I went to the Brooklawn Autozone to get parts for my car and John R helped me out. He listened to my needs patiently and then he told me what was really wrong with my car. I was told by a fake mechanic what I needed and John saved me from buying the wrong stuff that's my go to store from now on Thanks John for your knowledge and honesty !

John R was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in changing out my car battery. He also went out in the cold and changed it for me without complaint. I will definitely be back because of John.

Duralast parts should be renamed Neverlast. I've never had more parts, bad out of the box, than when working at shops that use Autozone.

I have been very satisfied with the help and knowledge provided to me at this location by the manager Zack and the team there. They are friendly and very helpful. They take the time to solve your issues. I highly recommend this location. Also, the store is always very neat and organized. Kudos to the team there!! EDIT: Satisfied yet again with the service at this location. A young man named Mike helped me with a maintenance issue today. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

The people here in brooklawn were so kind professional and extremely helpful. They installed our stuff and answered everything for us. Thank you auto zone! We will be back again.

Rosa F. Was very rude and unprofessional. Paid for rotors at one store and came to pick up rotors at this store and she did not want to give us the rotors because we where messing up her stock.

I just left this store so happy! I needed to order parts and did not know the process. John R led me through the steps and was very helpful. The customer service at this location is outstanding and I will be back! Thank you for a great experience John R!

I’d give five stars for the nice lady who helped me Rosa she was very pleasant. But the guy who put my battery in was giving me a hard time about it. “You don’t know how to put a battery in? Aw man i just to work and i have to put a battery in?” Said another slick comment basically saying a was a woman or something? I never worked on cars it was never my thing. He had a really bad attitude and he was on the phone the whole time he put it replaced it. I am concerned he isn’t doing it properly now. Dennis is his name. Ruined my experience at Auto-Zone.

Left and went to another store because the store associate was prejudice to customer. The store associate underestimated female customer's knowledge about the work she is doing on her own car and tried to sell her things she didn't need insisting that the customer was doing the wrong thing, then went to the female customer's boyfriend to ask if what female customer was asking for was what was needed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I can't believe that AutoZone hire and keep people that treat their customers this way. It was only at this Brooklawn location, I never had problems like this at other AutoZones. Please train your employees to not be prejudiced towards customers and to not use their job position for a power trip, especially when they don't know what they are talking about.

The lady who works there was pretty rude to me while I was there. I’m replacing my axle in my car and was looking for caliber hooks incase it takes me a while to do it, I can hang it overnight. Anyways I was also purchasing a 36 mm socket (which is the correct part). She first started saying that the hooks aren’t a thing and she’s never heard of anyone doing that and proceeded to bring someone else into it and ask them and when they said they aren’t sure what she’s asking about she said “yeah they don’t exist” basically. Which is whatever, but a big deal. But then she proceeds to question me and what I’m buying saying that 36 mm socket is not correct for my car. Even though it is. I’ve changed my wheel bearings before and that’s the correct socket. I have a fiat so my cars a little different. But when I insisted that’s the correct part she takes it and begins walking away gaslighting me, saying that’s not correct. Until she sees my boyfriend and asks him and he said yes that’s the correct part she didn’t believe me. I understand being concerned and making sure I’m buying the right thing, but that wasn’t like that it seemed pretty prejudice to me considering it took my boyfriend saying only once that that’s the correct part where as I had to insist about 15 times that yes I know for a fact that’s what I need. My boyfriend doesn’t even know that much about cars, not that I’m an expert, but I’ve been fixing my own car whenever it’s within my capabilities I was 16. We moved and lost a lot of our tools while we were at it. Anyways, it wasn’t anything crazy, but it did bother me that one of the employees there would treat their customers that way. Just let me buy the product.

John R was extremely helpful when I stopped in on a cold snowy evening to get lights bulbs for my taillights. He was knowledgeable, and patient. I am super appreciative of how he went above and beyond for a stranger and her family! Thanks, John! You are awesome!! Keep being great!! We see you, Bud!! 😃💪

Lifesavers! Staff is super knowledgeable and John R was a lifesaver. Helped me out with a MAF sensor issue and explained some of the other important issues components involved. Not only helped me learn but I was able to do the repair myself in the storefront in less than 1 hour! Can't thank this team enough. Saved the day John!

