I had a flat tire. I filled the tire and barely made it to Pep Boys. The service was excellent very professional. They fixed the tire right away and did not charge me. A pleasant surprise! That doesn't happen any where else. I highly recommend Pep Boys in Verona! Customer first service. I have been going there for years.

My car had a flat tire so I made an appointment online, brought my car in, and was out in 20 minutes! This was the second time I've brought my car to this location and both times I've been impressed by the professionalism and service. I highly recommend this team

The employees are honest and helpful. I buy my tires there and always get good service. After my dashboard indicated low tire pressure, they quickly found the nail. They repaired the tire at no charge. I will only go to PEP Boys. I was referred by a neighbor and I fully understand why.

Fantastic quick service! And! How many times have you ever heard “No charge” from an auto mechanic? I dropped in without an appointment for a brake light that was out. Made an appointment for a tire that was losing air. They took my vehicle in right away and plugged the tire for free. Thank you for speedy and quality service.

Had a slow leak and swung by to have them take a look. Turns out I had a nail in the tire and it needed to be patched. They fixed it free of charge. Very much appreciative! They were also super fast and kind.

I was very lucky that Pep Boys was open on Sunday when I found my tire almost flat overnight. Despite being busy, they found a screw in my tire and patched it (FOR FREE!!!) within a few hours. Carmine at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was above and beyond my expectations!!

Came in with a nail in my tire. Made appointment and there within 1/2 hour. Fixed the repair and added air to the rest of my tires. In and out in 15 minutes. Oh, and the best part? They didn't even charge me! Courteous staff, great service. Would come back 100%!

Came in for help with a tire that I knew had a significant leak. They took care of it very quickly (under an hour) and (as others have experienced) did not charge me for the patch. I'm excited to try them out on more substantive tasks - beyond the goodwill for the freebie I appreciate the speed and simplicity of service.

Exceptional service!! It is rare these days to experience the level of service I just received at this location. The staff opened their doors a little early to get all of the customers taking care of quickly. They took my car in quickly, called me in to look at car, gave me multiple solutions, and repaired my tire extremely fast! We ended up plugging the tire. I would strongly recommend this business. Honest, efficient, and professional!

I gave a 3 star because the place was clean and they were nice.The replacement of the headlight bulb was done quickly(approximately 10-15 minutes). However the price was SHOCKING! I spoke to the attendant about the price, asking why was it so expensive.I had previously purchased the bulb for $6.00 (see the picture I posted)I was going to change it myself, then I remembered I had lights replaced here a few years ago for my other car and the price was good so I came here. I included the receipt $76.00. They purchased the bulb outside for 49.99. as stated on the receipt. Someone BBB please tell me if this price legitimate for the service. Beware price gouging.

I took my Nissan Murano to Pep Boys in Verona, NJ today at the recommendation of a friend, after mentioning that I went to the dealership who quoted me about $1200 for 4 tires balanced labor included. When I went to Pep Boys and met with Eddie here’s the deal I got…… 4 Cooper tires, all balanced and a wheel alignment and a synthetic oil change all for the price of $996 and what a great job they did I am so grateful. In addition these tires have a rotation warranty that is included in this price. And even though they say these tires can go up to 80,000 miles, Eddie was honest and he said typically you get about 50 to 60 and when I read the reviews online they said the same thing but I’ll take 50 or 60,000 miles on the tires. They also have tables and chairs set up in the waiting area and you can go across the street and get a sandwich if you wanna wait you can bring your computer and do work they have Wi-Fi and it’s very clean- I must say I was really impressed. I don’t think I’ll ever take my car anywhere else again. Eddie and Marcus were very kind, helpful, honest and professional. Try them out if you need service or tires.

Amazing service and honesty. I had a tire leak and made an appointment with them at the last minute on a Sunday. Not ONLY were they able to take me almost right away, but they were able to patch the leak within a half hour and did it at no charge because they said it was an easy job. Who does that anymore? Baffled, in the most positive way. Excellent prompt, friendly, and honest service! I'm definitely coming back here.

Great place to get an oil change, But the only thing is that I was there for over 2hrs only because there was several cars ahead of me, but other then that it was fine. The workers are nice and they tell you anything that needs to be fixed on your car which is great. Overall, I would recommend going to Pep Boys the price is great and the Customer service is amazing.
