Always the best place to take my car for service. Brad is very thorough and an excellent mechanic. This time I had the state inspection and it sailed through. Obviously, since it’s been taken care of so well at Luke’s!!!

I just moved into the area and was planning to find a god mechanic I could trust. Then within a couple of weeks I started having problems with my car - all of a sudden one morning my engine light was on, the engine was sputtering, running rough, and lacked power. Laura got me in that day, and Brad got the car fixed up by the next morning - running great now! They even did an oil service for me and didn't even charge for the labor on that! Brad was really helpful and communicated the problem and my options, and possible outcome, clearly. Everyone at Luke's was friendly and I'm so glad I found them. Go to Luke's if you want a mechanic you can trust and rely upon. Two thumbs up!

My wife and I always brought our cars (2013 Infiniti G37X and 2016 Subaru Forrester ) to dealers or Firestone. After reading a few reviews about Luke’s Auto Service - and knowing they’re local to us here in Verona. We decided to bring our cars to Brad to repair. He quickly diagnosed the suspension issues on the Forrester and communicated the problems promptly… No “up selling repairs”…. Showed us the worn suspension bits. Did a great total brake ( calipers, rotors , pads etc on Infiniti and alignments on both cars. Brad is a consummate pro….Laura is wonderful too…Highly recommend this shop ! John Donnelly

When you bring your vehicle to Luke's, Brad will diagnose the problem and fix it correctly. The shop only uses top grade parts needed for the repair. You will get an honest price for excellent service!

I had been delaying getting my car inspected as a result of Covid-19 so I was several months overdue. I called and they fit me in the same day. Very pleasant to deal with and no fuss. Inspection was quick and no effort to sell me on any additional services/repairs. I will definitely go back when I have any issue as they seem experienced and trustworthy.

I've been driving past Luke's Auto Repair for 40? 50? years. My husband Doug had his car fixed here for the first time and was very happy with the service and the prices. We will be using Luke's from now on for all of our car repair and maintenance jobs.

We use Luke's for all our repair and service needs. They even preform service on my wife's vintage 1957 Bel Air. Everyone connected with Lukes is courteous and professional. Brad does amazing work and he always takes time to explain what service your vehicle needs when you drop it off and also what work he did when you pick it up. The prices are always competitive and your vehicle is always ready when promised. We can't say enough good things about Lukes.

My car was having check engine and brake issues. I brought it to Luke's and Brad did an excellent job on resolving the issues. The new brake is a lot more responsive and braking faster. Glad I've found a reliable auto shop in my neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Luke's is simply the best! Brad, the owner is honest, knowledgeable and sincere as well as a great guy. Luke's will never try to offer a service or maintenance your vehicle does not require or need. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and my parents longer than that. I would never take my car anywhere else. I just moved to Verona and needed a good mechanic. My CRV had been making strange noises and I had taken my car to another shop where it was misdiagnosed. I was having a hard time getting my car to a shop as I am responsible for picking up my grandchildren from school. I called Luke's and spoke to Laura. She helped me schedule an appointment and get my car back quickly. She also helped me with transportation so I could pick up my car. Brad found the problem and fixed it easily and very inexpensively. I felt that Brad was very trustworthy in addition to being a great mechanic. The customer service here is exceptional. This is the only place I will be taking my car from now on!

My auto repair shop was sold and I needed to find a new shop to have my car serviced. Luke's Auto Repair was recommended and I scheduled an appointment when my engine light came on. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the problem was less horrific than I had anticipated. Brad patiently explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I brought my car over and Luke's auto service fixed the issue right away. They had a lot of cars to work on before mines and there was a snow storm yesterday. Still my car was ready before I expected it to be and I'm very happy to be driving again. Great service and very kind. Bought my first car a couple of months ago. It needed some work and I chose Luke's. The service was great. Good prices, high quality parts, and great people. Work was finished on my car less than 24 hours later! I plan on using Lukes as my auto shop for now on.

The most important thing I want when dealing with any company or service is honesty and a comfortable atmosphere. In looking for a new mechanic, about a year ago, I found Lukes Auto in Verona. I walked in to explain my problem and was greeted by Brad, the owner, even though he seemed busy he took time to discuss my situation and I made an appointment for a few days latter and my car was fixed. The repairs were not what impressed me. It was the way Brad took the time to explain the repairs and the friendly atmosphere that Brad and Laura have created at Lukes. I truly appreciate the customer service they have given to me and would recommend my new mechanic to anyone. And, by the way, they do great work. Mike A.

We LOVE Luke's Auto! We have a large family with 3 driving children and we take all 5 cars to Brad. He is as honest as a summer day is long! Dependable, knowledgeable, skilled, reasonable. Not only do we go to him to repair and maintain our cars, but he is always happy to help us by sharing his knowledge when it comes time to replace a car. We have been using Luke's Auto for almost 10 years now. It gives us tremendous piece of mind to send our children out into the world in cars that have Brad's stamp of approval.

There are very few places I recommend to anyone in the vicinity who happens to ask. My grocery store? Restaurants? My local bank? What's on offer there might only suit certain tastes. Luke's Auto Service and my dentist are the only two institutions I'll recommend to family, friends, co-workers, and any passerby that wants to listen. I've been coming to Luke's since I was in high school with my first car and my parents were for many years prior. And there's a reason for that! Brad's work is honest - there's no line of nonsense or salesmanship but skilled labor and a willingness to break everything down for the customer in laymen's terms when you come in, whether it's for routine maintenance for the service of your vehicle or a major operation to keep it running. This place is a throwback and something sorely needed in an age where all you can look forward to in many of the corporate auto repair chains is a corporate script without the personal touch, accounting for your situation and extra mile (auto pun intended!) you'll receive from Brad. I have an old Toyota Camry I've driven cross-country many a time and back and Brad, even when swamped with business and despite me being a repeat customer, never fails to show professionalism and usually lend me sound advice along the way. At the lot you can see old station wagons, luxury cars, the average sedan, trucks and everything else under the sun being worked on. If you had children you'd want to leave them in good hands and as someone who lives life on the road, many of us feel almost as strongly about our cars. Drop into Brad's and turn a chore into something where you can at least breathe a sigh of relief it's being handled with the intelligence, expertise and veteran status of the team here that has seen it all!

It is such a relief when you find a reliable, trustworthy and competent mechanic/service station. Luke’s Auto Service is just that. A locally owned family business that you can count on. It is so hard nowadays to find someone you can trust, be it a mechanic, contractor, plumber, you name it. So when you do, you support them and spread the word. I have been bringing our minivan to Lukes for over 8 years and have always been satisfied. Wether it is for an oil change or major work, I always go to Lukes. In my opinion, prices are in line with the quality of work. You get what you pay for. Also good to know is that Lukes is a drop off service station. You are not waiting for your car to be worked on as there is no "waiting room”. I would confidently recommend Lukes for all your automotive needs.
