I found the customer service and overall experience at the dealership to be exceptional, all work performed on my vehicle was explained to me in detail prior to the service being performed, the inspection video and electronic paperwork was great to see and have for record. In all, the overall experience was everything you would expect to see from Mercedes-Benz.
I would have given this review 6 stars, but unfortunately l was disappointed at the end of my visit when I was charged an additional 3% on to my $1,400.00 service for using a credit card for payment. In my opinion this additional charge should never happen, I have not experienced this charge at other MB dealerships, hopefully they will rethink this policy.

Even that took a week to fixed my car but as long as it was good. Charles is the guy that I also recommended as a good adviser. He offered me a loaner cuz it will be more than 3 days but I don’t want to. He also friendly to talk with.
I love my advisor Franca Urbano who is always jolly, professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The other workers / employees were also great. I only go to Mercedes Benz of Caldwell for any services.

The service, service advisor (Franca) and service personnel were terrific.
However, it is concerning and unpalatable that Mercedes Benz of Caldwell chooses to charge a fee to use a credit card. It is one thing for struggling restaurants and small businesses to do it. It is another for a high end car dealership. It is the reason why I bought my 2023 S580 at Ray Catena dealership in Union. MB of Caldwell advised me that I was going to have to pay the extra credit card fee on the deposit I put down the for my S580. Ray Catena did not assess the charge on my deposit. Adding the credit charge charge to deposits and the already high costs for service/maintenance is unreasonable.
I had exceptional and unparalleled experience with Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell team, in particular, Service advisor, Steven Dufalo, after an unexpected accident with high costs. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service! From start to finish, the team was connected, attentive, efficient, and ensured my car was fixed to perfection. I believe this is the kind of care and dedication that earns lifelong customers! I always go to MB of Caldwell service center because of these reasons and experience, even though I am leaving my first post now.
My first call into the service dept was taken by Alen. He was very helpful and immediately diagnose the potential issue with the window. Charles took the order as Alen was not at work on Friday. However, within the same day I got the issue resolved and the window fixed. The loaner car team was also very friendly and helpful. Had a car ready for me. The cashier was also very friendly at pick up. The guys at the garage drop off was prompt in taking the car. Overall, my experience was excellent.
The service was excellent. I was especially impressed with the idea that upon my return to retrieve my car, the service rep who had only met and seen me for not more than 2-3 minutes, saw me again outside waiting for my car, passed by me and spoke to me by my name. So often I’m just a face. But not this time. This was important to me.
The service contact person, Charles Sanichar was exceptional. He ensured all items on my list were performed correctly. In addition, a factory recall was completed. Everything completed the same day. I am extremely pleased with the dealership.
Excellent, professional, service manager. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the service. There was an upgrade from a recall that I was unaware of and this was folded into the service without extra wait time. The car was washed inside and out.
Quick and efficient! My car was even washed, vacuumed and shined inside/out! I had a meeting during my servicing and Charles Sanichar even let me use his desk in order to make calls.
Everyone is so professional and nice with explaining the techno things in my car. From the person who greets me through the gate, Oscar the manager, the salesman Charles, the cashier, and Brian the mechanic are fabulous with listening to my questions and explaining things to me. Franca has continued to be a valuable customer service rep over the past several years and is much of the reason I continue to value your services. After the initial evaluation she explained what needed to be done thoroughly and with good humor. The work was completed ahead of schedule and below the cost I was expecting. Excellent service.
Franca took care of me and she is a so sweet and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what I was having done for my service and also the repairs that I needed.
I can't say enough great things about her!
PS I also bought a car while I was there. The BEST team is at Caldwell. George Ikonomakos and Matt my salesman were fabulous!!!!
When a engine check light came on, we took it in and immediately it was found that a major warranty part failed. We got a loaner (it was a Friday afternoon so lucky they had one) and had to wait a few days for the part on back order. All good once again.
Excellent service. Franca is the best. She took great care of our 10 year old car and treated us with professionalism and maximum courtesy. The staff that does the work are all top notch as well!!!
It was a good experience. My advisor, George Duran was very accommodating, polite and attentive to my car issues. He kept me informed through every step of my service issues. One suggestion--ensure loaner cars are available. Luckily, I did not need one this time.

She processed my repair orders quickly, and throughout the week kept me appraised of how my cars maintenance work was coming along. I have been a long time customer ... 22 years. This dealership has always taken good care of our cars. MB of Caldwell took over and the spirit of customer service has only continued to get better and better. The new location is a welcome addition. I cannot think of ever changing my affiliation with this dealership. Both service and sales have been exceptional. My service writer, Bill, is responsive and caring. I am very pleased with this dealer. They are like partners and not adversaries.

Definitely was a good experience first time taking my car actual to the dealer for repairs. Service advisor Erika Vasquez was polite, patience and went above and behind to get my issues fix. Even the service manager was great had some push back from my third party warranty, but he still approved everything. Thank you so much Only down fall limited loaner vehicles which i was stranded for a week. Other than that definitely would recommend this dealer.
The service manager was very polite and helpful. She answered my concerns regarding my car, and assigned a mechanic to assist me with a problem I was having with the GPS. She offered me coffee while I waited. The mechanic who assisted me was also very polite and was willing to help me with any other questions concerning the car. The service was done quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the experience.
