this place is by far the best in my opinion Andys team always does a good job. They always call to let you know they have the car on the lift or are about to work on it then will let you know the price before hand or after and will always advise I some things if it needs it or not. will always recommend them never been wronged by them very welcoming place and the prices are always reasonable compare to other places

Brought them probably the easiest job next to a simple oil change, needed my exhaust welded together in one spot, didn’t even need it mounted. They lost hardware that I left for them, claimed that I didn’t even give them the hardware even though it was threaded on the studs connected to the muffler, and they also welded the muffler on crooked and now my muffler does not fit. It also appears they taught someone to weld for the very first time on my exhaust. Thought I was getting a good price for $40 but turns out you get what you pay for, would have been more worth it to buy my own welder.

Garrett was great with getting my mother's car fixed and giving her a very reasonable price on the repairs. If you want quality service with reasonable prices, go to Andy's Pro Auto Repair in Browns Mills.

Called them at 7am in a slight panick.. went to wawa and put air in mu tire, and suddenly the air wouldn't stop coming OUT of the valve. He new exactly whay i was talking about when i told him there was something wrong with the pointy thing inside the part you connect the air to to fill it ?. Was able to slower it with putting the valve cap on.. but called Andy's, was told to bring it right over. Got there at 7:10, out the door at 7:22, and because of the simpleness of it, didn't even charge me With my husband over an hour away in one direction, and my.son needing to get to school an hour away in the other direction, they deffinetly saved the day!! Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity ❤️. I will be back for new tires, and will continue to recomend!

Garret and his crew are friendly, honest and good workers. I dropped off my car for an estimate and service. They were able to complete the brake job in a few hours. I am so happy with the service. I am so please with the price quoted. I recommend this repair facility 100%.

Wonderful car repair shop. Late afternoon, my car wouldn't start, so I called ...they said bring it in at 8:00 the next morning. The team at Andy's replaced the starter and battery. They had my car back on the road the very next morning. Thanks for such great service!

Dropped my car off this morning. Around lunchtime they called to tell me it was a simple fix, cost way less than I expected, and could be picked up anytime. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Andy's came to the rescue!! We are so grateful for their compassion, expertise and professionalism. My daughter is a nurse who was just coming off of a 12 hour night shift when she got a flat tire on her way home. Her auto insurance company couldn't provide roadside assistance until approximately 4 hours later. I live in New Orleans LA and I felt so helpless. My daughter was stranded in the middle of nowhere, exhausted after working all night, an hour away from home. Andy's immediately came to the rescue with prompt, courteous service at a fair price. I had a welding issue that had been to quite a few others before there, incredible weld job that till this day my bobcat has been better than new. Every other weld job lasted 4 to 6 months, it's been two years and then some and will never need to be done again. As for tires, in and out in the shortest time ever. If you ever need anything done to your car truck what ever give them a call. Very professional and nothing but the best. Thank you for everything you guy's have done for me. These guys are the best around they are so kind, they take me in whenever i need some work done on my car, their prices are so reasonable. Most of all the customer service is beyond amazing i always have a great conversation with the guys. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Andy’s is the most straightforward, honest service I’ve experienced. To know these guys is to trust them. I take my Tundra in, my wife her Subaru....experienced, expedited service....no bs...they bend over backwards to take care of you and your car.

I had an accident, and Andy's came and got my car within 25 minutes. And they started working on it the next morning. They replaced my tire and my entire front suspension. I had my car returned the day of them fixing it. They price was very good and alot less then I was expecting. And the mechanics that did it were the best I've had work on any of my vehicles. Went to Andy’s for brakes and new rotars. Service was done quickly at a good price. Garrett is honest and transparent with his work and I would highly recommend. Both guys in the shop are great guys as well.

Was referred to Andy’s by a friend- as I have been taken advantage of by garages and dealerships in the past. They were extremely fair, efficient and honest. Truck was ready sooner than expected and cheaper than I originally thought. Andy’s has earned a new customer for life! I requested they perform a brake replacement. However, after inspection they said all that was necessary was an adjustment. Imagine that- they turned down business Can’t say enough about my experience.

This is my first time dealing with them. They were very professional. I had a full brake service and oil change. And I was amazed at how they got me in first thing in the morning for the service. I sent my car here off of a recommendation from a friend. I wanted to get my exhaust switched from single to dual. I had all the parts I just didn't have the proper tools for the job. These guys went above and beyond my expectations of service. They said bring it in at 8am and from start to finish they were professional. They called me in-between to let me know they were putting my car up, and called again to let me know they were fabricating. They stayed transparent through the whole process and they did great work. Whomever their welder is... is top notch! Great quality work and great service all around. Will continue to be a customer! Thanks guys.

Called At 11 pm answered immediately, dispatched flatbed arrived in 15 minutes, repaired the vehicle first thing in the morning . Did a quality steering linkage repair and was very fairly priced. I don't think you can do any better than that. Considering I'm from out of town and was under a lot of pressure he could have charged me anything but clearly he is a honest mechanic who also knows his business. My only regret is not living close enough to give him all my future business. I highly recommend Andy's

The owner is a really good guy helped me out and bend this brake line for free when no one else would even attempt it. I definitely recommend him and his shop!!

I walked in a few weeks prior and asked for an estimate for a repair to my vehicle. I was told it was going to cost $175 to repair. I believed this to be a fair price considering the parts and labor involved. I came back to schedule an appointment and was told my vehicle could be serviced the same day.The repairs were made quickly along with repairs not included in original estimate. Repair bill in total with taxes was $181. Very pleasant experience.

So take my Trailblazer to get two front tires put on balanced and wheel alignment.I needed parts replaced and Axle and a tire rod they said $650. I bought the parts for $150 and replaced them myself. I was told by Andy himself if I replace the parts I will then get reimbursed my $51.90 that took him 5 minutes to look underneath the truck to tell me that I need these parts and then charge me in parts and labor for this price 51.90. When returning the next day to drop it off they said that they will take care of it that it will not be a problem. I went to work, my wife then picked up the vehicle ask about the reimbursement and they denied it, when I received my vehicle I had a receipt for a mount and balance no wheel alignment. If an attitude and a half ass job is what you want that's exactly what you're going to get please avoid this place.

Took my wagon here to Andy's Pro Auto for an alignment and tire change, i received super friendly service from him and his staff. Overall great and welcoming experience. If you want fair prices and top notch customer service i recommend Any's.