Great service. My mother went there for windshield wipers and John Hart was so kind to go and replace them for her. She tried to give him a tip and he refused it. See there are good people out there who do help others. Thank you once again❤️

Today New Year’s Eve December 32 2024 my battery died.I called auto one in mt ephraim nj & the man looked up my invoice & told me my battery was still upgraded meaning it was still under warranty & to bring it in & they would exchange it at no charge.When I brought it in another guy said I’d have to pay $127.95 & I was credited $31.99.I told him to forget it & called the brooklawn auto one & they told me to call their regional manager Jennifer.She called me right back immediately & told me to take the battery to brooklawn auto one.Boy was I surprised!I was greeted like I was I was royalty.Soon as I walked in the door they asked me why I was here & I told them & they got me a new battery at no charge.Jennifer ,Joel & John R. Went out of their way to get my new battery.I Wii never go back to my ephraim store again.My go to store is now Brooklawn New Jersey auto zone.Thank you John R for installing the battery & Joel for making sure my warranty went through & to Jennifer for your quick phone call & taking care of this matter.

This store is a very informative location and well placed on the side of route 130 where it's common for many cars to travel this road. The staff love helping customers and do there jobs well.

John R went above and beyond to help me, and did more than several shops have been able to do. He is helpful, patient, and proud of his company and their mission to help us do it ourselves. I will definitely be returning for John.

Autozone in Brooklawn has always had some phenomenal employees that seem to sincerely love their jobs but tonight that notion was reconfirmed by Emanuel and Angel. These two gentlemen were absolutely stellar in every conceivable metric. Emanuel, being a manager could have sold me a much more expensive product that would not have been as beneficial for my needs, while going above and beyond to educate me on the technology in new AGM batteries while also reassuring me it would do everything I needed and more. Angel was also exceptional and had a desire to assist however he could.

Emanuel T. And Lori were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me with a battery and alternator test on my car and guided me to the correct battery. Emanuel even went the next mile and retested my car. Great service! Thank you

The hispanic lady, I believe her name is Rosa, was the absolute worst. Her english is nearly unintelligible. I could barely understand a word she said. She kept trying to force a sale. First, she asked if I wanted their buy one get one free special, then she asked if I wanted a packet of break grease then she asked if I wanted a break bundle of break cleaner and some other junk. Each time I say no, she gives me a rude disgusting look. Just let me buy my brake pads! Childish behavior. I will be going to advance auto across the street from now on.

I was having issues with my vehicle tire and a gentleman went above and beyond for me on Wednesday, 10/5/22 & checked all the air in my tires and made sure I was OK to get back on the road. he didn’t have to do that yet he did and I am really grateful. Another woman let me borrow her portable air machine from her car while the other gentleman filled my tire.

Customer service was horrible. Went in for some parts and was the only one in line and waited 5 minutes while a gentlemen behind the counter screamed at and berated another lady behind the counter for messing something up. He then walked by me and still didn't help but went to answer the phone. While he was on the phone he kept it on speaker as the person on the phone was calling about parts. This guy on the phone dropped about 10 "F" bombs for everyone in the store to hear. The guy behind the counter never took him off speaker and was laughing and joking with him. Had to go back later for a tool and same guy was very rude and ignorant and had no idea what tool I was talking about was a simple everyday tool for cars. I would stay away from this place

Donn was wonderful! I needed a replacement battery and was recommended to this location by my father. Donn went over all my options for a replacement (without pressuring or upselling) and installed it for me after my purchase. He was incredibly friendly and made the experience memorable. This is definitely the place to go!

I came into Auto-zone looking to replace my front headlight. Brandon and Jeff were very friendly and helpful. First, they found the correct light I needed. Then, they offered to show me how to replace the bulb. I did not expect such kind service, but they made my day!
