God awful delivery times. 0 communication. I cannot stand this place at all. They lie all the time about delivery times. If you are a commercial account I’m sure you can relate.
Awesome!! If you fix your own,here's where you go for parts. Hidden Secret!! 📍Tricky to find,When u make a Left into Complex Go Left. Or near a Entrance there's a Directory. Look for Yellow/ Green little Kia's..There it is. When u call ask for Blackwood store 👍
I've been using this company for almost 2 years now, as a professional mechanic having a good source for parts is critical. When i need an automotive part this is the Best I've ever (15+ years professional mechanic) dealt with. The reason this is the best is due to the people that answer the phone when you call. They know what they're talking about. Next is the availability of parts, rarely do they not have something. (An exception to this would be for tail light lenses and other body shop parts which seem to be outside of their inventory, but i found this to be typical for many parts places). Finally, they deliver the requested parts usually within 30 minutes, or 1.5 hours if it comes from their warehouse.
Almost forgot to mention, the parts are of good quality from the major brands and the cost is very competitive.
