few days ago, purchased a 2013 chrysler 300c hemi and it's a good buy. i couldn't find any rust in the common areas, they seem to be a full service used car dealer. my car had aged (not too old, no dry rot) but brand new tires, fresh oil change, engine coolant topped off, tpms sensors with dead batteries replaced, it looked like they were still reconditioning a few things on the car. the work done on the car is high quality, no vibrations on the drive home. its surprisingly a really good car. the other cars on the lot looked to also be quality, there weren't any "used up" cars on the lot. the waiting room is clean, has couches and many other amenities to keep you comfortable. (including a popcorn machine) reggie was my salesman, he was extremely friendly and responsible through out the entire transaction. i live a 6 hour drive away and he called to let me know the availability of the car, they didn't sell the car from under me while driving there a long distance. thank you for the pleasant transaction!

My wife bought a 2022 Kia Seltos she dealt with Bob Weiner he was very patient with her and able to get the deal done on Xmas eve when the shop was closing early. When we went to the DMV to get the car's info switched over we realized we needed info from Bridge Auto Group and Reggie emailed the info over immediately. We appreciate the patience and the quick immediate responses.

If I could give a review for just our salesman, it would be 10 stars, Reggie was awesome and I highly recommend him. My 3 star review is for the 899 doc fees and misleading vehicle pricing. Sticker price on windows of vehicles is high, their “internet” Pricing or “sale” pricing is essentially fair market value. They make their profit in their doc fees..which doc fees aren’t regulated by NJ, so they can charge whatever they want, and 899 is just a bit high for a cash buyer. We tried to negotiate the price of the vehicle down some, but they stated they were only making 13.00 on the vehicle, and had no wiggle room..we were even willing to go up half if they came down half. Their only option was a discounted warranty. It’s a shame that the management there let us walk out over a difference of $450 and lost their sales person a deal, and the opportunity to gain customers. They tried reaching out a few times after we left, but too little Too late. We ended up purchasing a newer vehicle, with less miles and same warranty for less, as that dealer was willing to negotiate some of the costs and meet us half way, and didn’t try to hardline us in to a set price. Overall, our experience wasn’t terrible, they do have some nice vehicles on their lot, and again, we can not say enough nice things about Mr. Reggie.

Great team here at Bridge Auto Group. My fiancé and I need a car. We went there to check out their selection out. We worked with Bob. Bob was very knowledgeable to any questions or concerns we had. We ended up getting a 2017 Cadillac xt5 Bob helped us out a ton. Plus Jose finance guy really helped us out with everything made the experienced so enjoyable and easy. We’re definitely going back there again if and when we need car. Thank you to the team there!

I saw car like CarGurus.l in this dealership Did Financial got approved. I get a call from the dealer telling me the car is available. I tell them I’m on my way and I already have my approval. Not even a half an hour later I get a call telling me somebody put a deposit down on the car I want it. I’m way too familiar with this oldest trick in the book then they tried telling me there were two other Yukon available, which was a 6.2 engine something I’m not interested in Proceeded to tell the guy if I was interested in those two car, I would inquire about that ,They just weren’t happy I wasn’t putting tons $$ down and that I have my own approval so they can’t sky up the APR sure enough the next day I get a call telling me the car still available good for you keep the car cause I no longer want it. That was my answer to the salesman lost a sale for no reason because I was ready to buy.

Took my son here for his car purchase, but the experience was subpar. After waiting for hours, the Finance Department Manager Jose tried to sell us on a deal based strictly on the monthly payment. It wasn't until I pushed for the details that they admitted it was a 72-month loan. Make sure you do your own math before signing anything here, because they won't do it for you." We also had a $500 dollar deposit on the vehicle and had the weekend to think it over and Monday my son called and said he wasn't interested anymore and wanted his deposit back but has not received it yet and it's been 2 weeks and we've called twice with no luck with getting his money back..

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I was told the car I was interested in, I couldn't get, because of 'credit restrictions'. I believe it was because something was wrong with it, as I was told Friday that I could not test drive it because it was being serviced, and the service workers had the keys and had left for the day. Why would the service shop have the keys for a car after hours? I was told that I could do $1,100 down on the $13k car, and I would come back in the morning on Saturday. It was a 2020 with 60k miles on it. The next day, on Saturday afternoon, I was then told that the same car, I couldn't even see again or test drive because I 'couldn't get it' because I didnt have $2500 down, and I was then shown a 2019 with over 90,000 miles on it, and told that was the one of only 2 cars that I could get. Believing this, I told them I would put $1,400 down, and was then told to put $1,100 instead because it 'wouldn't make a difference'. But I thought it did because I was told to up the down payment on the other one? Then, I sat for AN HOUR, waiting to be told how much the monthly payment would be, after which we were approached and told it would be 10 more minutes, but in reality 2 more hours went by. We were never told how much the monthly payment would be, my fiancee and I were never offered any refreshments, magazines, or ANYTHING. I ended becoming frustrated when my phone started dying, and I decided to text another dealership 23 minutes away. I asked one of their Sales Associates if she could get me a certain car for a certain price, and she told me to come over and she could get me the car I needed. I walked out, called my insurance and they informed me that the 2019 that Bridge Auto Group was attempting to sell me would also INCREASE my insurance. That being the final nail in the coffin, I left with my Fiancee and we drove 23 minutes, arrived at 4:26PM right before they closed at 5PM, and walked out with a 2023 with 51k miles on it, for the exact monthly price I asked for. I left at 5:13 with a new car. 47 minutes, in and out, while Bridge Auto Group had the same customers sitting around waiting at 4:00 as when they did at 1PM when we got there. What a disappointing and embarrassing experience.

