on the check and send out a new one. Secondly, after a week grace period of waiting for a check to cancel, then numerous (lenghty on hold) phone calls to stay abreast of my situation, and almost a months worth of time, I finally got a call from them at 4pm on a Friday afternoon telling me the check I never cashed had been successfully cancelled and to come pick up my new check, rather than wait for it to be mailed, as I requested. They close at 5pm and are closed for the whole weekend, further prolonging my payment of a car that I reliquished to them almost a whole month ago. If I hadnt lost my check everything would have gone smooth. But this review is for the customer service people in the office and their complete lack of urgency and consideration of my inconveinience.

NEVER ever trust them. This single location has the WORST reputation of all Co-Part Locations in the USA. They and their crooked sellers do VERY very shady and unethical things there. Too many tricks to mention. They clip the hoods so the new buyer can't get under the hood and must tow vehicle off lot. If you take off lot you can not return the car. If you buy a car that is listed as "RUNS & DRIVES" it usually cant drive off lot. They LIE a lot.
