Ed was extremely nice and a pleasure to do business with, he has been at the same location for over 50 years and is very knowledgeable! Definitely going to be our go-to business!!
Reserved a uhaul trailer two weeks in advance. A man from store contacted me a few days before pickup to let me know the trailer was there and ready. When we got there there it was the correct trailer. Uhaul upgraded us at no additional charge, how nice of them but the trailer they upgraded us to made or mo e more difficult. Bob at the store tried to locate the o e we wanted but did t have any luck finding one less than 60 miles away. Although it wasn't the stores fault , Bob expressed his apologies and tried everything he could to get us something that would accommodate our move.
I went to get my car looked at for brakes. There was a guy working on a car and the owner was on the phone. I sat there to not disturb the guy working. Then I hear the arrogant piece of s#@t say "are you just gonna stand there looking stupid or are you gonna talk."
I went here to have an alternator replaced, presumably new back in 2010 and paid $300 for it... "It" failed just 3 months later, with another mechanic who worked on the newer replacement informing me that the alternator installed by Ed's Citgo was used and not new. When I confronted Ed about it, he 'chided' me for not bringing it back to him. Why would I, considering the experience? As might be expected, I never went back there.
