If I ever need a tow I’m calling WEST BRO’s Towing out of East Orange.
My truck broke down in the middle of the road, and I had called another towing service before West Bro. They told me they will be there within 30 minutes. I waited over an hour and decided to call another tow company. Then I came across West Bro’s, and they told me they will be there within 30 to 45 minutes. They came within 15 minutes of me calling and they also had a better price lol… Really appreciate the quick response of West Bro’s and your professionalism
Called this company when my car got vandalized a few days ago. Told I would be charge $290 for towing and storage for 2 nights. When they found out I would be going through my insurance company they then charged me $900, $1035 total. They are a scam please just pay outta pocket and not insurance if you choose to use them
I have never experienced a professional tow truck company until today. I needed a last minute tow and as stated that they would be at my home within 45 minutes. I would most certainly use this company again.Communication was A+. Jason was the tow person. Pleasant to work with.

i got a flat tire and could not get the last bolt off so i called at like 3:55 in the morning. the guy said 30 mins and was there quicker than that. super fast and great service.

These people were there for me when I needed them. A few weeks back it was late at night and I had Just dropped off my girlfriend. I was on I-280 Service Road heading back to New York when I had a flat tire my jack was broke and they were there for me when they when I most needed them.

Communication was made easy via phone call or by texting. He was also punctual and accommodating which was a huge plus. Additionally, he could have charged me more, but gave me a fair price.
