This auto repair was highly recommended and used their services. I in turn recommended them to my daughter and boyfriend! My boyfriend was not pleased with their attitude. But, when they started yelling at my daughter.. because she towed her car to their place (after waiting for 2. hours on the road)and told her that they could not repair her tire. It doesn’t matter where you work, you are judged on your character! My daughter was shocked and said these ppl were rude and we will no longer request their service
I'm so glad to have found this shop. I recently took my oldest car to this auto shop and was thoroughly impressed! They offer great pricing and have a friendly staff. I never felt swindled, and they kept it real with me throughout the process. It's a refreshing experience compared to other shops I've been to. I truly appreciate their service and will definitely continue using them for my other vehicles!

If I had an option to get these gentlemen, 10 stars I would. I went here for the first time yesterday, and my experience was nothing but amazing. I’ve never had such a good experience when going to any mechanic. These guys were very friendly, honest, helpful, and very positive. They Work very quickly (to the best of their ability) and they also will work with you if anything. One thing that really stood out about their team was the fact that they showed up early in the morning and all had positive attitudes like people do when they love their job. I’ve seen reviews that were saying these guys resolved issues in just one visit that other mechanics couldn’t resolve in months and I’ve also experienced this. I highly recommend this shop they are truly the best in town at this point. I’m so excited I finally found mechanics that don’t want to just sit around and cheap people all day for an extra dollar !!!!

Always the best, honest service from these guys. My last mechanic I was going to, I would always have surprise issues after them servicing my car. Never any problems here. And have always been honest about what is worth fixing and what is not. So you know they're not just after you money.
I used one time in an emergency car situation, Mr. Richard was awesome at that visit. He notice another issue with wheel while test driving said bring it back he'll take a look. I called few weeks later he said drop off Wednesday 7am, no problem. My day changed for Wednesday so I came at 7 while on call for work, they took every car that was on the lot & ones that came after, 5 hours later I complained, mechanic seemed to joke about my dissatisfaction and the mechanic says they had an appointment, ok why wasn't I was told an appointment could have been made?...crickets no apology, no nothing they absolutely did not care I was from another city or that I was standing for 5 hours at my vehicle. The next mechanic takes car in very soon after complained, only to tell me it was a 6 hour job & I will need to go to the dealer.... Huh, you could of told me that at least 3 hours ago, I took my car few blocks away, my baby parts ordered & fixed by 4pm... ERJ MECHANICS ARE LAZY, EASY JOBS BRAINLESS WORK ONLY & ONLY NJ TAGS APPARENTLY! Where was Mr. Richard?
I came to ERJ for what I thought would be a $600 repair.... They are VERY VERY HONEST. It's hard to find an honest mechanic in this town. Just over $100 and didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. They even gave a ride home.
