Great customer service! I had purchased the incorrect windshield wiper blade, but they figured out the correct wiper for my car, and even installed it for me. I will definitely be back the next time I need wipers.
Extremely disappointed in service. Pulled up at 7:47pm to grab a snow brush during a snow storm and was yelled at by the manager that they were closed. Another worker then let in another lady who pulled up AFTER us and when we went to get out of our car he yelled at us again that they were closed. They close at 8pm. We went to advanced auto parts instead and was treated with amazing service even though they also closed at 8.
the 5 star is because there's a manger name Rafael. This guy goes above and beyond with making sure you get the right part. he doesn't quit with great service. from greeting you as you walk in and attending to you right away. This is the guy you need training others.
I had to go here to get a new passenger side windshield wiper. There are several auto places near me. This one happened to be the one I stopped at, without having to drive on Blackwood Clementon Road. It let me cut through the back roads:) it wasn't cheap for ONE single windshield wiper,but apparently, it was the best and the one my car has to match the other one. I think it comes with a warranty so I was satisfied. Nice customer service and helpful.
Colleen was a great help with helping me find what I needed! And had great customer service another male was there but I forgot his name he was great also!
I’m always at Auto-zone and when I say Ralf always comes through. He knows everything around the store and can help you get anything you need for any type of job. If you in the area he’s that guy no questions!
Long story short lol. On 8/13 I went to this location requesting that my car battery and alternator be check due to issues I was having. A older Caucasian gentleman with glasses and a belly (no disrespect) helped service me. I’m telling him the issues I’ve been having and he refused to check the alternator even after I requested twice. His response was that he did not need to based on what I was telling him. So I purchased the battery and let him install it. As I’m headed to my mechanic (for tune up) my car begins to lose power. Long story short lol I get it to my mechanic and guess what, he checked everything and determined it was my alternator and that my battery was installed incorrectly by this place (auto zone). So who knows but he seem a little irritated which explains why he was pissed when the battery came to $300 something but I paid 190 cause of a commercial account lol he looked pissed. Moral of the story don’t be chill like me, you want something be persistent especially with cost on the line.
I had the absolute worst experience at this auto-zone in Blackwood-Clementon, NJ area. I was given the wrong information by an employee and when I asked to speak to a manager I was met with an attitude. The manager with the attitude was named Erica. Erica didn’t take accountability or even apologize for the miscommunication. She didn’t respect my personal boundaries and was in my face, making me feel uncomfortable and threatened. She was extremely rude & unprofessional and it was all completely unwarranted. I wouldn’t expect this treatment from such a well known establishment. I will definitely not be returning to a company that allows their staff to speak in such a manner, unprovoked, to their customers.
Erica S at store 1128 is such a pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful and knows her job, and how to navigate through the system where some other employees don’t. Extremely punctual and kind.

There is a lady at this location I believe her name is Erica because another customer that left a review added a picture of her. I’ve experienced some racism here and I would love to reach out to corporate about this issue. She had helped me with my check engine light and was kind of welcoming at first but after going into the store to read my results two Caucasian people walked out the store and the alarm went off and she said to them “your fine have a great night,” without checking them. When she printed my results she acted like she didn’t want to explain to me about them even though I told her it was my first time and just left me on the edge about the situation. As I was walking out she didn’t give me a goodbye or anything along with the other male Employee who was also Caucasian.
Employees have a tendency to sprint full speed into the back room, where they disappear into Narnia for 400 years when they see you approach the checkout counter. At least they had entertainment. 2 guys who I can only assume were ballerinas looked me dead in the eye and pulled a full 180 turn on their tippy toes. A beautiful display really.
Has to be some of the rudest employees i have evet encountered. The woman Erica rather talk to other employees in the stock area then assist any customers on the sales floor while shoveling pizza into her mouth. When she does interact with customers she is rude and nonhelpful. Amazing that you allow such an individual to have employment here. I will shop at the other service shop a mere 2 blocks away. When she isnt helping ( ha ha) she is out front smoking as customers go in and out of the store thats so professional of her. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
The Manager Tony N was very helpful towards me and my mom when we had an issue with a battery replacement. He took the time to help us. He's a great professional Manager!
Rafael is the absolute GOAT, went above and beyond to help me fix a problem that had me pretty frustrated. 10/10 would come here for assistance again, couldn't be more satisfied with the speed and quality of the service here
Tony N was outstanding my son car was shutting off he immediately new what to do to fix it he was amazing and so professional his hard work left us feeling comfortable to drive home safely. Customers are very concerned when they come into AutoZone but he definitely knows how to address car issues and we’re so thankful
Don’t really know much about cars and was asking a few questions and seemed as if the one gentleman working wasn’t very interested in helping me at all kept dismissing my questions. However when I went in today they were extremely helpful. Not sure if the guy from yesterday was having a off day or what. But I live in NJ and was asking questions as far as putting a bracket for my license plate on considering it was a new car and it didn’t have a front bracket for my license plate and I got told I don’t know what the laws are from New Jersey I’m from Philly then maybe you shouldn’t be working in New Jersey store just saying.
Within the last three weeks the weather got colder and both of my sons vehicles had battery failure. On two different occasions we brought batteries in to be tested, both failed and were replaced. The staff was super friendly, informative regarding batteries and guarantees/warranties and fast. In and out trips with replacement batteries were under 10 minutes fir each trip.

I've never had an issue with getting a part of finding what I needed. The store never has a crowd, but I have only one complaint. It concerns my return. I was returning a bottle of Purple Power, which I purchased 2days ago. I had the receipt, so I thought this would be a quick in and out. Yea right. It took almost 20mins. 30 seconds was spent waiting in line. I provided him with the receipt, which was clearly legible. He asked for my phone number, which I provided. He then asked if I have ever purchased anything from their store b4. I can't remember when the last time I made a purchase there, but I can say that I've never been asked for my phone number or name. At most stores, providing a receipt, usually just have u sign something, and maybe ask to see ID. The employee also acted as if I was returning their product back dirty, because he continuously kept wiping off the top, with bare hands. So it wasn't like he was sanitizing it to out it back out on the floor.
First time they're friendly customer service came in with a friend to pick up a order order was there on time as promised pool return policies are granted
Very helpful and they can check your vehicle to see if any repairs needed and they instal batteries ,wipers . I never knew this until I purchased wipers an I had a problem putting them on myself the employee came outside an asked if I needed any help an I did he said next time just ask they do this no extra charge. (Awsome) I gave a tip but you don't have to
I came in at the very last minute to see if I could purchase a fuse for my rear taillight. The store clerk came outside and worked hard to help me...he went above and beyond. This store is awesome...the crew is very good to customers. Fantastic. Keep up the good work!
These guys really don't seem to know what they are doing and their customer service is awful, plenty of other choices in the area.
Edit: looks like the owner puts more effort into empty responses to Google reviews than in hiring people who know how to help or care to. Pretty sure these 5-star reviews are paid for since my experience has been consistent in 2 separate occasions.
