Definitely a friendly nice place. Was helped by Alex, he spent a lot of time trying to get me approved, diligently talking to the bank and reviewing info. I bought a honda element, in great condition and i feel confident about it. Be warned that you will have a lot of extra fees on top of the price you see online, but the vehicles are clean and in good condition with all the carfax.

I purchased a good vehicle from these guys and the sales process was fine. But the customer service after they received my money was a complete nightmare! I received a temp tag to operate my vehicle until they mail the title. It’s been two months still no title.. I had my temp tag extended once during this period I had to contact them atleast 10 or more times to get them to extend it.. I had to keep calling during this period also to check on my title and if they received it, they kept saying no. Then last week I called and they said they had been received my title but nobody sent it out and they apologized and promised to mail it same day.. They didn’t mail it till three days later! after I called to ask about why I haven’t received the tracking information… Now my temp tag expires today my title tracking information says it’s still in New Jersey.. I have to work everyday this week and I need my car to work.. I may now lose my job because of this mess.. the guy I spoke to today told me they won’t print me another temp tag and to drive with the expired ones and explain my situation to law enforcement if they pull me over.. worst experience ever!

HORRIBLE CAR DEALERSHIP, they never fix any issues with the car, even if it’s a simple fix it takes weeks. Horrible customer service the worse I’ve ever seen! Constantly telling me they will fix this and fix that only to realize incompetence. 2015 VOLOVO can’t pass inspection since we gotten it, took weeks before that was resolved, timing issue never fixed, the owner bill completely forgot we had warranty after months of negligence I had to remind him of this. The mechanics are horrible can’t speak any English and damages ur vehicle from poor skills set, they may aslo tamper with the speed o meter to scam you out of your warranty. Every you time you call for an update the phone just rings or bill the owner is running around scamming other hard working folks looking for good car. The car I had from the beginning never worked properly and it was a nightmare to get this place actually fix anything. I will also be reporting this plse to the BBB. This place needs to be shut down for fraud they sell bad cars! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! SCAMMERS

Terrible experience with Pristine Auto! Bought a vehicle from them and I bought it a month ago in which time only had it for a week because they were fixing the engine light that was on and you can’t pass inspection with engine light on. They just recently gave it back to me and guess what the engine light came back on 5 days later again! They’re lucky I have a job because if I had the time I would picket on their sidewalk lemon cars a dealers that aren’t men of their words! LEAVE PRISTINE AUTO ALONE if you know what’s good for you!!!!

Bought a car at a good price and didn't have any serious issues. Alex was a big help. I had a service engine light turn on right after taking the car home, but they fixed the issue at no extra cost. Just make sure you know how much you're willing to pay in dealer fees before you go in.

Dealership has reached out: will update if resolution is agreed on. Update: 07/06/25: Update: American Express submitted a refund the day after I received the car and spoke with the dealership, I was told it was my problem by the dealership so I made it my problem haha. Multiple bad reviews with evidence, BBB complaint and submitted to their local NJ consumer affairs departments. All said and done I have a complete refund, the car has been picked up by the dealership today and I agreed only to pay 300$ towards the shipping to be done with it ( I wanted to refute even the shipping costs but my wife asked me to accept the offer and be done). All in all I would count this as a win and lesson learned, never trust anything without seeing it first hand. American express was more than helpful and refuted immediately with a 90 day close window for the seller to refute the charge back, a month after the charge back the dealership reached out with complaints about the charge back and threatened to sue over the car as stolen property as I had not returned it, I reminded them that I do not own the car and I am more than happy to have it towed and they can take it up with the towing company, they relented to me paying to ship it back; I refused and countered that I don't have the title so not my problem. Eventually after much posturing on the dealership side they agreed to pay for shipping if I paid half; I agreed but only up to 300$. Scam, They claim delivery has a buyer inspection and right to refuse, They do not comply with their agreement and try to pressure you into keeping the car and claim NJ has no buyer protection laws at all. If you are reading this you have the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (CFA): Misrepresentation and Omission: If the dealer represented the vehicle as being in good condition or without major issues and failed to disclose significant rust damage that affects its safety, this could be a violation of the CFA. The CFA prohibits misrepresentation and the knowing concealment of material facts in connection with the sale of merchandise, including vehicles. Dealer's Duty to Disclose: New Jersey law generally requires dealers to disclose any known material defects that would be important to a buyer's decision. Significant rust affecting safety would certainly fall under this category. "As-Is" Sales: Even if a vehicle is sold "as-is," this does not absolve the dealer from the responsibility to disclose known material defects. An "as-is" clause means there's no warranty, but it doesn't permit the dealer to be deceptive about the vehicle's condition. Do a charge back immediately through your bank once you have issue with your purchase and report it here to build information for the next buyer.

5 Stars! Pristine is my go-to place for any car issues. They are professional, knowledgeable and always take the time to explain what needs to be done. You can tell they really know their stuff—and the quality of work speaks for itself. Whether it’s routine maintenance or more complicated repairs, they always get it right the first time. The detailing work is awesome too, I felt like I got a new car after the detailing was done. They are the only mechanics I would recommend to my friends and I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled service!

Truly a mediocre dealer. I got a PPI for the 335is I purchased from them for issues they were supposed to fix and they didn’t finish the job. The issues were a leaking oil pan gasket, which they fixed, and a new passenger side headlight which they never replaced. I spent 6 weeks without a car as they claimed they fixed said issues. They “repaired” the front headlight which was not the recommended route and it still threw an error. Insurance mentioned this as a fire hazard. I fixed the issues myself since it wasn’t worth the hassle, danger, and the wait. Cheap, unmotivated, just looking to make a sale. Note that they don’t take ethical or moral approaches and simply take the cheapest route possible. They will duck your calls and not take accountability despite being contractually obligated. Do the job the right way if you’re going to commit to it.
