Was immediately helped and was in and out within 10 minutes. Gentleman who helped me was very kind, helpful and didn't just sell me the key fob battery but replaced and tested it without me asking! The date was December 16, 2025.

I don't even know how this store stays open.. went in here about 7 times for a project i'm working on. Nothing exotic, an 02' ford e350 one of the most abundant fleet vehicles on the road... 7 times I went there, they didn't have what I needed and walked out empty handed.. this also included electrical tape, and pre-flared brake lines UNIVERSAL PARTS.. and not to mention the staff, working in a parts does not know what scotchbrite pads are.. then to top it all off they don't even offer waste oil drop.

The store is neat and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They always have what I need. They also put windshield wipers on my vehicle for me.

This is my go-to auto shop for anything I need. Louis, Rock, and Rob are amazing and provide the best service I’ve received regarding my vehicle out of everywhere I’ve been to. I’ll always keep coming back here and 100% recommend anyone in need of anything automotive to as well!

I would not go here unless you double check the prices period. Sticker showed one price on the display. Then they rang it up with a different price. And when questioned, they claim that the prices went up today. They just never got around to changing that. Completely clueless as to what's in there.Flier, as well with the discounts, and they don't provide them to you.Not very good at customer service

When I got there at the Ramsey location, although friendly service, the gentleman tried to tell me they didn't install batteries, I told him the previous store told me they did and he installed it.

I went to the Wyckoff location this morning after a bad experience at a different location. The man working there was beyond helpful and gave amazing customer service! I will definitely be coming back to Wyckoff going forward!

After walking into the store and receiving terrible service I usually do not write bad reviews, However the man Rock behind the counter tried to belittle me in front of other customers, employees and a friend that I am helping out on a car. It's sad to see customer service so poor from someone thats so incompetent, unprofessional and impatient who also refused to look at me after I responded back. I would understand if I in anyway was rude, however i was only asking a single question that someone who is not a mechanic would ask... to confirm that all the parts are in THE OPENED BOX. After leaving another employee was quick to point out what car Rock drives, hinting to do something to it. That is something I would never consider doing but such a funny gesture from them. Making me realize I was not the first and unfortunately most likely not the last person to be treated so poorly by him. Do not shop here.

Small store front but carries a lot more parts inside. Just ask Good inventory and pricing. Sales associates very courteous and helpful. Large parking lot entrance is in the back

Quick and easy. Hospitable and we'll mannered staffed that actually did want to help. Unlike other stores, they were very attentive and not trying to sell something with a dismissive attitude. Even though at first we didn't get the right part, they took the time to make it right the second time.

I went to another autozone where the assistant would not even acknowledge me. Another customer and I were just standing around with the assistant on the phone looking at his computer, not even making eye contact with us or even asking us to wait. So after about 5 minutes, I looked up another autozone and brought me to the wyckoff and Rob helped me get my wipers installed in less than 5 minutes. Rob was cheerful and friendly and they ran out of the back wiper but took the time to double check his inventory and then also give me an update on when his next order will arrive. If you live in that area, the Wyckoff Autozone is the one to go to. It's worth the extra few minutes driving. They get you in and out.

Counter staff helpful for DIY mechanics at home. Will save you money with their tips.

Rob is the best...hands down. I've known him since his first day on the job. A counter guy that knows old school and new.

Great local place with plenty of parking. The staff is super helpful! The only challenge is that the store is pretty small so you may want to call ahead to see if what you need is available. My go to car supply place.

The best advanced auto part store in the region. i used to use the one in saddle brook before i moved here, and found this shop is bigger.

I've been in this store 3 times in the last year (it's convenient because it's close to my office) if I could give them 0 stars I would ...... the overall demeanor and attitude of the staff is unpleasant..... they act as if you are bothering them when you ask them for a product......they sold me windshield wipers that were used I had pointed out that that the packaging was tampered with/missing ..... and sure enough on my way out I looked harder at the contents and they were used wipers that were not the brand on the lable...... the counter help was visibly annoyed with the fact that I was right and he had to take a few extra steps to go in the back to get new product...... I'm all for shopping local but steer clear of this establishment unless it's a emergency

Great customer service. They quickly ordered me a part and got it in within 2 hours. Price was cheaper than the dealer for an OEM part.

On my way to upstate ny I pulled off 287 to get a part for my third tail light. Instead of charging me for a $60 part they helped me break it down more so all I needed was the light bulbs. Good crew that won't steer you wrong in this store. Thanks again guys!!

Great experience at the store. PJ is a polite, patient, and knowledgeable guy. He even resolved my car battery issue and was nice when I was overly frustrated. We had a nice conversation, and I left much better than I came in. Thanks for having people like PJ working at your stores!
