I come here all of the time and everyone is so kind. They're always happy to help. Even if it's just me stopping by to get air put in my tires. Great customer service!

This is my first time I make an appointment at firestone 185 Central avenue Orange, NJ 07050, and I've had the worst experience in my life, I make an appointment days ago, the appointment is for today December/29/2025 at 6:00 pm when I arrived to de store the guy told me that they have one technician only, and they couldn’t complete my appointment, how is this posible even if I make an Appointment, and what I should do now, I’m going to Canada tonight, OMG this is so bad to me. This is inaceptable situation. 😡

This place sucks I drop my car off at 12 returned around 5. Car not ready the guy tells me they did not order my brakes and they can not fix my car till tomorrow. We'll I paid up front so I will need my money so I can take my car somewhere else tomorrow. All of a sudden they did order the brakes just thought they had a fool.... Never Again

Brought in my 2011 Buick Lucerne for an oil change and was greeted professionally by Mark. Showed professional customer service, and I was in an out. I will be coming back in the future to get what I need done on my vehicles.

I live in Brooklyn and wait to fix things on my car until I’m going to be in New Jersey so I can go to this Firestone. Hands down my favorite “small repair” shop. Jeremiah and Mark are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Big waiting area and WiFi. Highly recomm

I received the worst treatment. The manager is so rude and condescending. The first day he lied about my wait time. While another customer that was there before me already had been waiting for two hours. I declined the service. Another worker ran out and convinced me to stay and promised me 40 minutes okay it took a lil over 40 but he got it done. I leave and immediately I notice the tires aren’t balanced and then my sensor for the back driver side tire starts flashing. I never had an issue with my sensor. I go back two days later as I had to work to get this addressed, upon arrival the manager again is rude tells me to wait while he texts on his phone. Once he is done I show him the pics, he tells me oh those lights were on when you came in and it was not. He then tells me I have to leave the car to check it out. I shouldn’t have to leave my car for something that should have been done right the first time. He tells me it’s not fair to his customers to try to accommodate me as if I was not a paying customer. I purchased a full set of new tires and paid an additional $122 for their services which included balancing of my tires and that was not done and they damaged my tire sensor. I left and had a local tire shop repair the sensor which shouldn’t have been an issue. I will not be going back to this establishment and will be blasting this establishment on every one of my social media platforms.

I had an amazing experience at the Firestone in Maplewood, NJ—everyone there was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting my car back on the road. The staff explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I have to no issue with the install of my tires but I did have an issue with money being stolen from my vehicle and my medication. And guess what, no cameras work inside the service bay, how convenient. Please make sure you remove any valuables out the car when you go here, I typically do but I stayed during the install and did have view of my vehicle and this still happened

Jeremiah and the orange Firestone was the best from the beginning to the end. He kept updating me what's going on. I definitely will recommend family and friends to come and ask for him,my tires are awesome 👌

I've been going to them for a few years. From oil change to tire replacement, tire rotation, alignment, etc. Always do a great job. Staff is great.

I won't give a Good nor a Bad review on this place... All that I will say is to be sure you do you due diligence before taking your vehicle here... If you already know what the problem is with your vehicle, search around for price quotes. The representative was a nice guy, place was well kept and the work on my car was done in a timely fashion... All I will say is please go over your invoice, look at everything you're being charged for and ask questions about it. The representative at the desk will explain, which I was grateful for. My opinion, they're Very Pricey when it comes to the cost for Labor and the added costs they add on to Parts... I am up in the air on whether I'll be bringing my vehicle back here or not....

Great location. Great customer service. I came in with a flat tire and only 2 hours before I had to be in class and Jeremiah was super accommodating and was able to help me be out within the hour.

I had a great experience at this Firestone location this afternoon. It was my first time replacing tires on my vehicle, and overall, I would absolutely recommend this Firestone location to anyone needing tire services. It was very easy to make an appointment online. An associate promptly followed up with me the day of my appointment to review my services and let me know the tires were in stock. I arrived at my appointment a little early, and was taken care of right away. I was in and out in less than an hour! The staff were very respectful, polite and helpful.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if they keep you waiting for over an hour, only to say they can’t complete all the work because they don’t have enough staff? I drove 25 minutes to get here, and after waiting an hour, they only did one of the two jobs I had scheduled. If they knew they couldn’t handle it, they should have canceled or at least informed me ahead of time. Totally unprofessional. They’re not punctual and clearly not prepared.

My car had been hit in NJ and the alignment was very off, I live in PA and I use Firestone so I trust them and when I took my car to this location Jeremiah made me feel at home! His team looked at my car in a timely manner and were honest about how quickly they could fit me in and I was extremely happy with the service.

Had an appointment for a specific time and they only started to work on the car 1h after the scheduled time. Then took about 2 hours to put tires on and align the car. I don’t get a report of the alignment bc of broken printer and poor picture quality. The steering wheel still leans to the left while I’m driving straight. And they removed the old weights on the outside of the rims but left the sticky white tape/glue for me to deal with and remove. And for some reason there was also some lubricant on the outside of the rim from what I’m assuming was from the alignment. They did a sloppy job and got mad when I called back after leaving the place to ask if they would re-due the alignment.

Had an incident on 03/11 .. driver side rear wheel came off while driving after leaving this shop. Nuts were not screwed on properly. Visited again on 07/15 for an alternator and battery. Left shop and car is overheating. Overall experience is trash. Shop needs to be closed.

Horrible experience!!! On 6/30/24 The store was scheduled to open at 9am. I arrived a little after 9 and there was already 5 people waiting. At 9:35 the guys drives up gets out of his car and looks at everyone standing waiting (now 7 people by this time) and doesn’t even bother to part his lips to offer an apology in any form. The next 7 minutes was spent waiting on their probably outdated computer system to start up. As each person was waited on explaining their reason for the visit each was told “we can’t do that today. I only have one guy today” Maybe if you showed up on time you would have time to do that. I was hopeful that since I only needed tires and not a repair it wouldn’t be an issue. NOPE! Get this, they didn’t have my tire size in stock.i have a GMC Acadia. A pretty common vehicle equipped with a pretty common wheel size. It’s like going to a bakery for bread and being told we don’t have bread. Clearly I should have read reviews before wasting my time going here.

Please don’t take your car to this spot. My car went in for a simple ac diagnostics which they over charged. 3 days later my side panal falls off on the highway. Went to speak to the manager and they refuse to take responsibility. Also my car is feeling funny.

I purchased my tires online and had them delivered to Firestone. The process to book an appointment was very easy online then I called and confirmed. I have been to this location about 3 years ago so I was familiar with them. The day of my appointment everything was good. I did take a star away because it took almost 3 hours. But I put it back because I received 10% discount. I will definitely return to this location for service. A few days later after having my tires installed I got an error message “Tire Pressure low” I took my car back and they made the adjustments with no problem or wait. Excellent customer service.
