This was my first time going to Kellers Auto !!! First off, great customer service. Called them and they took my car right away. Something has been wrong with my car for over a year now. I’ve been to multiple mechanics trying to get it fixed. NO ONE could figure it out. I’ve spent so much money getting stuff fixed and still having this issue. Well Kellers auto knew what it was right away!! They fixed it so fast too. They even informed me that I needed new spark plugs, which I supposedly got over the summer somewhere else and they never did them!! So thank you so that information. It was a smooth and easy process. I will be going here for now on for sure! Thank you so so so much Brian for everything
When you go to get vehicle inspection sticker get tint done by professional. Can’t cut tint properly to adjust sticker. It looks really bad.Get done by someone else if decide to get it done there. Great place still really doesn’t know how to do that job. Hope they had told me before they destroyed that part of the tint.
Had my car fixed there and inspected. Brian was super nice and is a great mechanic. The office staff was very friendly. Will go back there if needed. Excellent place to get your car fixed.

I can't even say that I made it there for service. I had called in because my axel had snapped first thing that morning, the woman on the phone was so angry and miserable I did not waste my time having my vehicle towed there. It is a shame because they are so close. Cyans a few doors down ended up getting my business just because of the customer service. When people are already in bad situations with a vehicle, they don't need someone to serve them attitude for miles.

Look no further than Kellers auto repair for all your mechanical needs. They work efficiently and are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They did a great job replacing my struts. They got it back to me extremely fast without compromising the quality of the work. They also communicated everything to me. Will definitely go back for all my future mechanical needs.
We were very impressed with Keller’s Auto! The outstanding service and turnaround time was amazing. Having called last minute and getting an appointment to have my daughter car inspected before heading back to college. My wife said I are super excited to find someone close by that’s friendly , knowledgeable and professional , since our family relocated to New Jersey.

Keller's is great!! I've brought my truck in multiple times for everything from oil changes to brakes to sensors and inspection. Brian's communication is good about timing and estimates. Will continue to take my truck there!
Stay away. They will nickel and dime you to death. $95 to check for A/C codes? Really? If you can possibly go anywhere else, go. The Father was great, the son is horrible. And the son wonders why is business is dropping off. I not going to waste my time detailing the wrongs of this establishment. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
I moved here from Washington state and dreaded trying to find a good mechanic again for our cars. I am so luck to have found Keller Auto. They have exceeded my expectations every time. The issues are always quickly diagnosed and the car is ready the same day. They really try to save you money as well. Honest, hard working people. Don't hesitate to use Keller.
The check engine light came on in the car over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they took my car that morning. Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired the same day. The repair and oil change costs were reasonable. The service was quick and the car has been running perfectly since the repair. I will definitely go back next time the car needs service.
The engine had a miss, they diagnosed it, Cylinder 1 misfiring, so we agreed to replace all injector coils and I should replace all 6 sparks plugs as well, I gave the okay, ($849.72)
Picked it up and in a day it was doing it again, took it back, they said they recommend trying catalytic converter cleaner ($26.87),
Took it back, still engine misfiring, they said they did Fuel Injection System Treatment ($107.16)
It was still missing.
$983.75 later I was not going back there.
Took it to a Gas Station mechanic and he fixed it.
A bad ignition coil and wrong make spark plug, NGK plugs are the manufacturer recommended plugs for my car, any mechanic worth their salt should know this as my car is very popular make and model.
I think I got ripped off, no parts were ever replaced, they ran liquid cleaners and did not replace any parts.
Others experience may not have been my experience but I just feel I needed to let others know what happened to me.
First time customer at Keller's this week and couldn't of been more pleased. I called and the owner was able to take me in right away. He was able to diagnose the problem correctly, get my car fixed the same day and got me back on the road with little time without my car. They are definately going to be my new auto repair shop from now on. Very honest and reasonable in price. Hard to find shops like this anymore!! Thanks guys.
Keller's is a family business, which I support highly. They are much better than corporate chains robbing you. They are excellent people and some of the only people I trust with my car! I am happy to have discovered them.
Great customer service, but I would bring another Volvo here. They weren't very thorough in diagnosing a vibration problem. The same vibration they said was a driveshaft turned out to be an axle issue.
I've used Brian's place for years but never thought to write a review until just now. Very recommended. They are quick, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. No need to go anywhere else for a good mechanic. Thanks Brian.
My gas line was rotted leaking gas everywhere, a few places I called were telling me at least 4 days. I called kellers they got me In asap. They were friendly and had my car done that same day. I would highly recommend this place.
Theses guys are great. My husband and I were traveling and were 8hrs away from home when our vechile broke down. They got our vechile in and out fast and were very competitive in price. (Even with prices back in Virginia) An unbelievably pleasant experience. My husband and I have delt with lots of mechanics thru the years. Some great some not so great. We were concerned about being taken advantage of due to circumstances and not being familiar with the area. Theses guys are honest, hard working and rank high on my list.
I called for an estimate on a timing belt replacement. They came back with an extremely competitive price. The car was scheduled in the next day and completed as promised. Very happy with the service, price and friendliness. Recommend it highly
I took my Jeep here today for the state inspection I didn't realize it was the end of the month and I called them VERY PROFESSIONAL very polite I was so comfortable from the start! If I don't like the place by the phone call I won't take my Jeep there! The shop was very friendly welcoming! Thank you for everything! :)
Keller's Auto has been my mechanic for over 20 years from father as owner to son Brian who is now the proprietor. Even when I purchased a new car, I always chose to use Keller's for all of my maintenance instead of paying an arm and a leg at the dealership. The service is excellent & honest with great integrity and is of superb quality. Brian is an upstanding businessman and runs an aboveboard business. The cost for any job done has always been good and affordable. You definitely won't go wrong if you choose Keller's Auto.