I bought 2015 Subaru forester fro Reggie. Reggie was honest about the hole buying process. Thank you Reggie for your help. Would recommend this dealership's to family and friends.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2021 Kia Soul from here. From the phone call the evening before with Chris the salesperson to coming in the next day and meeting Jose the finance guy. They both understood what I needed in terms of product and the numbers. They listened when I told them to run my application with a specific loan provider—we all know that dealerships will run your credit with numerous banks and I didn’t need that nor did I want to waste my time. The entire process took about 2 hours (partly because the car was being extra cleaned for me) which helps with someone who hates spending all day in a dealership. Great staff, clean environment and overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

I have to start by saying that my daughter didn’t end up buying a car, but we went through most of the process and offer the following feedback: From the start Reggie the salesman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us during the process and was very informative about the vehicle we were interested in. Jose, the finance person was amazing. He took his time with explaining the finance process to my daughter, who was buying a car for the first time. He explained how different things impact credit, etc. Just a great guy, transparent and a pleasure to work with. Last but certainly not least was Bruna, who followed up every step of the way to ensure that we were happy and had all of our questions answered. Unfortunately the deal didn’t happen this time for reasons outside of our control, but we definitely plan to come back to Bridge when we are car shopping again.

After previously buying a car (that I still have) from Bridge 7 years ago, I figured I would give them another try. They seem to have little gems at a great price. A bit of a fumble on the first visit, but worked with Reggie to find a car that is even better than I thought it was when I purchase it. We put 7 cars through its paces and eventually picked an up to date car that I am more than happy to drive everyday. It had a couple issues, no rear view mirror or spare/tire kit, but Jose was accommodating with with a new spare tire and whole new windshield. Give them a call and Ask for Reggie!

I was looking for a second car, but my budget was pretty limited. That’s when I met Eddie Morales at this dealership, and honestly, what a great experience! He really knows his stuff and has years of experience in the business. Eddie guided me through the whole process, showed me plenty of great options, and was incredibly patient and professional the entire time (and I’m not the easiest customer to please!). If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and helps you find the right car for your budget, ask for Eddie Morales. Unlike others who just watched me walk by, he truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Buying the car wasn’t the worst part — it was everything after that. I didn’t have insurance at the time, and instead of giving me proper options, the salesperson suggested I get temporarily added to my significant other’s insurance just to push the deal through. I bought the car expecting to hear back soon about my title so I could transfer everything legally. Instead, I got the runaround. As my temp tags were about to expire, I called to ask about the title and was met with an incredibly rude woman and unprofessional response. I was told they didn’t have it. Then, my girlfriend called a bit later and suddenly they did have it and were mailing it. None of it made sense. Because of their delay, I ended up having to drive with expired tags. One of the employees told me, “It’s fine — if you get a ticket, we’ll pay for it.” Which is absolutely false — we confirmed with NJMVC that you cannot legally drive on expired tags. To make matters worse, 32 days after purchase, the check engine light came on. Clearly, they reset or disabled it when selling the car. The Carfax report also falsely stated an oil change was done — I know it wasn’t because I had to do it myself. After fixing one issue, the check engine light came on again. This dealership only cares about making the sale — once you drive off the lot, they don’t care about you or the car. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. (Update) This is absolutely ridiculous. The check engine light has come on three times already. We replaced the O2 sensor twice, thinking the first one was bad, only to find out the real issue was a leaking exhaust pipe that had to be replaced. Then the alternator went out. And now the AT light is on—I’m praying it’s just transmission fluid, but at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the transmission is shot too. I’ve only had this car for a few months and it’s been problem after problem, repair after repair, stress after stress. This dealership knowingly sold me a lemon and clearly doesn’t care about the junk they’re pushing off on people. It’s disgusting that they’re still in business ripping people off like this. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place.

I stopped in for a Buick. Walked around the lot and was not approached by a salesman. So I knew the was the place for to buy a car. Once I seen what I wanted I went inside and met Bob Weiner. Hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He didn’t bullshit me or anything like that. He made purchasing a vehicle one of the easiest. Had an amazing experience today purchasing a 1st car for my son.
