This place is great! Well worth the 5 star rating. I made a 4 hour drive to pickup a quarter panel from them. when I arrived the quarter was on a forklift and ready to go, all said and done within 25 minutes! And not to mention then gave me the best deal around. Will definitely make the drive over there again if they have something I need!

I recently purchased a used Honda Civic Si 6 speed shifter box with cables on eBay. Unfortunately I was unable to leave a positive feedback with in eBay platform. Worst place. Sold me a glass window knowingly that I wouldn't be able to install it without a 2nd part. I went back and they knew that I couldn't install it. They didnt have the 2nd part in stock and said that they could not give me my money back or a credit.
The glass window they sold me was over priced.

Sold me a rad . Showed them a dented portion before I left . I needed a rad asap . Brand new costs 80 bucks . Should of just waited.. 2 weeks later the rad broke . Now they want me to remove it from the car and bring it back ( I live in Albany NY ) . Meanwhile I was in the middle of the highway paying for a tow and to remove the rad….Take your business elsewhere
Giant Auto Salvage is Awesome. They had the seats I've been dreaming about for over a year. The attractive sales man, Bruno, was wicked nice to me over the phone and assured me that my 6 hour drive would not be wasted. He was right. When I got there, my seats were there AND exactly as advertised. I would drive 6 hours again just to see Bruno and purchase more Honda parts. Thank you Giant Auto Salvage for everything!!!!

Where do I begin I usually do not like giving bad reviews people have hard days and we all have to understand that however this place was horrible I had a few of these reviews and a lot of people had a nice lotta nice things to say however maybe they were the right kind of skin tone for this company. When I called over the phone everything seemed fine when I showed up in person none of the employees made eye contact with me they felt bothered because I was asking questions it just felt like super transactional which I understand is a business but they made me feel really bad. I literally sat in my car and cried and I just feel like everybody beware of this company and the employees and even the owner he was just sitting there staring like he couldn’t be bothered because he’s so important. Word to the wise there are thousands and thousands of auto salvage shops in Newark New Jersey find yourself one with people who actually care!!!

AC in my Camry stopped working and wouldn't refill with refrigerant because the compressor was shot. Call this salvage yard and found out they had one in stock. Drove down to put a deposit/pay for it within a couple of hours and had my local mechanic install it the following day. AC is blowing cold air now. I'm a happy customer. Similar product online was hundreds more; I'm happy to save some money. I won't hesitate to recommend or use this salvage yard again.

The staff at this business are the best. I called first and asked if they have rims for a SUV I told them the size. He recommended me to come with my car or a spare rim to make sure I get the correct one. When I get there he tells me that the rims my SUV has is not for my car. They were able to track down the correct part for me and instead of me just getting one I got all 4 rims for a very good price. Thank you so much for all your help. They provided the best customer services.
I was in the market for a set of Del Sol Seats to install into my 94 civic being I'm a taller guy and the stock seats weren't cutting it as far as comfortability. Called these guys and they happen to have a set on hand and at a great price. Went down to check them out and they were in great shape and also perfectly matched my current interior. Service was great and the guys were cool and professional. Definitely going back there to get more parts for my car, I suggest you do the same!!
